I ask this and I want an answer, please sir, please answer this, it important and the right thing has been long in waiting for thousands of Americans and millions are waiting for equal JUSTICE.

At last count 75 Thousand Americans have been unjustly sentenced, under these unequal Laws and minorities have been, grossly subject too these disparity in American LAWS.

I ask you, no, no I demand the Laws be equal, no more incremental changes like the 100 to 1 disparity suffered by Americans, to the unequal 18 to 1, it is still a weak continuance of UNEQUAL JUSTICE and it shall not stand any longer, I’ am holding my elected representatives too this equal justice for all standard, for every American under LAW.

Unequal justice for one, for any American is Injustice for ALL Americans. If you’ve come too, 18 to 1, from 100 to 1, you can got the rest of the way too EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL AMERICANS, the 17 points to equal and it petty if you cannot go the whole way too equal justice.

Health Care is a learned behavior, just like academics

Health is learned and is a Preventative exercise when your young, therefore when you are young, preventative Health Care has to be the focus and when you reach the ages of 40 to 45, Health care must be Medicare to keep a health learned population healthier.

Preventative medicine must be the practice, Arrestee Medicine Model, this Sick Care Model isn’t working and we see it’s not working. We have to have after 40 or 45 what has been learned and practiced from our youth, it will make Health Care out comes less expensive.

When I was in school from pre-school and kiddy garden and yes there was Thither Ball, Kick Ball, Dodge Ball, Rope Claims, the practice was to get the children, youth out side, or in the gym to exercise, a simple practice that instilled in me working out my body.

We all know those practices were casualties with Politicians and Politics, School Boards and City Councils. We now have little no Physical Education, I was fortunate to still have Phi-Ed, in high schools, I swam, ran track, played Football, Tennis and later after attending my 12th grade, I worked out and still played Basketball and Tennis and swam.

But work and building a life all of these became too expensive to afford, so I did as much excises at home as possible, but time and families left little and with life and vices, it diminished to little and none.

We have to get our Treasures back into Physical Education, we must do this, by any means necessary, we must do this for our Nations survival, it is imperative we reverse this decline in HEALTH.

We put the OUTCOME all on the Teachers and Money and that’s wrong headed. I say this because the Child is forced to go to school, or be schooled, even in Home schooled, but you as a child are legislated to attend for more hours in a day, then you interact with your parents.

Dick & Liz Family business Cheney’s have no such filter, they let their disgust and contemptuous hatred go at every interview and get plenty of air time to do exactly that, hate on Obama and Democrats.

Glen Beck, Pope Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Conservative Talk Radio and then theirs the back benchers, like Palin, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, John Kyle and the like.

Next we have the low life’s, whose every word is tinged with pure Racist hate, with a smile on their faces, Like Tom Tancredo and Tea Party members, mixed with their Haters and Para Military’s groups, Militia’s and all of them have lobbyist supporting this and throwing bombs, like Dick Army.

I’ am positive I left out many others players in this clear concerted effort to destroy anything Obama and Democratic Party.

The collective PUSH to, scrap Democrats and Republicans Amendments in the HCR Bills, passed by both Houses of Congress, is not a mistake. The United No and doing nothing but blocking, slowing done, weakening and watering down HCR, was a effort, The Nation, did not see was done by both Parties, both parties. Think, think, the Nation, only see’s the Bills as Democratic Bills, when the truth is; Republicans have hundreds of Amendment and planks in both Bill that passed Congress, but no one makes the case about the by-partisan make up of the Bills, they only see democrats getting them passed.

FACTUAL TRUTH: The Media, has not made the point of Republicans shaping the Bills, only that Republicans refused to vote for their passage, this has to change and the case made, at every Media, stop, by DEMOCRATS, so the Nation, see’s and hears the TRUTH, Republicans are hiding from, stop letting Republicans hide from their full responsibility.

Republicans, Have shaped the Bill’s as much as Democrats, but by, refusing to vote for even their own input, Planks and Amendments and Uniting to deliver no votes on passage, they have put all the bills on Democrats. Republicans have weakened the Bills and made them, unpalatable to the American people while selling the Bills as all

Democrats and one sided and not Republicans, don’t we get that and why aren’t, we selling Republicans input and responsibility.

Sixth and Seventh Question: has any judge ruled against any parts of your father’s involvement and leadership in the CIA interrogations? and is it true near 100 Prisoners died, while under Interrogation, while being held under your father Administration. The opposition is gaining ground and eroding confidence, you cannot wait for another MONTH.

160 Amendments were offered and accepted, from Republicans and many, many from Blue dog Democrats, in one, or more of the BILLS. Democrats in the Senate and in the House need to get it together. Tell President Obama, the House will not wait and you Harry Reid, you have to whip what you have and get on with it, each day thousands of Americans get put Danger, losing there Homes, Families, Jobs and Health Care, along with there security and retirement.

The POLLS are not the Presidents friends, he knows he cannot wait, until the end of the month to just consider voting, that’s a lose, lose, losers proposition.

Your opponents are gaining on you quicker, all because President Obama’s own party is killing what they all knew was the platform two years ago, these are Blue Dog Democrats, causing all of this indecision and it scaring off the large Independents who supported Obama, believing we were, as his party together on what they bought from Obama, over two years of campaigning.

Obama told us it wouldn’t be easy, but I as a life long Democrat, never, ever expected Democrats to sand bag and delay and play right into the advertising campaigned, designed to kill Reform.

No more Vacations, no more Delays, no more talk, no more Amendments. Every Republican and Blue Dog Democrats, who ask for and got an AMENDMENT into any BILLS, in Committee, must… they HAVE to… assure their VOTES, or the amendments will be dropped, make that clear, the House especially will not deliver another slap in the President face and go along with any and all Amendments from Conservative Republicans, to boot.

Screw them and the horse they rode in hear on. Michael Medved, say Democrats have up till now, resisted real compromise, that untrue, when you have 160 amendments in Bills, Democrats in Congress have been compromising. It un farting believable, our own Party members want to kill there own Parties Major legislation inside the FIRST YEAR IN OFFICE, of the Architect, of the coattails, have of the DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY RODE INTO THE MAJORITY ON.

Mr. President, you’ve fought valiantly, it’s time to have the REFORM VOTES and all who are not on board, can sink with there votes, or swim and grab the American hands, hurting deeply and bring America, desperate Americans, losing there very LIVES, every day, Congress has no margin, if you all in Congress and in the Democratic Caucus, tell us and can make us believe, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act HR1 of 2009 and the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, has to be done now and then not Republicans, but Blue Dog Democrats drag out and delay and water down, the one Bill that will in large part transform our Nation and American lives and the dying Economy and all we hear is DELAY, WAIT, DELAYS, SLOW DOWN, DELAYS.

Mr. President, respectfully, I know you’re trying not to big foot this, but the knives are out and it’s Americans who are getting cut to the bone and it’s costing them EVERYTHING. The emotional cost is great and loss of FAMILIES is incalculable, but it’s too valuable, to left dragging any further, you have pass it anyway you can and get pass it, there are many and much important work to do and Congress has spent enough time on this and it DIVDING THE COUNTRY the more this delays.

This is the time you have to take what you got and get on, pass a Strong Public Option and be done for now, you can change it later. Mr. President please listen to me, we cannot go back down the road to growing division, this has to stop and get it DONE NOW, NO MORE DELAYS and if you wait until the end of August to think about setting a vote date and then drag it out till the end of the year, you will have lost big time, either Blue dogs believe in what they done and contributed until now, or they don’t then tell them, this vote is on them and the American people will know it was BLUE DOGS who weaken the Bill and then didn’t vote for it… just like the majority of CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS, who BLUE DOGS have been seen as aligning themselves with… against the interest of their own Party/Platform and President, on KEY, KEY Legislation and the nations future.

By-Partisanship would be nice, but all Americans are not saying we have to have by-partisanship, the Majority of Americans want, Single Payer and or a Strong Public Option, so Republicans and some Democrats, frame there position wrongly to the American people, as if by making Press release statements, that those statements makes their words true.

No elected Representatives… by-partisanship is not the target… strong Health Care Reform is the TARGET.

So until a bill is presented, more over the Bills available, in committee have been presented to the House, stop telling the American people, what you want them to want… LISTEN too the American people, elected Representatives, stop ruling in, or out Reconciliation, you have no right to make unfounded statements, because you want your crap legislation done according to your will.

Stop ruling in, or out Reconciliation, in those weak, lobbyist, serving prepared statements.

Reconciliation, if done right, in all-words, if the Health Care bill is done right from the start, there will not be much need for changes later, at the very least, the changes will be minor, so your job is, get it done the first time, get it right the first time.

Most Republicans and a few Democrats, have tried mightily, too shape the discussion, ruling in and out this, or that, we the people, the majority have spoken, in an Elections and in our majority elected Representatives. Those in both Houses of Congress, who ruled out Single Payer, were wrong and will pay at the next election for their treacheries.

We the people… know we as a people spend 2.2 TRILLION dollars each year on Health Care and we demand, we not spend that 2.2 Trillion again, without a Strong Health Care Reform this year, not weak reform, not watered down reform, or reform that dose not cover all Americans, so lets be clear, this is not a political football game and your lobbyist donations, do not rule, you all have been charged to reform Health Care and get all the American people covered.

We the people… know, we as a people spend $2.2 TRILLION dollars a year.

Let be crystal clear, we the people are not looking for a… difference… we are looking for a STRONG CHANGE, of REFORM. Any bill that merely makes a difference and not a strong change and is not acceptable, that is not solving the Health Care inefficiencies and current unsustainable cost, there must be a Strong reversal of how Health Care is administered and it must cover all Americans, this year, not incrementally different Care.

As Senator Mike Enzi R-Wyoming says, he wants a difference, we want strong change, start there. Obama did say; those who want to keep their Insurance, the bill should not interfere with their Insurance. I agree on one thing, their private insurance, must compete and if the Insurance Companies have to change their Insurance to compete, we the people, shouldn’t have to accept, no change in Private Insurance for others to keep and stay at status quo. The private Insurance has to compete, with the changes, the reforms that will deliver Health Care to all Americans, so Senator Mike Enzi, you want the status quo at the expense of those who have no insurance, the model you want to stay in place, has no competition and incentive to close the Health Care gap.

Obama did say; if you like your Insurance and your Doctor, keep them, he did not say; that your Private present Health Care Providers, do not have to compete, they do have to compete with the Changes, that have to be made to provide Health Care to all Americans.

You all keep working by-partisan, that’s good, but know this, by-partisanship, in and of itself, is not the TARGET.

Now what is unsustainable? is Republicans and Democrats believing and thinking and making statements based on keeping the current expenditures status quo and making noise that they want change, but defend that status quo.

Let be clear, there can be no change, with out a Strong Public Option, that competes and that… competition change… will drive down cost, we can no longer keep spending 2.2 TRILLON dollars a year, without the current Private only Insurance system, there has to be a New STRONG Public Insurance bought forward and the current inefficiencies in the present expenditures to private Insurance, is unsustainable and must except the change in business.

CBO is not a compete picture, so stop beating it’s inconclusive and incomplete conclusions, they are indefensible, an all who engaged in it’s conclusions, are engaging in fear and divisiveness, a miss-direction of sorts, we are not unaware of those who would make this a deterrent.

Present Health Care Premiums, must be re-regulated and cost lowered, to then provide Health Care for all American, that is a tall order and, Congress, must leave their Lobbyist donations at the door and create a Strong Public Plan of coverage for all Americans, no more status quo defense statements on the floors and in Committee, you will be called out, each time you defend, the in-defensible and unsustainable current inefficient Health Care expenditures.

Everything is on the table, nothing is sacrosanct… nothing.

Senator Gregg R-New Hampshire, stop making disparaging arguments about the bill, that is before you, lacking this and that, make the change, adding and making it better is what your on the committee to do, your criticism of the bill is crap, you did offer some additions, that would make this and other bills better, but shut the fart up about how bad this bill is, you do us no service with your crap critique, this is precisely the pup-butting, we don’t need, offer additions, amendments and changes and move on, we don’t have the time for your grandstanding crap fest.

I know, I know, I’ am being childish to do this, but the truth is, there’re varying degree’s of Quality and integrity and personal responsibility and here’s the rub, each man, or woman, seeks to be famous, I know, big let down, but that is what has fueled the raise of the Opinion Analyst, like Lou Dobbs and Bill O’REILLYs and the Morning Joe’s crew of conservative Republican, libertarian prevarications, these three, are examples of taking it beyond BALANCE and to lesser degree’s the Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow and The Ed Show, each has a niche, it’s the heart and the ego that determines the, Truth in men and women who employ Opinion Analyst to the News and factual Truths of the news, require a heavy price be paid, if you are partisan.

Some can ignore their partisan side and employ a twisting of the facts, even in the airing of the facts, they purposely leave out all uncomfortable details, which do not fit, or cloud their Spin mastering. Number nine, in this list is where many go wrong, when wrong, in what they say and allow others to say, unchallenged, show heavy partisanship and alack of home work, both are deadly to a New Organ, whether, Network, Press, or Media in General.

Each Network alone has given voice to the un-informed Liz Cheney, of the Cheney Family Business and Liz played them all like cheap dime store Kazoos. Republican says; its run away spending, is Republicans in answer to Obama saying; this spending is stimulus, Republican say: Answers and leadership, it failed under our watch and leadership and the American people don’t want it. Well the truth is under republicans, we were not in this position in the economy and he’s right we were spending, or Republicans were spending and foolishly, off the books and budget wars of choice, unregulated spending is the result, none of it for Infrastructure, or Roads and Bridges or Port and Transportation and Border Security, cutting and underfunding Education and Health Care, these are just a few of the wrong headed spending Republicans did and contributing to economy we have today.

Obama and Democrats in the House and in the Senate, knows an economic disaster is looming and, both knows we have to spend in all segments of our economy and for programs starved by the failed Republicans leadership, of the Bush Veto-less, and 110th Rubber Stamp Republican controlled Congress. Reinvestment Stimulus has to occur, Short termed, Middle termed and long termed investing, as the recovery takes hold, is new answers, forward thinking and acting.

Republican says; there is a time honored way, to stimulate the economy, you give the people more of their money, (wait and see) Cuts (tried this, didn’t work). The only problem with these, TRIED and FOUND failing policies is, this is not Reagan’s economy, or Kennedy’s economy, or frankly Bush’s economy, although it is Bush’s economy creation and it will take bold and new policies to bring all segments of our economy out of this morass, created by failed Bush and Republican controlled leadership and policies.

Republicans say; the center piece of any effective Stimulus Bill, they say, done (Republicans name for the TARRA of 2009 Bill), by Congress, in the recent pass has been Tax relief. Once again Republicans believe, just cut the taxes on the rich and they’ll spend, in turn, or in return and bring the economy out of the spiraling down turned economy. This is wrong on so many levels today, first the little tax cuts you give to the middle classes down is not enough to spend, on goods and services, that have remained high, because, no one is spending and the rich will not spend the tax cuts, to bring a huge unemployed labor force back in America, it’s not enough bang for our tax bucks, the rich will only increase off-shore savings and apply the extra money to investments more profitable out side the US, as they did in each of the past tax cuts, given by Republicans, or Democrats, targeting the rich.

Bush gave massive tax cuts to the rich and business community and a tiny tax cut, in proportion to the middle and working poor’s proportion of Bush’s tax cuts, the upper classes and rich, in turn Down Sized and Out Sourced high paying jobs, Businesses then lobbied Republicans and Bush, in control of the 110th Congress for more H1B’s and hired heavily in the Service Industries, is all Americans got, who once has a middle class job and life style. The working poor, in turn spent there little tax cut money on the wealthy owners of Banks, Credit House, Food, Health Insurance, Mortgages, Rents and Energy, only to met with a continually raising prices, eating up the little increase, only the rich could save.

And to add insult to injury, the working poor watched their Pensions disappear, 401k’s devalued and all of their Savings disappear, all under Bush and Republican Policies and leadership. Again Republican say; it’s a matter of how you get Americans to spend, do you do it in a way, that allows them to invest in small businesses and have confidence, little or all tax cut will be enough. Republicans says; we’re not going to force lay-offs of teachers and fire-fighters in the states, with these cuts in this Senate Bill. A lie from the pit, Republicans want small ball. Republicans don’t want this Bill to fail, they don’t want it to succeed, over whelmingly or massively, they don’t want it to start a driving recovery. Republicans want to stunt it, slow it down, in implementation, just so it’s a slow recovery, so they can complain about it not working and it’s all to slow a recovery.

Gregory picked all the fringe voices about short termed and targeted Conservative economist, feeding the Republicans talking points, listen the majority of economic voices say, this Bill. Democrats say; this Bill, it has to be large and Short, Mid and Long termed in it approach and implementation, there must be parts of this, or the original White House and House of Representative Bill, that keep kicking in, over the course of our Nations RECOVERY, once this AMERICAN RECOVERY and REINVESTEMENT ACT HR1 of 2009, delivers and including the recent Senate cuts, put back in the BILL, it is essensecial Spending Stimulus and is set in motion, that means, the Reinvestment Stimulus part of the Spending Stimulus, happen, implementing along the course, along side the incremental Recovery as it grows larger.

Democrats recognize the whole of our economy, includes Wall Street and Main Street. Banks, Mortgage Houses and Finance Houses, are not the only “Risk Takers,” all of America’s and its people are “risk takers,” and all deserve to be… INVESTED IN AND ALL AMERICANS DESERVE TO BE RECOVERED.

America cannot look back and go back to failed answers, let’s face the facts, the 110th Republican controlled Congress, refuses to let go of their failed answers and wants to hold hostage the America people to force more failure.

Obama won the election, he’s looking forward and the looking included, working together, with both side of the isles, in a by-partisan way, we all know how the Limbaugh Republican led House, did with that by-partisanship (Dems compromised and cut and added Tax Cuts, after all that by-partisanship, the President and Democrats got their hand and face slapped, in the vote, we won’t do that again) all that by-partisanship, led by Obama so we could develop new ways out of this morass together of this abyss, this ditch, that has and still is bleeding Jobs and confidence, that was waiting for Obama and Democrats, when this election was over and changing course was the rule of the day.

The Bleeding of jobs has continued and confidence is rooting around in the ditch of the failed leadership, that drove the US people and it economy, into the ditch, the election voted to change course and come out of.

Republican believe only Reinvest in The upper businesses and Classes, only invest in Small Businesses, only invest and set in place recovery for these few American… STOP INVESTING in the Main Street, stop RECOVERY efforts for Schools and the States, who have been bled starting 7 years ago.

Stop Food Stamps, they only spend it for food, Republicans say, Stop Building Schools, the School district, only spend the money to build schools and the contractors, only hire out of work Americans and buy materials to build from American manufactures.

Stop Spending money on Health Care, they only Spend the money, to pay for Child health and Adult Americans health, stop Spending money on Cops and Fire fighters, they only hire more out of work Americans and once hired they only work and pay taxes and buy food and rents and Homes, stop Spending money, stop Spending money on Pell Grants, why would we republicans want money spend to pay for Colleges, the Colleges, only spend that money to hire and keep teachers, do research, build buildings and all of pays taxes, stop helping the States, they only keep Libraries open and the Safety Nets open for all the out of work, stop Spending money for Worker Un-employment, they only keep up some of their Credit obligations and pay rent and keep their Homes and families together and look for work… we Republicans don’t want all this Reinvestment and Recovering Spending Stimulus, stop it, we want many to fail and get out of the way and we will delay, slow it down, piss and moan, cry, whine and talk tuff for just a few Americans and there are not the American unemployed, or the American middle class, losing there Homes and families and there not America’s Poor, we want them disappear and stop being Americans.

American confidence in Consuming is down for a couple of large reason, the American consumer, from the middle class down to the working poor. We saw the price of gas go out of sight and were told/sold, it was “supply and demand,”, then when the price went down, the cost that had risen along with the high Fuel and Home Heating cost and Interest rates, never went back down, so the American consumer has said, were not going for it again.

The prices of “goods and services” has to adjusted down to reflect income… we consumer believe is valued, based our… our take home pay, not your Business, or economic gobble gook, macro, micro talk and explanations, you can explain till the cows come home, we will buy when prices reset, got it… RESET VALU and Prices, that will help spur consuming.

As a Democrat, let me start with three “B’s”, this acronyms stands for; Blagojevich, Burris and Bobby, all opportunist of low estate and all of these men have done some very good things in their public service, but have as of late fallen, ethical, opportunistic and illegally challenging times.

Blagojevich, never, ever should said what he said and on tape, it is exactly what he said and he cannot now say, I did nothing wrong and every time someone anyone, even Blagojevich advances this statement, too the face of all American, someone should have the gonads to retort strongly and tell him… too his and anyone else face, sir, Governor Blagojevich, you have clearly from and elected position of Authority, made grossly unethical and possibly Conclusional, conspiratorial statement, which shows your Moral Turpitude, for which we here today hold you fully cognizant and fully responsible.

You can not un-ring the bell you sounded loudly and act as if we must, or are now required to recognize your legitimacy.

Illinois Legislators should come out together and say; you may still hold the office Governor Blagojevich, but we do not recognize your Authority, or acts in the very Senate positions, you on tape tried to sell, not until you have restored your morality in our eyes, will we recognize your Authority in this matter.

Democrats should immediately, form the Special Elections they say they do not want and end Blagojevich’s protestations in this matter, forthwith. Prepare the candidate and move on, stop this charade now, Democrats, or be seen as WIDE VARIETY of possibilities. I know Democrats don’t want to chance losing this seat, but they need to cut this off, quickly and get behind someone the State will get behind and take away Blagojevich’s directorship and revenge play position. And do not give Fitzgerald any more time to bring charges, he’s had since 2002, that’s enough time to investigate and bring charges.

It is not what Democrats in Illinois or in the Senate want, but it is clearly the only way to cut this crap move off at Blagojevich’s knees.

Burris and Bobby will have to campaign for the spot, to which both of them wish to demand, only their outcome, all conveniently after reversing their clear position statement about Blagojevich’s acts, on tape.

Juan misses the new obstacles present for the 25% of blacks in poverty today, whom the Bill Cosby's and the Juan Williams of today decry as “not keeping up their part of the bargin,” those who can't do criticize and I’ am not saying Juan and Bill aren't contributing, from their wealth to worthy causes, that’s not what I’ am saying.I’ve read some now, consistent and persistent criticisms of all things Obama and black, Juan goes from one thing to another in the black community, locked into the past, he knows what happened, but he keeps trying to view and explain the present black communities failures in performance, through the Brown v Board of Education and the flawed Civil Rights era accomplishments.

I say flawed because, so many believe these accomplishments were the be all and end all answers for the black community, now and forever. If they were not flawed, every 25 years, blacks would not have to ask and beg Congress to sign the Civil Rights Act, to keep the right to vote.

“Where is the civil rights groundswell on behalf of stronger marriages that will allow more children to grow up in two-parent families and have a better chance of staying out of poverty? Where are the marches demanding good schools for those children -- and the strong cultural reinforcement for high academic achievement (instead of the charge that minority students who get good grades are "acting white")? Where are the exhortations for children to reject the self-defeating stereotypes that reduce black people to violent, oversexed "gangstas," minstrel show comedians and mindless athletes?”

Juan, Bill have you lived in the black communities lately, no you haven’t, you haven’t seen the black community, you’ve seen what the black community is portray on TV and in the Press, you seen the few that have risen to the level of media, where you two live and you decry there excesses.I live in a black community dying because, our mentors have moved out of the black community, because of guns and a false sense, that all white schools are better than the community schools that raised them and gave them the education to make a better life for them selves.

These black upwardly mobile and accomplish to some degree black families, that are part of the root and cause of the dying black community, that has no voice for change, no black males to march and attend Ward and Council meeting, to be the face of change in the black community, down to little league, or a recitel.

Bill, Juan you both decry the Gangster Rap and the flaunting of black woman, the lack of Parenting and the lack of the use of the tools, built on and in our tortured past, through the lives and blood of the Civil Rights hay days, well what’s left in the black community is the old parents who sacrificed and marched to give their children, the better education, that those children used to move out of the black community.

To this day, the City’s mostly white town fathers, listen to the black communities cry’s and still do not do what they want, drugs and dealers are entrenched and those upwardly mobile blacks, the few who come back to the black community, mostly to go to church and hand out turkeys on thanks giving and share some money, but putting their real faces on the problems, they're absent.No mentors but the aging grandparents and grandmothers and activist born and staying in the community, are all that’s left, you ask why no marches, there’s your answer.

The Black preachers are all afraid of the blowback that the white press has played and reverse racist is there new tool, even white voices, announcing any “liberation Theology,” from the degrading facts of life in the black community, are assaulted with racism to shut them down and keep it out of the any discussion.

The problems are new and need a new tactics, coupled with some of the tried and true tactics of the past, I’ am not against using what worked, but those tactic alone cannot attack and win, in these days.

“Black Quilt, Black Blame, White quilt, White Blame, all have to be on the table and we have, stay at the table, all of you pop-in-jays need to butt out.”

Both of you men, say nothing about the problems faced by a new generation of Poverty and the abject lack of education and the re-enforced institutional and systemic barriers erected by those in power from City Hall's Financial Institutions, School Boards, to the Police Departments. None of which have supported those left fighting for the communities, only our Seniors and the Activist, flail around, unsupported by those who are our strongest.I do understand frustration, but to spend your echo chamber time and bully pall pits attacking blacks lack of answers for the problems faced, is low, you both need to get down on the ground and stay there, not just your money is needed, don’t run back to your Cush homes and white and black friends willing to listen to your cry’s and complaints about your people.

Stay in the that poor black community, showing the way and make your presence the bulwark and draw the strength of the black community back to be the face and mentors needed, the voices in the Town Halls and Wards and City Councils, Parishes and yes, SPEAK, PREACH and LEAD the MARCH, ORGANIZE the MARCHES, shut the fart-up and LEAD.

It’s maddening to hear Hillary and surrogates and supporters say; every vote must be counted in FL and MI and that I Hillary should receive every vote and every delegate in both states.

The voters in both states knew the order agreed upon and signed, in the DNC 50 STATE INTEGRITY OF POCESS. The voters knew the rules, the voters knew well ahead of the moved date, there would be a penalty for voting ahead of the agreed upon date

Hillary did not campaign for FL and MI, inclusion, until she realized, her big state strategy was a big state failure and said they were not important and would be under Penalty for voting out of order, for moving up the date ahead of February 5th, 2008 Super Tuesday mass voting date.

Hillary’s caucus campaign, 08’ strategy was an abysmal failure, IOWA was clear evidence Hillary 08’ was too arrogant about her candidacy, Hillary believed and Bill Clinton, as well, believed right down to the Media in her presumptive and eventual nominee, Hillary felt preeminent, air apparent, IOWA and NORTH CAROLINA, shook the entire campaign down too core and Hillary and Bill never, made the 1st quarter adjustment, Hillary was led to believe New Hampshire was a course correction, Hillary felt, the rest of the way, would still go as planned, nothing wrong in my campaign.

As SNL, skit said; “Bitch is the new black, get use too it,” this attitude was prevalent across the Hillary Bill, campaign, her surrogates were brimming with arrogance and when the Super Tuesday came and went, Hillary was left with the stark reality, Obama had gutted the heart of the states, in the 50 state process and Obama had compiled a huge lead.

The Media took notice, not just in the wins, but how Obama WON, IT WAS CLEAN AND CLEAR WINS, THE KIND THAT HAD THE MEDIA, MARVELING AT HIS BREATH-TAKING EFFICENTCIES and GROUND POUNDING ORGANIZATION.

FL and MI were after thoughts, of no importance to Hillary and Bill even then, Hillary and Bill were stunned too say the least. The next weeks, instead of retooling, in fighting, Kitchen sink, race questioning, anger, complaints about media coverage and no need to vet Hillary, Hillary a-mid pivot, called for the media to look closely at this upstart, interloper, surrogates sprang into action across the Media News shows.

I can hear Hillary and Bill saying in closed meeting; I want his career/campaign dealt a death blow on arrival, I want his family investigated, I want every opposition research done, I want all the dirt out there now, fill the airways, until the media is forced to focus on his thin resume, I want him questioned repeatedly, over and over, these lines of attacks, were supposed to give Hillary time re-think her campaign, but Hillary and Bill got caught up, in watching what they had wrought and never made the right moves in Caucuses strategy.

Hillary’s and Bill’s arrogance instead grew, Hillary now said anything, knowing she was lying and fabricating events and her course corrections, were to fire… this person for failure and… that person for miss-speak, never did Hillary take complete and absolute control of her campaign.

When the Media called her on her lying, Hillary said; you’re unfairly focusing on me and Bill said; “it was because she was a girl and it’s ok to attack the girl.”

Now we have this, every vote should count meme and every vote is mine and “I’ am being discriminated against,” it was “sexism” these late season tirades, do a grave disservice to Hillary’s history making campaign.

FL and MI will receive a PENALTY for there flagrant violation of the Rules of order and I want them wacked good, so no one else dose this, ever again and the leadership were the leaders in their states, encouraging the voters, close your eyes and memories, step off the violation cliff, they must be made too account for there parts in the voting violations. And I want Hillary to lose big at the end, not too embarrass her, but so that it’s clear, Hillary lost and no one stole anything. Hillary will have to campaign for Barack H. Hillary R. Clinton had every opportunity, every effort, Hillary campaigned hard for those votes in every one of those states and she lost big. Hillary began changing the number, the goal post, the divisive speeches and Hillary lost even more, she has made the old politics her only way to campaigned, is to make it about voting against Hillary, no Obama did not ever say such a thing.

As we all know, the Bush, McCain doctrine for Iraq is stay, die and eventually, we will win, or let them stay and die and win, or no surrender, we prefer to die and win nothing, but die we will do, is the reality.

Their mantra to the American people is; the surge has worked, the surge was successful, see the killing is down, so it worked.

Now let’s look at the results of the Bush McCain doctrine in Iraq, now that nearly 4000 US soldiers have died in Iraq, to date, killing is down of US troops, but civilian deaths are still being recorded, Iraq women are still being killed, honor killings and for not wearing a headscarf and many other reasons, freedom is not even close in Iraq for Iraqi’s.

Not a word about Iraq Police and troops taking over the duties, US troops are doing now. The Iraq parliament has not made the NATIONAL moves, necessary for reconciliation and bringing the Iraqi’s country together. Instead, we hear, unilaterally, like thief-doms, they are making side deals, factions, separate from the national government, siphoning off amounts of Oil profits, US and Iraq government officials are paying off militia’s, to keep them from actively killing each other, arming the very people who have participated in killing US troops.

Not a word about all the clinics closed, not a word about power, or energy availability, not a words about the Islamic law, being applied to the people in the day and in the night, not a word about the fear permeating the fabric of Iraq’s disunity.

But McCain, Bush wants America to believe, the surge worked, it’s succeeding and we just have to stay until we American win. Win what McCain, Bush, what you fail to say is; US Troops have won, they have won everything they have been sent to do, it is Bush and McCain, who have refused to admit victory in Iraq, they keep moving the Goal post for a Iraqi Government, who have lined their pockets, as profiteer’s have and keep US Troops in harms way, while Iraqi’s have a vacationed and generally not done what was the entire PURPOSE of the SURGE in the first place.

I get tired of saying what the purpose was of the surge, but we all know, it was to make room for political change, the hard decisions needed for moving the country forward, but it has not happened, Americans gave their lives from the start for Iraqi’s and Iraqi’s have thanked Us Troops, for the giving of their lives how.

Failure after failure called success, this is the Bush, McCain doctrine, call it success, just stay and die, until we win.

When Republicans, McCain, Bush cannot buffalo Americans into believing, they use words like, defeatist, surrender, all in their collective effort to fear and shame Americans into supporting their failures, just stay until we win, stay and kill till were right, kill until we correct the mistakes, just keep killing, until the factions give up their country to our way of life.

Iraq is bidding their time, storing up money and weapons on all side, waiting for the time when, factions in all sectors of the country can have an all out kill fest, to determine who will be subject and who will be subjugated. The borders are wide open, they cannot, nor want to stop anything, just keep paying them to hold and store their water, and they are keeping their powder dry for the big fight.

The Majority and nearly all Democrats want to start bringing US Troops home, sparking Iraqi’s to get off their, stock piles of money and weapons and make some concession towards National Oil sharing and reconciliation and much more.

The problems in Iraq will best be solved by Iraqi’s themselves and it won’t look like democracy, as Republicans, Bush, McCain want it to look like and want credit for. Iraq is not a country, as America knows countries; it is a loose conglomeration of faction, sects, with very different alliances, none of which has to do with a NATIONAL IDENITY, or COUNTRY.

When a Democratic party President and near, if not Veto proof Democratic Party Congress comes into power, Iraq will be seen for what it is, a mistake, that needs to make the next moves for it self, even if it means, killing each other until each faction, decides to be as I’ve said, subject and subjugated by Iraqi’s, these roles have to be worked out and, it will be through blood and guts, based in and on, who Republicans, Privateer’s, Contractors, Oil giants and politicians, all twisted together around energy and money and power armed and back each faction, one element, holds sway, US MONEY and US TROOPS PRESENCE.

In the end, McCain, Bush love to put words in the mouths of US Troops, when the US Troops cannot speak up for them selves, I absolutely dislike Republicans saying let them win, when win is what they’ve already done, let them stay, when they won’t say, stay and kill and be killed for a country people and government, who don’t want us to stay and kill and be killed, Iraqi’s want us to go home and let them solve there problems.

Iraq is an Iraqi problem and needs, founding fathers to emerge with a national outlook, or devolve into a factional fight and that the truth in love.

More Bush doctrine, only 2% of the people fighting US Troops… in Iraq, are, is Al-Qaeda, now how bush, McCain and conservatives and republicans can turn that into the entire enemy against the US, first in Iraq and then following us home to America, is beyond me, when all they want is US troops, out of their holy land.

Al-Qaeda is not the big buggies-man, McCain, Bush want desperately them to be, now Osama Ben Hiding and Afghanistan/Pakistan, only because he’s hiding on the border, are a big deal and we need to get after that, heavy duty. McCain wants to call Democrats defeatist and surrendering, rather than telling America the truth, McCain glosses over the facts, I believe and a Majority of America believes, when you “F’d” up like Bush has, you don’t keep killing, pushing your wrong track, telling America; where there now, so we have to stay and kill, till we get it RIGHT.

Read in between the lines America; if we leave before we kill everyone, all those named groups, who thinks about hating America, they will follow us home and kill us in America, now why do they think this, because if anyone attacked and invaded, the US, we would hate them and want them to leave and would continue to kill the invaders, in many names until they either all died or left and yes, we Americans would follow them home and kill them in their own home country, the longer the invaders stayed the longer the hate and killing would last.

Bill Clinton is unhinged about the culinary workers, the State allowed more caucus stations, for workers serving the huge hospitality Industry in Las Vegas, proper and yesterday Hilary was twisting Obama’s words, both have made the worst possible mistakes, all around black and brown people, win at all cost I call it, is what I see, it polarizing and I had dropped Hilary too third, in my list of democratic Presidential contenders, I now will not vote for Hilary, my list consist of two democrats, Obama and Edwards.

Dennis Kucinich is a better candidate than Hilary. I was taken aback when I heard Hilary twist Obama’s words from the Last debate; she made Obama’s words sound like he would be a figure head, instead of a leader, Obama would delegates authority to trusted advisors and leaders, capable administrators who will carry out orders and vision, just as Hilary would and Bill did.

I cannot wait for the Black caucuses Debates in the South Carolina, black people will see Hilary at her worst and the next day Bill will attack again and the dye will be cast, black won’t be so undecided after the S. C. debates.

Hilary and Bill know, that Obama, running as a black only candidate, is a no winner for Obama, so they tried to maneuver, through the back and forth to frame Obama as a black candidate only and then, they themselves, come out, one in a very emotional moment, this would freeze some blacks and un-decided voters, too get them to , either return too Hilary and Bill, or at the most freeze them again, until they could twist a few more positions and draw a false contrast.

With the media, playing up the race issues, between Clinton and Obama, I had to chime in, it seems, the Clinton’s want to remind, Black folks of all they’ve done for them and they were instrumental in many advances, but they were not the only ones involved and they sure are not the only ones who can, make all the issues facing the black community whole, in the coming 21st century, remember, the drug problem rose to some of the worst heights, under Bill Clinton, we had more police on the streets, but we were sending black males to jail, for petty crimes at an alarming rate under Bill Clinton’s leadership as well. Yes there were plenty of jobs and Education opportunities were more available, during his administration, these on just a few of the facts, of an admittedly great administration.

Great is not always good when you look at the big picture of Civil Rights and the black community, there has been many gain, retarded and canceled by the Bush, Republicans and, the Plan to spend all the treasuries monies and in the out years, cut all the domestic safety nets and hollow out the governments structures, leaving a Government, incapable of protecting the least among us.

Remember, it was Clinton, who signed the legislation, that changed Welfare and for me I think, that was a good thing, but today, with the safety net, all but gone, it doesn’t look, or feel so good for the working poor, Homeless among us. Just saying your ready and tested is not reason enough to just vote blindly for anyone, nor is just saying change, without dept of hope, but let’s look deeper at the issues and what their going to do, their plans.

And when we look at their Plans, remember, it was those who brought the issues to the forefront, not the ones in charge who make change and if it was the ones in charge who started and finished the change, then the President at the time of the Civil rights Movement, or before the movement began, they would of called for and led the movement, last… it sure wasn’t Pharaoh who called for letting my people go, so don’t be fooled by those who tell you I’ am tested and ready, or change for the sake of change… give us facts and a plan, make your promises if you must, but you’d better deliver, because, it’s the failed plans and promises, that are the reason people won’t buy EXPERIENCED, one quality, should be remembered, consistently making the right decisions and making the change necessary, to bring their plans and promises to reality, that doesn’t means they haven’t made mistakes in the past, but when it came time to grow up and make decisions for others, take a close look at that record the present Democratic controlled grown-up Congress is evidence of sayings, promising one thing and doing another.

Let me tell you the true facts, the Industry is researching, based in re-acting to sickness, not preventive medicine, poor people practice “don’t have medicine, stay away medicine,” out of necessity. I’ am saying today in America, we have an “Arrestee Model of Medicine,” arrest means, it an after the fact, reaction and the Pharmaceutical Industry sells medicine and researches, how to arrest a sickness, yes there’s some pure research, but before the sickness and preventative medicine, they sell not, don’t get twisted and this is Republicans preach, they like Big Industry, they speak Free market as the answer, they preach let the market solve everything, and they preach, we should do nothing, but wait for free enterprise to fix anything and everything, while the supposed equal Americans are suffering from this free market system, which marginalizes the middle class and the poor and homeless working poor, they say we need to get a hold of inflation and that’s why cost of health care is unaffordable, but we don’t need to help everyone.

Republicans are so worried about helping someone who they have determined in their “IDEAOLOGY,” not “IN THEIR FAITH,” is not deserving of help. Republicans want to measure good, yes that’s at the bottom, the ugly bottom of their RNC, Ideaology.

Republicans preach the Constitution and Right’s, but they believe some are more equal than others, if your poor, you don’t deserve help, just cause your on the floor, the street, the ally looking up. Republicans believe in pulling your selves up, well I believe in that also, but I will help you get a boot strap to pull on, Conservatives and Republicans, believe, either make a boot strap, but don’t anyone give you one, because, if you don’t qualify for a loan, someone, anyone giving you one, is circumventing the Free market, in all words… if you have a boot strap, you deserve to “fall to the wayside,” get out the way of the strong, that’s what Republicans mean by “wait until the free enterprise, free markets fix the problems.”

The American middle class and the lower middle classes down to poor and homeless, and homeless working poor, they are hurting and Republicans want Americans to believe in, in a Rah, Rah, Republicans say; were for free market American ways, in their debates, they say, if you read between the line; we Republicans believe waiting on everything to fix it self, and we cut taxes, you just have to wait, until we rich people, make enough money to start hiring more of you poor people, who by the way, saw none of the tax cuts and have nothing but high health care and worst.

We Republicans all along, planned to cut and spend everything, and tell Americans, deficit’s are really good, remember that talk, it was and is just what the small Government Republicans want us to believe in, selling out the middle class and welfare-ing away, our grandchildren’s future, laying a debt on our grandchildren as far as… our grandchildren, children can see, un-freaking’ believable, a two generation deficit.

I say Government Welfare because, Bush has shown Government in a lot clearer light, a one sided light, clearly to all America, the TRUTH is we the Citizen’s, we the People, support the biggest Welfare recipient in America and Republican don’t, want you to treat them like they treat citizen’s and if you even bring up Corporate Welfare, they will respond, with the word, these “subsidy’s” are necessary, but if you say, well, can I write bill and ask for money on the floor of Congress to have my children educated, topping each child off with several Doctorate degree’s, I believe a great investment.

America, “NEVER” put anyone in charge of something, “THEY HATE,” you wouldn’t have a person, in charge of your children, if they told you, up front, nor even after, that they “hate children,” well America, a majority voted in Bush and a majority of Republicans, in both Houses of Congress, who hate government and they destroyed it. Every action by these, Neo-con, Christian backed Conservatives have shown they hate our Government and have done everything possible, too cut and destroy, every branch of government and especially the ones, who either protect the people, DOJ, DOD, the environment, EPA, DO the Interior and the Republican 109th Congress held the door open and in many cases drove the get away cars, with president, who misplaced his veto pen, until Democrats regain a little majority in the 110th Congress, thin as it is.

America is past ready for change from the old line “Politicians,” America is past being manipulated for greedy gains, America is past, weak leadership, with flower filled words, when they cannot do what they promised to do, America is past promises and compromise, past promises and Folding, past promises and caving in, past promises and capitulation.. Face it America, since Democrats regained the Majority in both Houses of Congress, in November of 06’, the American people have watched in horror, as Bush and Republicans triumph over both Houses of Congress, again and again, just by threatening to VETO 50 plus time, Bush did not actually Veto 50 Plus times, he just threatened to Veto and Republicans in Both Houses of Congress, have stalled, and use every parliamentary tool, too avoid standing on the floors of congress and filibuster their standing positions behind Bush, it’s like having a gun fight, but never stepping into the street and actually drawing, they just wave their guns at the Democratic majority and the Majority of American people and many a Democrat, just un-balls his, or her fist.

This untenable situation is going to continue until, the American electorate, stops aliening it self with either Party.

The corporate elites’ have all bought and paid for both Parties and those who run for office and refuse corporate money either lose or if by a miracle, gain elected office are soon, forced to accept money to stay in office, each elected official has an ego and once in office, soon comes to believe… they are indispensible and begin to believe, what many are telling them.

No more organized caucuses, under a Parties affiliation… no more financing running for office, with donations from PAC’s set by and for Corporations, The black community should divest it self, entirely from the Democratic Party and from the Republican party, COMPLETELY and be an independent voice from that day forward.

America can then be govern from the party-less independent position, each of the Now weak two party system will be forced to come too each Independent and make their case and then can be held to their promises, too deliver.

Got reconciliation, got Oil revenue sharing, Police free of corruption and death squads, got un-baathification, is there any Iraqi Government agency, free of corruption, malfeasance, or graft. Bush and Cheney have sacrificed nothing, not one thing has this present administration sacrificed, except the US Constitution and the Bill of Right’s. They have complete destroyed the Civil liberties we use to enjoy, before Bush fell asleep at the switch on 9/11.

Between Bush & Cheney, the freedom’s we use to enjoyed, have been systematically dictatorially stolen, or signed away and they had plenty of help, from both sides of the isles in Congress and I got screwed in the tax cuts, I can’t even claim myself alone and pay in enough taxes, I have to have extra money taken out each pay period, just to make sure I pay enough… tax cut my behind, I sacrifice everyday, show me where Bush, or Cheney, or Rice, or any Republican, or Democrat in Congress is sacrificing, for the last 7 years, show me.

The US Citizen, the man or woman on the ground, the wage workers of America, they have watched since 2000, Medical benefit’s go up 10% plus each year, while wages have stagnated, the cost of Living, the every day cost of good’s and services, has gone up, State Governments have employed stealth taxes, to make up for huge cut in LGA Funds, the States service fee’s have tripled and quad-druppled, a simple marriage license, that cost $30 bucks back in the 70’s, cost well over a $100 dollars today (MPLS,MN).

The American citizen, has little, to no Savings, and the only involvement in the Stock Market… the Republicans favorite sign to point to for a growing economy, is a Pension if they have one, the new trend is to start new employee’s in a 401k and not offer Pensions.

I see sacrifices all around me, except by the leadership and the rich, they have been recipients of Bush’s Corporate tax give backs, the virtual draining of the United States Surplus and you can’t blame, 9/11… Bush and Republicans, in the last Congress, have hollowed out the Government; they have gutted FEMA and placed it in Home Land Security, a balloted beuaracy of Conservative making, now show me the sacrifice?

Answers to America’s Energy future are not, nor ever will be simple, but they are necessary. The Answer will be painful, constricting and precedent setting; they will involve conservation, higher fuel standards (CAFA Standards) clean factories emissions and Clean Coal, lots of environmental standard being raised and an investment in Strategic Reserves, as well as, a complete review of NAFTA and CAFTA.

But here’s an idea, whose time has come and America is, extremely late getting started, it’s the Government, investing tax dollars in building Refineries and Storage and Drilling for energy on North America’s side of the Planet. No more excuses from Big OIL & ENERGY. They have stated, it too expensive to build Refineries, in the billions of dollars and it takes 5 years to build.
Well then the Tax payers needs too build the Refineries, five of them, over the next ten years, Big Oil, has said this will come to no good, when the market has more refining compactly, no that’s not even close to true, but the US will then have a choice, too sell refined energy to the entire North American continent, all excess refining compactly will be put into use, this will keep the markets fluid. And the Big Energy companies will be clamoring to buy these state of the art refineries.

With the Foundation, of a Plan of tax payers investments, in refining and Conservation, higher fuel standards (CAFA Standards) clean factories emissions, lot of environmental standard being raised and an investment in Strategic Reserves, as well as, a complete review of NAFTA and CAFTA, the USA will then top this new plan for ENERGY INDEPENDENCE, with Alternative Energy Sources and Fuels, including Bio Fuels, this is the 10 – 20 PLAN, we start in 08’, by raising the investment in alternative fuel research and plan to be at the half way mark, by 2016 supplying half the cost of energy consumption in America, used by cars, trucks, Plants and homes.

By 2026, the US should plan to be energy independent of Middle East OIL. This present reliance on OPEC’s generosity, is one fraught with insecurities and our National Security can no longer be held hostage, let’s be perfectly truthful… America no longer wants to be DEPENDANT on the Middle East, or OPEC, or Venezuela, for our energy future. Big Energy has no answer, but slow plodding research and TV commercials; we need a Race to Energy Independence, like we had a race to the Moon.

Short and to the point, America’s leadership has to change and then America must hold the new leadership’s feet to the fire and demand a Plan for Energy Independence, in 20 years, we have to get off the Middle east Tit and develop our own breast, if you will.

The Majority, the Main Stream today is, The Left and the Center of the electorate, in all words… Democratic in 08’.

The Media, dose not want any credit, or any blame for Polarization of the America, much less the two party systems. When the 2000 election played out, along with Conservative bomb throwers, like Grover Norquist preceding and the MSM’s raise of the Opinionated news mixed together, with the clearly GOP TV network, parading as a legitimate news network, fox’s noise, the die was setting and the Nation was divided.

The election speaks for it self; just the canceling of poll watching alone had a disastrous effect, on reporting and allowed unscrupulous Right-wing shenanigans, which played out mostly out of the Public’s eyes. And 9/11 was not even close to investigated, like it should of been, that’s just two issues ignored from the start, time and circumstances helped in blinding MSM, they were all to pliable to Patriotism and the Right-wing, Republicans, Conservatives, who played it up and started a mini-McCarthy period, making any questioning of what happened, leading up to 9/11 and after, in the lead up to the War. And we all know the Supreme Courts role Gore v. Bush, in picking Bush, for the WHITE HOUSE.

The MSM couldn’t get the truth out until more than a year later about the Republican operative, shipped end to stop the re-counts and spoil ballots, giving the supreme’s time to over-rule the Florida supreme’s. Since 2000 and in 2004, in Ohio and the phone jamming, I believe in New Jersey, the fixing of Intel around the left turn… into Iraq, can never be explained… why wasn’t the MSM all over these and INVESTIGATING.

So as the Blogs, kept raising and reporting, with the home spun edge’s they have come to be known by, (sharp Language, saying what they mean) and the fact checking kept raising, soon, whistle blower were coming out of the walls and the MSM, just got mad, they never got it and many to this day, still don’t get it, the blatant lack of being the 4th estate, was now in the face of many in the middle and the base, for all intent and purposes lost.

The Blogosphere, has it right, I can find on the right and the left the FACTS, even if both twist it in some case, but it’s there if you want to find it, so why don’t the main stream corporate press, tell the viewers both sides of the low approval reporting sound bite.

Democrats are at 27%, not a great number, but Republicans and the suck-up Independent, is at 20%, so when you hear 18% for Congress. Congress is effectively 50 to 49, one Congressman out sick, so the Congress is in stalemate, procedural processes can stop, stall, block every step and who is using these procedures, both side are, but when it comes to setting the table, the Democrats, set the agenda and Republicans wade in and are then using their right of procedure, to STALL, STOP, TABLE, BLOCK, they have demanded 60 vote thresholds and FILLABUTERS, too kill amendments and Bills, then talk about the Democratic leadership, is not doing anything, they say: they passed a lot of re-naming of Post Offices, Minimum Wage and 1 Defense Spending Bill, but turn on the dime and say, “If Democrats want to stop the war, they could DE-FUND the WAR”, Oh really, then, what would Republicans do, if Democrats de-funded the war? support it, fillabuster, block, stall, call Democrats, un0Americans, Un-Patriotic, Emboldening, Appeasers, Treasonous Traitors, fifth columist? No one ask any Conservative Pundit, or elected Republicans, who makes this statement, on News Show after News Show, it’s just said and left out there in the middle of the do nothing statement, of the unanswered tirade.

So if you’re a responsible News Show, or Network, once again, could you do your job, this half doing your job, only shows your partisanship, when I, a viewer and for some of your show, it’s intermittent and occasional viewer, read your e-mail and respond, you can call me names and label me far left, or far right, but just do a complete job, ask questions where, they need to be ask, don’t just allow, or accept, one sided statements and spewing of lies, it really galls me when you have an internet, right at your finger, staff tips.

It’s journalistically lazy and all the awards, given by your Industry, ring hollow.

How many Americans know, the US Military does what it is told to do, there called “Good Soldiers,” for a good reason, this is a Civilian led Republic, a Top down Democracy and Bush has abused and broken the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

Congress needs to have one more Vote, on the Defense Spending Bill, in two weeks, just before they all go home, 70% of the country has seen clearly it is Republicans, not the Democratic majority, that is waiting, Blocking, Obstructing the Nations WILL, while US Troops die, Republicans are fiddling while our Romans, our Treasures DIE.

Republicans and the Iraqi, Parliament, each is going on vacation, having not done what their Nation want. It’s as clear as the 52 to 47 VOTES, on the floor of the Senate, 7/17/2007, Democrats are doing EXACTLY what the Nation voted them into office to do.

If Republicans refuse, to vote with the NATION, with the DEMOCRATS and go on vacation and continue to wait until September 15th, 2007, to hear General Petraeus tell them, what Bush want them to be told, mark my words, any change of course, any talk of not backing Bush, will be HOLLOW and ring as, too late, welcomed, but too late.

Is your faith, so weak, you need political ideology, mixed in your weak faith, too dominate, your speaking, you state fearful precepts, your line upon line is, polluted with, let’s say; the Sons of Sceva desires, (Acts 14.)

I believe my faith Informs my reasoning, I make decisions based in and on my Faith, I do not need to use a pious, political, religious audio, of zealous speaking, to couch my pronouncements, in a political arena. This is the difference, I see very few Democrats and mostly Republicans, using religious faith, to open certain ears to their desired Political message. I have repeatedly heard many Republicans and Conservatives, use their religious protestations and rhetoric, too gain ear from those who are too weak, too use the reasoning coming from their faith, to make an informed decision.

Some Democrats use this mix of Political and Religious faith to advance their Political Ideology, but it is a very small in number, used by progressives, I believe most liberals, Democrats and Progressives, they know it is an unholy alliance and many, or most people see through it. They know it robs them of arriving at a self internalized conclusion, through reasoning, based in their own effort, in disseminating detailed platforms, stances and issues familiar and germane to their faith based reasoning.

America, what I’ am sayings is, I’ am comfortable with my own abilities to make up my own mind, I trust myself, based in my faith, not because of the mix of religious belief and Political ideology. My faith is strong, all by it self, my Political ideology is built on, my reasoning, coming from my faith, so I’ am comfortable, standing for and behind, my political policy, I’ am for the Poor and Health care, why? It is based in what I have been thought, through my faith, so I profess policies and support policies, that advance that reasoned passion.

I have explained a large part, of how I arrive at what I support Politically, now I do not have to ever beat a particular sin into the dirt, to set my self, or my morality above another, in order too, either shame, or guilty another, into support, or silence, dividing the masses. Many do this, all for the above reasons and more, all for political calculation, or for expediencies, but never for the faith. I also do not use politics to speak about my faith, why because my faith is strong, all by it’s self, it needs no crutch of false superiority, or acceptance, to be popular and I force no conversation of any man.

Elected Officials and my elected Representatives, please take ear, this is how and much of why I think what I profess. You can decide from this which way, many will come down, either Left, or Right, Democratic, or Republican, Conservative, or Liberal and Independent, or Libertarian, Secular Christian, Jewish, or Agnostic, Heathen, or Pagan, I ask, keep your faith Strong and Politics clean, absent religious divisiveness, remember, you want all men to listen and not focus on the messenger, if you stand anyone of us up, in the brightest possible light of our Humanity, each will fail and find fault, but if you state your Politic and your position on the issues of the day, knowing you need a majority too effect an outcome, either for action, or for no action, state your case.

And If you want to profess your faith, let every man, woman, he, or she, chick,or child, be a liar and God be true, or for some no god true of anything.

Bush knows, you’ve neutered Congress and the people’s vote and ultimately their WILL, we voted you into office and you tie your hands behind your back and then, when you’re standing in the well of the people’s house, Bush & Cheney sucker punched you, and gut punched you and you and the people had to take it, they swaggered around and spoke disrespectfully, too you and the Nation, they dared you do something, while they bragged of the Veto’s and then did just as they bragged.

In the end, each time, you compromised, just to get a Minimum Wage passed, but what have you gotten lately, NOTHING and this talk, of letting the courts work it our, is a trap, one you will lose and is a designed, waste the time, Republicans and BUSH & CHENEY want Congress to waste their time, please they will say, let the courts look at it and the courts will lead you into a black hole.

The courts are not the answer, the answer is in your hands, just putting your power back on the table will spell fear, in the Republicans ranks, they will run to Bush and tell him this is going to get real nasty, real quick. And we as Republicans cannot afford to be put on the record, no matter how much, or how hard we spin this, the 08’ election will be a slaughter, an absolute SLAUGHTER.

Bush and Cheney cannot afford for, not one, document to be forced from their lawbreaking grip, it will spell their end so fast, they have to stone wall to the end and that is what the people need to see, Bush and Cheney, putting up a Wall, breaking every existing law left, you must strip away all pretence of legality and lay bear Bush and Cheney, you’ll get Rove and Mires, thrown out as fodder and much, much more so fast, in an all out effort to protect themselves until 08’, there will then be peace overtures, from coalitions of Republicans, asking Democrats, to let up and let them finish the term, they will be willing to give up much then, mark my words.

And all this will come from, just putting Congresses power, fully back on the table. Just talking about putting the power back on the table, it will mean, all covers will be pulled off Republicans and they will have too lay themselves bear, before the American electorate. I ask my elected representatives to press for this action, the power must be put back on the table, just the treat of the power coming back, will bring untold documents and testimony, mark my and hopefully your words.

And because no one has offered and answer to these extreme statements, they leave the hearer, with perception, there’s nothing anyone can do, that’s false premise and the Media, is the prime ones, leaving it there, no answer, there has been many who offered answers, but the Media refuses to give air to any PLAN to do exactly what the Statements say, can’t be done.

It’s like the drug problem, in poor communities, the community is left with, we, (meaning law enforcement,) cannot round up all the drug dealers, or the suppliers, too the street drug dealers, we cannot do it, it impossible, you cannot imagine how that leaves a community invaded with a foreign substance, a plague, from outside, it’s like law enforcement, is saying to the community, you have been invaded and we, Law enforcement cannot eradicate them from, your community, we don’t live there, but we will send police, we don’t know the difference between, citizens and dealers, so we, (Law enforcement) living outside, we will profile, everyone, in your community.

These poor communities will live from that day forward, under occupation, and policed like, the community is the problem and the law enforcement, treats, it like Animals in cages are treated, Police cars, drive into the community and react to what they see, instead of proactively arresting the Suppliers, cutting off the flow, into that community.

Illegal Aliens are being treated the same way, there here, you have to tolerate them, even though the citizens, did not ask, or help them across the Border, but there here, you cannot do anything, too arrest them all, if you ask why this is as it is, they tell you about the Border and Law enforcement, not doing what was on the Books, so most Americans say, enforce the Laws, arrest every violator, when you find them, pass a law saying, if you are here illegally, you must come forward and be documented, if you do not come forward, by this date, you can only be a Temporary Worker, you will never receive legal Worker status, or Guest Worker status.

This kind of law will be the base, for illegal aliens to first ROUND THEMSELVES UP. Second, do not put citizenship at the end of the process, this will still gives illegal aliens hope, of a either Legal, Temporary, or Guest status. And for all those concerned about the children of the illegal aliens, those children are US citizens, there parents, can remain, now their status, depends on the parent, stepping out of the shadows, they will not be deported, in most instances, but their, status is dependant on them, the parent will have US citizen in their family, their children, so the parents are role models, for them, at retirement of the parent, the US can make adjustments, to there status, that all can be worked out later.

I have offered a more detailed Plan for Illegal and legal Immigration, on my Blog, I sent this plan to all my elected representatives and Kennedy & McCain and the Networks, Print media, except RNC fox, sorry, I don’t consider fox a legitimate news organ.

Believe me I do not believe any of these ideas will be given air, most New Show host lack the freedom to pursue any ideas, outside their producers, line of propaganda, just count how many times you hear, the above headline, stated, without pursuit of any Plan too answer, the statement, it has been impossible, by some one any of the viewing public, we had to listen to the repeated statements, over and over, pounding into their consciences, it’s impossible, it’s impossible, no it’s not.

Bush pushing, Immigration and talk of Pardoning Libby, will polarize both parties and Democrats are truly upset about the war vote’s and Democrats wanting citizenship for the illegal aliens, the two top issues for Democrats is the War and Immigration, the two top issues for Republicans is the War and legalizations and citizenship and throw in, Gonzales stonewalling and Libby.

Republicans flirt with real danger, in any talk of pardoning Libby, they run a foul of the Nations majority’s, but the War will crash, their collective party’s, Conservative, Republican stand behind Bush till September, they do this at there Parties peril. Though in Democrats pushing for legalization, of illegal aliens and this joint effort to ram, Comprehensive immigration down the US public’s throat and you have a volatile 08’ election for both sides.

Both parties majority want, the border and employment solved before, accepting comprehensive talk by either party and both parties leadership, have not heard that salient point, they keep asking the wrong questions in the Polls, they site, in the print and network media. Neither Party, seems to want to do what the public is saying, yes we can legalize some illegal aliens, but citizenship is a bridge too far and comprehensive talk, is the swamp land sold, in the past Immigration Bills, in one form or another, America won’t buy comprehensive talk, not until Congress shows, the American people they can solve these two, first.

No one want to air, legalization, absent citizenship for the parents, only the children born here after crossing the border illegally, can and are CITIZENS, the nation will go for this solution, but politicians on both sides, refuse to broach this solution, news media, refuses to air and other choices, except these EXTREMES, these polarizing positions, that get repeated, over and over and over again, in the nations bully pall pits.

Bush believe benchmarks are now ok too talk about, after the little gang of 11 lord fonta-Roy’s, showed up in the white House to complain, but Bush’s plans are still the same, have as many troops in Iraq, at the end of his term, as humanly possible. Bush and Congressional Republicans, of both Houses, are counting on Democrats caving, even for shorter periods of funding.

Republicans have not done all they can, they have the power, too bring Bush to change, they are trying too skit-so-frenetically, (spelling) walk on the border avoiding the fire, they miss-calculate the people, the people are going too, use a flame thrower, in 08’, by 09’ it will be minority status for the grand old party.

I cannot find, anyone except paid operatives to talk about, or defend Bush and suddenly Republicans are hard to find. Generals are standing up, after resigning and telling America, Bush penned our Military, a hammer, with solving Iraq, while forgetting the Political, Diplomatic and Economic components, necessary.

Bush uses the Economic, too enhance his Republican, Multi-National, supporters, bottom-line, Bush uses the Political, too stand around not talking to Nations, like “ do what I say, or I will not talk too you, I’ll talk about you, bad” and Diplomatic, well you know how inept Rice and Cheney, Bolton, do you really want me go on and on and on and on.

Republicans are going to stand in the way of real change of course, until Bush leaves office, is Bush’s plan, Republicans will realize there re-elections, fading into the sunset and revolt, but will do it so slow, they can blame Democrats for the inevitable killings, they will play-up, the “see I told you so.” About the oft-repeated statements, by Bush, Cheney, Rive and all Republicans, “we can’t leave, they will follow us home.”

Horse Hockey, Bull Cookies, Buffalo Feathers, Iraqi’s have been stock-piling weapons, too get the real issues sorted out when the Us re-deuces Troops strength, until then, both sides, or hate groups, both sides of the Islamic, Muslim coin, will practice and hone their skills, of murder on US Troops. Bush’s only concern is to leave the Troops to the next president. Republicans are counting on the “see I told you they were going to killing each other,” theme.

There got it America, now the mysteries are solved, we all know what’s going too happen, now write those Republicans and tell them, we know what going to happen, step out from behind Bush and lets get on with re-deploying, our troops, out of harms ways.

The real lessons, are not in Congress, there in Iraq, Bush & Cheney, Rove, Rice, Gates, Petraeus, and all of America are being played, like bass fiddles, like an entire Orchestra is played, America through the stubbornness, of one clearly impeachable President, have been held captive, using American lives like so much fodder, all laid at funeral at the pyre of; “I believed, we all believed he had, WMD’s and Nuke’s.”

Republicans are still playing the same tunes, they say along with the leader, “we can’t leave”… what! We can’t leave, they say; because the enemy in Iraq will follow, us home. Iraqi’s have each other too kill in mass, once we reduce our troop strength, that is the game plan, of the majority of Iraqi’s and most don’t think of themselves as… IRAQI’S, a made up Constitution and some pretty sounding secular laws, will not bring, people, diametrically oppose too each other, based on faith, they have ingrained in their Theocratic Family life and Governance, Tribal, Clannish, Loyalties and no westerners can change that, Bush, got the US involved a Thousand year War, were the interlopers, America is, too their, well TRADITIONAL, hate filled plan for murdering unbelievers, based on who killed who last and was it a family member.

Yes, there going too kill each other and when we leave, when ever that is, there’s are going to blood let, until one or the other, reaches there level of acceptable, dying, then the one most dominant, will pull back their public faith and resign themselves to the subservient role, under the now dominant faith, that is how it’s been, for centuries, there will b e no meeting of faiths, there will be no sitting around the Temples and signing we all live in yellow submarine.

Eventually, Republicans, in both Houses of Congress will have too step from behind Bush and Vote to override, Bush’s VETOES, but here’s the kicker, the American electorate, will not be forgiving and depending on how long, they hold up the Bill, hoping to force Democrats to backtrack on the WILL OF THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS, if this happens, Democrats will pay a price, but Republicans will pay the largest price of all, the 08’ elections, will be a slaughter for Republicans.

I write this to my elected representatives, have courage, STAND YOUR GROUND, BUSH HAS TOO SIGN, THE BILL. The Bills Passed by Congress, by-patricianly Passed mind you, has all the funds to move forward, as Bush wants, but Bush wants to have tantrums, face it, he’s melting down, he’s having a hissey-fits, he’s holding hid breath, like a little boy, use to getting his way, from a Republican 109th Congress and he’s demanding the new 110th Congress, give him his way, he says, your micro managing the War, no Bush, there a CO-EQUAL BRANCH, EQUAL BRANCH, BUSH, THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TO COMPROMISE AND IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE COMPROMISE, YOU DON’T HAVE TOO SIGN, CONVERSELY, IF THE CONGRESS PASSES THE BILLS AND YOU DON’T SIGN, THEY HAVE DONE THERE JOB, THEY COMPROMISED TOO GET TOO A PASSED BILL.

BE IT KNOWN, THE Bills have passed both Houses of congress, the MONEY IS THERE.
Sign, or don’t sign, that on your ass Bush

The Congress appropriates the Funds and the President spends the money, so if you got a Bill, you don’t, or won’t sign into law, that’s on the President, but the Congress DOES NOT HAVE TO CHANGE ANYTHING, THEY HAVE PASSED A BILL, THAT HAS ALL THE MONEY IN IT.

Bush doesn’t like the benchmarks and time lines for withdrawal by end of Summer 08’, but Bush wants America to think that, just the Democrats, have not made the funds available too carry the Conflict, in Iraq and War in Afghanistan, Bush can keep twisting the TRUTH of the BILLS, but America knows the TRUTH and the FACTS and STILL, WANTS OUT OF IRAQ.

Bush can do one of three things:

1. Sign the Bill

2. Not sign the bill, leaving the Troops, in HARM WAY, in which case the Military will move too protect the Troops.

3. And in response, America will move to impeach Bush for High Crimes and Malfeasants of Office.

Bush will sign, the Bill, Congress can, make changes in Ear Marks and Pork, but there is no need for Congress not to get what it’s main goal is and that’s to end the Conflict, that is the Benchmarks and Timeline, ending US Open Ended Stay the Course, Failed Policy, in Iraq and Bush has what he wants, the Funds to continue the conflict in Iraq, until next year. Bush doesn’t get everything he wants and Congress doesn’t get everything it wants.

Bush tirades and Radio address meltdown, will not change anything, America is on to Him and Republicans, they voted Change and OUT OF IRAQ, Bush will sign, or be impeached.

The WILD CARDS

Republicans in the 110th Congress, who are up for Re-election and the Majority WILL of the NATION, even in Republican Districts, will either tell the President, have your veto, but you will have too sign the bill, or we will have too VOTE to OVERRIDE, YOUR VETO.
The Nation is increasingly frustrated with Bush’s, twisting the truth and little boy Mentally un-balanced demands and IMPEACHMENT is on the Table, what with the increasing score card of scandals and corruptions, coming to the forefront, of the Americans consciousness and as they wake up to what they have been duped in some instances and flat-out lied too in others, the 70% of the nation against Bush will move the few degrees, needed for IMPEACHMENT and the it’s cancel Christmas for Bush.

Today there is, Facts on the Record, of the Last un-accountable 109th Congress, facts that show, the adventure into Iraq was, fixed to rush America into Iraq, so many factual truth’s have been set in the record, that today the American Majority, voted to remove, Republican control and mandated Democratic control of Congress and in that same Mandate, they have as a Nation, demanded change and redeployment and withdrawal, from Iraq.

The Republicans, feel the pressure and know their jobs are on the line and most refuse to face the demands of the people, Bush has no re-election, so he has stubbornly stood his ground, demanding his folly’s course be kept, until the end of his term.

Bush and the minority Republicans in both Houses of Congress, have set a courses of obstruction, for the Nations will, they collectively have said to America, you don’t know what your doing, nor do the Democrats, so we will not do your will as a majority, we will do our will as a Party and as the minority, even out of Control of Congress, we will do everything we can to keep this course and do not care what the will of Nation is, the American people, are just Polls to us Republicans and Bush believes the same.

Bush believes, because he is the President, he can say to America, I won’t sign the Bill and, I won’t remove the troops, so when the money runs out, the troops will be killed and it will be Democrats fault, because, I Bush will leave them in harm ways, I will not remove them, I will let them be killed, rather than, sign.

I Bush will let the US Troops be killed, I will not remove them, even if bullets run out, I will not make the decision to remove them, they will die, because, I’ am the Decider and I Bush decide, they will stay in Harms Way, with out reinforcements, our weapons, Bush decides and it’s Congresses fault, because Bush decides. Bush is saying in the press, I decided, they will die.

Bush believes that this conflict is right and America is wrong and he will not do the Will of the Nation. Congress on the other hand, is a decider as well, so they have passed a Bill with everything Bush NEEDS, for the Military, they will make changes to Amendments, but not too the Military appropriations Part of the Bill, so Vetoing it, means, Nothing, Bush, if he wants the Money and he dose, will have to sign it and here’s why Bush will have to sign. The US Military, the Generals, will not leave the Troops in Harms way, because Bush won’t supply, or re-supply them, when equipment starts run-ning out, they will make the moves necessary to protect the Troops and all the Media, or Press have too do is ask the Generals, what happens, if weapons and bullets, start to run out, just ask the Generals what will they do.

Republicans say the Bill is full of sweeteners, to buy votes, so far only two Republican signed the Senate Bill, so that’s not true, Democrats are all inline, with this and Republicans, are all inline with Bush and not the Nations Will, remember the Nations will is a bunch of Polls, the November Vote was a bunch of Polls, the vote was not to be believed by Bush or Republicans.

Ask the Generals, what will happen, if the Money runs out? Ask them.

Bush has threatened to veto any Bill, that he says, doesn’t fund the Troops, and Bush is wrong as usual, he knows, everything the Military needs to fund all operations, is in the Bill, so he says, it doesn’t fund the troops, Bush has tried to say, the troops run out of funds, in April, another flat lie, the troops, don’t run out of funds, per say in April, the Military has funds in other accounts to move to the purposes, they need and most importantly, US Generals, have the authority, apart from Bush, to protect the troops, at anytime and if, funds, or money is the cause of weapons, re-enforcements, not coming, when needed, they will remove the forces from the field, from harms way... ASK the US Generals what will they do?

Bush wants too say, I won’t remove the Troops, even if it cost US Troops there lives, it will be Congresses fault, “Not mine,” as Commander in Chief, it’s Bush’s FAULT for not following what he has to work with, not what he wants to blame Congress for, it’s his responsibility to sign the bill and fund the Troops.

This bill passed by both Houses of Congress, by Republicans and Democrats has all the funding in it to fund the Conflict in Iraq and the war in Afghanistan, Bush knows he has to sign the bill or, be held in the well of Congress for Malfeasant, or a High Crime and he will be impeached, if he doesn’t sign the Bill. The American people know this as well as the Republicans and Democrats, they know Bush must sign the Passed Bill, it been passed and it has EVERYTHING IN IT TO FUND THE MILITARY, that’s why he is blustering so hard and so much.

I can’t wait for Bush …NOT SIGN the BILL and the MONEY RUNS OUT. America, what will happened if the money runs out, ask the generals, ask them what will happen, what will the troops in the War in Afghanistan and the conflict, in Iraq. Will the Privateers, pack up and go home with out transporting US Troops, will they pack up the weapons they sent and were not paid for, even more will the Military Industrial Complex, stop producing and shipping the Materials of war, ASK Bechtel, Fleur, Halliburton, Kellogg, Brown and Root, Raytheon, Blackwater, CACI, TITAN, L3, LOCKEED MARTIN, DynCorp and the rest, what will your corporations do, this is the real story, these are the contributors, I want asks QUESTIONS and I want ANSWERS FROM.

Hears what I know, the Bills Passed by both House of Congress, by Democrats and Republicans, is not perfect and Democrats and Republicans had too give some to get some, Bush wants, only his will and he is not going to get it, Bush has to accept some provisions, to get the Funding he wants, he will not get a bill that has only his will in it.

So sign it, or don’t sign it, it’s all there Bush, all the funding is there, you either lead, with what you got, or keep standing in front of the news Camera’s Holding your breath, like a little boy, hoping to get your way… the American people have spoken and Bush refuses to do there WILL, the American MAJORITIES WILL, you know what America, Bush will have too do the WILL of the Nation, now, or later, or pay the price for his Tantrum.

I am a American and Black man, I’ am Politically responsible (I Vote and watch closely, most political debates and issues, local and National, International) and aware, of the early upcoming Presidential season, I was not amused to hear the CBC, has chosen to have fox, host a Democratic debate, I for one will not be watching, I have never cared for fox, they are not up front with there RNC talking points, staged as news, their Host are clearly right leaning and contend strongly in the information market place.

But I cannot bear to watch, their host, or vain attempts at reporting the news, with out heavy opinion, mixed in as fact, I for one can tell the difference, but it’s painful to hear those who cannot and then quot this Channels, purposeful propaganda of everything news worthy, or factual. They provide a heavy layer of spin, with planted surrogates, Paid Analyst and Administration Plants, all lying so much there are gaps, in their teeth from telling lies, with a straight face.

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t believe any network, on face value, I’ve learned, one must search out the facts and make as educated opinion as possible, I do watch fox, as little as possible, but I watch too hear the lies.

But I watched foxes last debate, in 04’, a black organization did with fox, it was unintelligible, what with all the conservative Pundits, falling all over them selves, twisting every competently voiced issue and it subsequent solutions, I got so tired of the right leaning spin, I felt they were not, televising this for all Americans left and right, they had a right agenda and wanted, too turn off the left viewers, so they could play to the Right, so I finished watching.

I didn’t think, I could hold a conversation with any one on the Right, I was right, I tried too talk about the issues, in several forms, with Conservatives and Republicans and not one would engage in the issues, they wanted to repeat, fox RNC talking points, wild accusations and smears is all I heard, they had no opinion, but what they were told by the fox channel and the ones who knew, I was informed, about both sides of the issues, refuse to engage me and made jokes instead.

So I won’t watch your fox channel debates and I know of many whites and blacks who will not watch either, this is a mark against your great organization, in my eyes, you have choices of several networks, who will be much more balanced, I realize, you want to reach a wider audience, but your effort will be, side tracked, no matter how many questioners, you get to ask question, the network, will weight the balance before and after and your presentation, will serve as ballast for there agenda.

You are right to want to reach a broader electorate, but I feel and know, most of fox channel viewers, watch other channels, they will get your message, the rest are not reasoning, they have a lot of cattle, more than most network news organizations, their viewers are the least inform, in the wider political issues, they like being told what to believe, much like some religious organization, that have mixed, politics and the gospels, their viewer-ship reminds me of a church service, lead top down.

I hope you’ll reconsider this, but I know fox, after having the Colorado debates, killed, will make it hard for you pullout, so your locked in. I ask one thing, get a show on, right after the debates, to set the records straight, with your Host, your issues and a strong host and guest who can articulate issues for black and white America, not affiliated heavily on the right, fox has a ton of that today, nor do I want just a left based show, but I’ am talking about a show, not long after your debate, to counter, the propaganda campaign your in for, that will start leading up to and after the debates, no matter what you say, they plan to rip your message too pieces for their base-drones and carry it forward, building like Advertisement campaign.

First and foremost, Democrats passed a complete Bill, Senators can pass it, or not, Bush can sign it, or not, the Bill is complete and will have to be passed by the Senate, if they want funding for the conflict in Iraq and the war in Afghanistan. Democrats, don’t have too change anything, that is the strength of this Bill, it’s has to be passed and it has to be signed… if the President wants too fund the war, until he leaves office, Bush has too sign, Democrats, don’t need Bush, Bush needs the Bills funds.

And hear is the next bulwark in why Democrats, don’t have to change a thing, leave the Bill, as is… Bush will have too sign it… Republicans will play up the Troops, need for reinforcements and equipment. America, the Troops are supported by Private Contractors in Iraq and in Afghanistan, in many instances and they will not take a chance, on leaving the US Troops, out in the cold, in harms way, or in the middle of a firefight and the Military’s Generals, will not… let me repeat this, the US Generals, will not leave US Troops in harms way, so… Republican…Conservatives… Senators… Pundits… Surrogates… fox news, you can bluster, wine, cry all you want, the Bill, will remain and await your signature, President Bush.

Now the reasons, why? This Bill’s, Pork is no better, or no worst. America, NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC and the RNC fox news, take close look at the Last three Military Funding bills, passed, all by a Republican, Bush controlled Congress, every Bill had Pork, Ear Marks, too the high heavens… nuff said.

What exactly are we funding, in deploying and Redeploying US Troops and is it US Military support Units, that do this work?

I want an answer to these questions, we need to know what would happened, if we withdraw troops form the field to defensible positions? “With-in Iraq and around it’s borders and in neighboring countries?”

How will Withdrawing too base, in Iraq work? How ill redeploying too the Borders of Iraq work? Can and will our allies in the region, allow the US Military, too base US Troops in their countries? And a big question; I want to know “WHO” handles the Support of moving US Troops?

I want an answer too these questions, please, I want every time a statement is made about, Democrats want to cut and run and abandon the troops, or cut off re-enforcements during a firefight, answered. I know Democrats do not want to do any of these things but, just telling them that’s, is not what you mean, or want to do is not enough.

Question and Answers for the Upcoming Congressional Debate on Iraq withdrawal and redeployment and Deployment.

When attacked with these insane statements, by Republicans, make them flesh it our, force your answer right behind there wild assertions, State who will do the withdrawing? How can deployment too, a new areas, “with-in Iraq work?

Once redeployed too the borders and bases with-in and around Iraq, US Troops can and will make quick strikes on Al Qeada and be close at hand for support of Iraqi’s Police and Military and their training, explain it too these fear mongering Republicans, who continually twist the true Plans of Democrats, they want to attach, your plan, start explaining the facts of the plans, as they could be done. Do not keep saying, “that’s not what we want to do” say to the American public; “were not going too leave Iraq, completely,” you and America, needs to know we cannot leave Iraq completely.

America needs to know, however that, reducing our footprint and removing our troops from the needless cross fire’s of Sectarian, or Civil Conflicts in Iraq, these cross fires our not the position for US Troops to be in, they our however a position for Iraqi’s too be in and settle for them selves, not the US Military.

Explain Al Qeada is now the US Militaries primary mission in Iraq, with Training Iraq’s Military and Police a secondary mission, cutting off arms and insurgents coming to join the fight in Iraq is a primary joint mission as well as attaching and eliminating Al Qeada, in Iraq. These positions need to explain, every time a Republican uses those talking points.

Walter Reed, is truly the tip of the iceberg, VA Hospitals and the two totally different DOJ and VA Disability Measurement Systems, along with the Bush administrations reaction too Katrina, is showing America, Tax cuts and perpetual war, are more important, than the good of ALL the Nation, rather keeping America fearful of Bush and Cheney’s enemies, is paramount, investigations and by-partisan Commissions, Bush ignores, are a waste of time;

Impeachment is the answer, start with Censorship and Impeachment of Alberto Gonzales and move directly to Bush and Cheney, which will get Congresses attention and move the Nation.

GAO, Salon.com and several other organizations have reported on the deficiencies we see encapsulated at Walter Reed Hospital. There holding hearing, in congress, I call them show trails, they listen, speak outraged and, fall all over there selves, with hard questions, for facts, already in evidence, those in charge, fall on swords, and blood let, preferably others, beneath them, Generals and the like, or ilk.

America, Walter Reed is another symptom of the leadership, not solely Bush & Cheney but the Republican Control of Congress since 92’ and the direction, America has been on, downsizing, outsourcing, privatizing government, all in this scheme sold America’s majority, that Government is no good and business and the free market is the best for delivering services, one big problem, private business has no feel for delivering services to people, who can’t pay, or are in distress, or emergencies, only profits, they can’t deliver free.

Anyone who believes we are on the right course for America, is not really looking at the true condition of America and all of their people. The Rich have no problems, except for an occasional, Stock Market drop. The poor have little voice, but as of November 7th 2006, democrats are trying to give greater voice to them and their plight, under the contract for America and Neo-cons, leadership, has had a disastrous effect, on the lower middle classes wages, down too the poor, homeless and destitute, stagnated and under attacked of their institutions, like Unions. Not all was bad for Democrats, we did have Bill Clintons, leadership and prosperity was had by all, rich and poor, but for some reason, the rich hated Clinton’s economy and they hated, literally all of America, rich and the poors, boats raising.

America’s poor started too have choices for the first time in a long time in America; the American dream was in sight for the last 6 years of the Clinton Administration, even with the impeachment. The outsourcing started stepping up and followed with downsizing and privatization, the dream went away faster than Bush giving away the bulk of the surplus, too the rich and if you tie in lope sided trade agreements and the effects of the 1987 Immigration Amnesty, starting to have and effect on Labor, the slide for the middle class, down to the vulnerable poor, laden with a failed war on poverty and gangs, tied too low paying service jobs, you see the end results today.

Some will say this a lot of theory, but it all does come together, for those most effected by the present situation facing America, every indicator, that has happened to the poor, has been disastrous, but the worst that has happened to the rich is just embarrassing, or a slight drop in their portfolio’s.

The past Congress, rubber stamped so much, it will take years too correct and the worst of the changes that happened mostly if the favor of the rich, these changes will be in place for decades, so finding the money to help the poor, will take raises in taxes, a perfect prescription for Republicans to scream, tax and spend, after cut and give, tax money, too the rich.

When, every Domestic practice and safety net set in place, has been cut to the bone, that acknowledge the poor and all that is left, today is few anemic programs and volunteers donations, even Education is cut to the bone, your at a disadvantage and only those with money and privilege have power, the poor are so far off the radar, today when the power shifts on Nov. 08’ it will be a real test of America’s righteousness to even the playing field.

Returning America to its greatness will be a trail; I pray we are up to the task.

This trumped up question; “is Obama black enough?” has been banging around the almost completely White News Shows, this question, is posed among a few Black Elitist, or kept alive by a few Nationalist Black leaders.

Let me say from the outset, this question, is not discussed, or even a question too the main stream of black voters, most of black America voters, are not monolithic, they hold there cards close, listening too the positions on the issues, before announcing there backing and most of black leadership, are just as couscous of positions and issues, this does not sit well, with White America’s Pundits especially this early Presidential season, Whites want to know what do blacks thinks about Obama vs. Hilary, seeing Hillary has the early polling among black voters.

And since this question has been kicking around, the latter polls of blacks early support, of Hillary has shifted considerably, too Obama among the black community, but this has not stopped Whites, from keeping up asking the black enough question and some Black Elitist, Standley Crouch and S. C. State Sen. Robert Ford comes to mind constant critic's of black leadership, are asking the question, it’s as if, Obama doesn’t have enough history, so he’s questioned about being black enough, no slavery history, so the question, as if just living in America and being considered Afro-American, is not enough for the black elitist.

I’ am going to ask a question not even the Elitist on both sides of color spectrum, have ask:

Is Hillary, McCain, Romney, Giuliani, Edwards and the rest… BLACK, or WHITE enough for Black America?

There kick that around for awhile, Black America wants too know… inquiring minds want to hear… the answers by WHITE and BLACK America. Got elitist of all stripes, chew that questions for a few weeks, I dare someone too pose it… seriously, ask a few of your Black and White guest, Pundits, Analyst, Surrogates, National leaders and elected officials, America is waiting to hear.

Training the troops is the first and most important, step in supporting the Troops, all the troops, whether there in the field, or on the parade grounds and all in between, proper training prepares our treasures, for “going in harms way.”

That training is the underpinnings of why US Troops are the best trained in the world. America, the President, Congress and military Leadership, make that faithful decision to send US Troops into the field, all of us owe them, everything, with no corners cut, were not a third world nation, we can afford the best.

There is no emergency, no reason to not train to highest degree and it’s incumbent upon Civilian Authority to due diligence, Novembers election said they wanted a new Congress, they wanted Oversight and Accountability, after more than questionable Intel and failures to find what our Civilian leadership swore to us in the run-up to attack in Iraq. America wanted no rubber stamping failure, no more saying anything and blindly agreeing, America wants no more of that leadership, by Bush, Cheney, Rice, no more, America is holding Leadership accountable.

And for all who want to call, Congress, micro managers of the conflict in Iraq, there doing a disservice to America’s discourse, they want the old, BLIND following of any and all pronouncements by the out of power, out of leadership Republicans in Congress and the lone Independent, parading as a age old democrat.

Equipment, is the next step after training, whether you’re in the field, or states side, preparing too go abroad, into the field, the equipment is paramount, America has the best equipment in the worlds Militaries, they match up with every Nation, of the world, in ability to produce weapons, for offensive and defensive protection, America has the ability to produce, more than enough, but for some odd reason, the present Administration, has incorporated a private business concept of servicing the Military, that has not kept up with needs of the 20th, or 21st century Military. Not enough Armour for Troops, not enough Armour for vehicles and Tanks, shortages, that have cost lives and injuries that proper equipment, would cut down those losses, of lives and equipment.

If you support the troops, than you must support them with all, I repeat, ALL the equipment necessary, too get any job, any mission done. Just to let the America and the Media know, America’s Troops are the best, the initial mission, the US was sent into Iraq to complete, has been completed, with flying colors… but here’s the rub, Bush, Cheney refuses to acknowledge there great accomplishment, they have completed that mission, every News Network, knows this is FACT, Saddam is Still DEAD.

The only mission left in Iraq, for US Troops is training Iraqi’s too defend their Nation against all, insurgence, even Al Qeada, too train to defend the borders and the new mission, now that the first mission has been completed, is hunting down and crushing Al Qeada, it does not take 150,000 US Troops to complete a job against Al Qeada, who total at best a little over 5,000, that is the story, not being told the US people.

America keeps getting this, “we support the troops and you can’t support the troops and not support there mission,” the US people have spoken loud and clear, we want out of Iraq and the media has to keep challenging the Administration, about the sound bites they keep saying, Republicans keep voting against the Nations will, with no consequences, in the press.

Last but not least, Troops Rotation and rest, a small percentage of America pays the highest price, more importantly, less than 1% of the Nation is paying the price for this miss-guided foreign policy catastrophe, it is true America knows the difference in a war and conflict, Iraq is not a war, it is a conflict a Civil War for Iraqi’s and a Conflict for American Troops, with a few Al Qeada, whom we are at war with, but to call Iraq, the CENTRAL FRONT IN THE WAR ON TERROR, is wrong.

But America knows, oh to well, we wave good by, too some few Americans and may perhaps for the last time and in some instances, they return to there loved ones and many return injured, many just not the same, a casualty of war, this is just a few of the reasons, Troop rotation and rest are so important, many of those in Iraq are on the their third rotation, some there fourth.

This must stop, we owe these brave Americans, time with their loved one, their duty may cut them off… until eternity from many who love them and they love most.

Now America knows Afghanistan is a righteous War, we support the troops and we support the mission, but not with out proper training and equipment and rotation, in Iraq, we support the troops, but not the mission, America dose not support, ESCALATION, America does not support, STAYING THE COURSE.

America can tell the difference in FAILURE (s) and WINNING, America knows the difference between Iraq and Afghanistan, one is a mission completed, not pronounced and the new mission not stated in Iraq, in Afghanistan, a righteous war a mission not even close too completed, as long as Osama is free, he carries a, adjudication, of the American people, not brought to the American people’s well of justice.

America knows the Difference between JUSTICE, a RIGHTEOUS WAR AND BULLCRAP SOUND BITES.

The present administration, is filled with people who avoided the draft, or never were in any of the services, but they all know war, Bush has a dubious service record himself, but he has been in charge of America’s response to 9/11, he promptly wasted, our good will, around the world when, righteously hunting down, Osama Ben Laden, Bush, made an a brought, left turn into Iraq, Bush Cheney Rice, Powell and a host of spin-masters, along with the help of our co-opted News Media and a pliable Republican controlled Congress, sold America, Iraq.

And when ever an American wants to bring in the draft, were told, we don’t need the draft, when today, almost the entire nation and the world, knows America, needs a Draft, just to protect it self. Bush seems to think, now, a few more troops, just for Iraq, would be nice, but we just need to stay in Iraq, Bush believes, as long as the US Troops stay in Iraq, killing and being killed, the enemy will not come to America and he repeatedly, say, “we have not been attacked since 9/11”.

A shared responsibility and Nationally shared feeling, is just what America needs, for the War on terror, Iraq is a side show, in the war on terror, Until Bush gets serious about Afghanistan and Osama, and gets America and the world back in the hunt, we will continue too flounder, in Iraq. Reducing our footprint in Iraq and increasing our footprint in Afghanistan is the strategy for the nation, the right tonic for what ales the national psyche.

Bush is stuck in his tunnel vision. He believes his own hype about no attack, since 9/11 and because of his staying in Iraq and he believes, if we leave Iraq completely, as he believes Democrats want to do, is the wrong move and his house of cards, will come attacking America, Alqeada has done the damage they wanted, on 9/11 and until America gets serious, in Afghanistan and brings Osama to pay, we will be stuck in Bush’s failed strategy.

Iraq is a distraction and Alqeada is too small a mission for 150,000 US Troops, Iraq’s training is even too small for the US Contingent. Bush is far too vested in staying in Iraq, he is thinking too little of the real treat, too America. The US will not leave Iraq completely, but we will lower our presence, we will concentrate on Alqeada and we will crush them, where ever we find them and their murdering, hate filled ideology.

I have one additional request of the Media and America, Islam is a violent Religion and should said so, this comes from Muslims, the Peaceful statements by Bush are wrong and he should be called on it. Baghdad’s security Plan today, is wholly different from the authorization voted on by Congress in 2003 and that Congressional Mandated Vote, has been completed by US Troops, in Iraq and they performed that mission, there completion was admirable, they performed, over and above the mission, they have a deserved win, but the Administration, refuses to acknowledge their victory.

Saudi Arabia, is supporting Sunni’s in Iraq, with money and weapons, clandestinely, Jordan and Syria are doing the same and to think, Iran, is standing around twittel-ling their fingers, while an age old border enemy’s, interior fighting and future is in doubt and could foster a regional war, the possibilities are high, it could spill over into Iran and anyone who thinks, they are not involved, is beyond imagination.

Iran can see the train wreck, which is Iraq today, the US is lead by a failing Us Administration, stuck in it’s failing stubborn, tunnel vision, want to keep Alqeada as part of it’s joint actions, saying stupid things, like Iraq wants us there and, were searching for Alqeada. It’s false argument posed by Bush and Republicans, all tied together, with attacks by Media and Republicans in Congress, they first attack, the non-binding Resolutions, saying; if you want to stop the war, “Cut the Funds, or De-fund the Troops in the field,” Use a Binding Resolution, de-funding the money, Republicans say, when in truth, Republicans won’t allow any Resolutions, from Democrats too do anything, to force troops to be removed from Iraq, their duplicity, saying their against the surge, but refusing to anything to stop it.

Democrats and the Media, must destroy these Myths, Next when Republicans say, you can’t support the troops and not the mission, Democrats must make it clear the mission has been completed, the mission they were sent into Iraq, is over, the only mission left is Alqeada and there mostly in the Anbar Province, America needs to hear this over and over.

So Murtha plan or no, those who wish to end the war and bring the troops home would be well-advised to get busy pulling apart the argument that ending funding for the war will harm the troops. As Tom Matzzie of MoveOn has argued, Democrats need to directly rebut the Republican charge that Democrats are threatening the safety of American forces in the field by pushing restrictions on war funding. "Cutting off funding as described by the media and White House is a caricature," Matzzie told The Politico. "It has never happened in U.S. history, and it won't happen now."

Republican try to say, “Cutting funding, or De-funding, will stop re-inforcements from coming to the aid of troops, in a fire fight.” This a pernicious statement and wholly, untrue.

Congress, can stop the war, by cutting funds to continue, but would never, stop troops from, re-deploying, or withdrawing from and area and the few Alqeada, are not strong enough to stop the US Troops from moving anywhere they chose.

Here’s what is not being spoken, Bush has decided to force and ignore the Nation and Congressional Democrats, by moving troops into harms way, over their explicit objections, even Republicans objections, Bush will leave them in harms way, even after funds have been cut, this is criminal, from the start and Congress must say so.

“What Bush did, by surging troops over to Iraq, ill equipped and untrained, together with forced rotations and cutting short and extending stays, in the firing line, is nearing an impeachable offense.”

Make Impeachment real to Bush, with impeachment and moving Congress towards, tying any and all money, for Iraq and Afghanistan, too Training, Equipping, and Troops Rotations, will bring the conflict and mission change, needed in Iraq.

The mission has changed, Alqeada is the mission, in Iraq and America’s leverage is Re-deploying and withdrawing, there in, lies our most power, a real clear alternative is needed, by Congress, too Bush’s Forced Escalation, Failing Forward, Repeated Surging, up, down, in out… one failing after another.

With every Vote the Republican are seen as the road block to progress in Iraq, Republicans keep Failing Forward, in Staying the Course, in Iraq, they are seen as keeping Americans in harms way, to stay in place until and enemy gets tiered of killing each other and Americans.

No more questions, America knows the answer, the mission has been completed, Americans know the answers to the Civil War in Iraq, that is a conflict to US Troops, of which Iraqi’s must find and answer, amongst them selves. American troops, our precious treasures, have given their blood and lives, to secure a stand, free from Saddam, that mission has been completed with flying colors, Iraqi’s must stand-up and make the sacrifices necessary to forge a Nation, out of America’s sacrifice and lead.

Americans can continue the mission to crush Alqeada, from the streets of Iraq, Anbar and Baghdad, we can complete that mission from secure, defensible bases, Quick Striking Alqeada and we must secure the Borders as well, which will enhance our allies and the neighbors in the Regions. This is the mission that will check, all insurgencies from Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Jordan. This mission will allow a majority of the troops in Iraq, to be re-deployed to Afghanistan, in the all-out HUNT, for Osama Bin Hidin’ (Laden).

This is Right and only mission, it is the REAL WAR, the one fight, and the Nation does and will back this fight, without ambiguity. Let’s not forget the proxy fight going on in Western Iraq, Alqeada wants this fight, so let’s give it to them, let’s give them a fight they will drag there battered bodies from.

Jack Murtha’s Plan to tie complete, Training, Troop Rotation and Rest, along with complete equipment for all troops in Harms way, is a right way to move forward. America will back, this mission, No US Solider, Standing opposed, in the breach, shall have all training, equipment and the right amount of time, at home with there families, before and after Rotating. I must say to deny, or cut short the time our, Treasures have with there families, when they could lose there lives, it is an added inhumanness, America, should never be known for.

America, Iran shares a border, with an age-old enemy, so what happens, affect them greatly. Why waste time, with these non-binding Resolutions? Here’s why? They show the Country and the World, Congress has respect for the Office of the Presidency, one soon, that will be in the hands of a Democratic President and a Democratic Congress will have to make the right steps, even then.

Republicans hate the process, the Democratic Majority process, being employing in Congress, they have given, every opportunity to Bush, to gain their CONFIDENCE and the confidence, of the Majority will of the Nation.

Step by respectful step, Congress is bringing there power to bear, making a clear distinction between the Presidents failures and the will of the Nation, played out in the Majority Congresses actions.

Bush chose, Failing Surge Forward, Stay the Course. That is Bush’s Strategy.

Just because Republicans, call Democratic Congressional moves as, “leading to De-funding,” doesn’t make if true.

De-funding is a scare word for Republicans, they imply, Democrats are going to take bullets, out of guns, in the middle of a firefight, or prevent troops from re-forcing in the middle of a fight, nothing could be father from the TRUTH.

Bush remember, can stop the conflict, in Iraq today. America, please remember, in the last, do-nothing-congress, under Republicans control, failing was rewarded, with rubber-stamping, every failure questioned by Democrats was, blocked and killed, accountability, ask for, in Bills, Amendments and Resolution, by Democratic party representatives, no, demanded by Democratic, elected Representatives, in both Houses of Congress, was summarily dropped from consideration, by Republicans.

I won’t say no one is talking about it, but there are very few, blacks, I know, posing this question, this is a media manufactured and driven question and it’s not important to blacks, were not monolithic, in our thinking. White America is pushing this question, because they want to hear what black people have to say about Obama.

Blacks want New Orleans rebuilt, Affordable Housing, and a clean environment, lower prices for Energy; blacks want the deficit cut and aid restored to the States. Higher Education made affordable for our youth and access opened for Americans, of all colors, especially those who have suffered, from an un-level playing field in institutions and businesses, for centuries. Black America seeks a real conversation about America’s racism.

There are much, much more, issues touching America’s Black population, all the very same areas, that all of America is interested in seeing, our beloved Nation raising to the heights, of Peace and Prosperity, we are capable of, but we must address, the gap between the rich and poor and that takes, people coming together, together we must come America, all of America, must come together.

Chris, Bush lied to get America’s treasures, into Iraq, bad Planning has kept them there, exposed and dying, Bush has surged up and down, he has failed up and down, repeatedly… America is tiered of failure. Literally every Administration prediction, has been wrong, Bush & Cheney deny they did anything wrong, “Last throws, assumptions, were winning in Iraq,” is still wrong.

Re-deploy is the right first step in, getting our treasures out of line of fire, in what is mostly a Civil conflict, look Chris, “Iraq for the US, after Bush’s repeated failures, has put the US between a Rock and a Rock Hard Place.” Bush and Cheney, never planned to secure the borders of Iraq, that failure, has left, open access, for “Insurgents, weapons,” human Iraqi US soldiers lives are on the FIRING LINE DAILY and Bush wants to “stay to course and surge in more soldiers.”

America has too, get out of the middle of the Civil conflict, in Iraq and the best move is to secure the borders and retire to bases, were they can, form quick strike forces, and finally crush the remnants of Alqeada. Re-deploying to the borders of Iraq in addition, will reassure our allies in the region, were committed to securing Iraq, it puts Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia, all on Notice, were not leaving, at least not right away. These moves will free-up troops for Afghanistan, as well as, an all-out hunt down, of Osama Ben Hidin’, remember Osama.

“This will also put Iraq’s Government on notice, it’s time to stand up take the weight, and fight to the last man for their country, Iraq must put all on the line, now.”

And the statement about Denying the troops in the field, re-enforcement and that this Resolution, will lead to the next step, cutting funding, or setting in place, standards, that any troops sent into the field, must be fully equipped and trained and have the proper, rotation for rest and family.

This Resolution is the right first step, it’s respectful of the President, it says, we have heard your Plan, Mr. President and we are not convinced, we have no confidence in your plan, please bring us a another plan. Now Bush chose to force his plan down Congresses and America’s throat.

Bush has deployed the troops in the field, to circumvent Congress, there is no urgency for Bush’s action, but to set in motion, his repeated failed Plans. Congress has the power to set in place benchmarks, to this willful action, by the president. And when this action by Bush, FAILS and it will FAIL, Congress will have to take steps to get Bush to come back too congress with a better plan.

Bush’s job is to make and lead a plan, Congresses job, at the point of making Plans, Congress, can have confidence, or not have confidence, Bush can blunder ahead, or redraw his planning, to gain support and confidence of Congress and the People. Chris, you clearly know, Bush has chosen to ignore Congress and the American majority and fail forward again. Bush has the Power to move forward, he has the pentagon budget, to make moves, Congress has the power of legislation and of the purse, Bush wants to play his hand, he says, I don’t need your approval and Bush is right, but he makes this move at his peril.

Congress can however, move to the extreme and de-fund future Plans and short of this extreme measure, make benchmarks and standards and much more, so that Bush must be meet these steps, too proceed. And that is not denying re-enforcements too troops in the field. Bush can continue to leave, troops in harms way, after Congress, set parameters and be impeached for maleficent in office. House Debate, on Resolution 63, Why Trust, Bush again, failure is all he has delivered, Republicans want Dems. Majority to drive the conflict in Iraq, just take over, Republicans say; “it’s silly, it’s a joke”… When Republicans were in power, they debated nothing, they rubber stamped every utterance from Bush, and denied amendments and debate… Now we will have full debate and a vote, one step at a time and Republicans hate being put on the record, without a chance to twist and muddy the discussion and vote, they hate not being in control.

Republicans simple hate, being put on the record, one step at a time, this keeps their rhetoric clean. Rep. David Dreier wants to ignore the majority and blindly continue to follow the failed Presidents, ever-repeated plans. Republicans rant and rave about, winning and finishing the mission, the truth is the troops have won their mission; they have completed the task set before them admirably, the mission they were sent into Iraq to complete, the victory has come, they are done, Bush refuses and Republicans refuse to announce their Victory.

The next mission is to secure the borders and crush the remnants of Alqeada. Iraq’s job is, to start reconciliation talks and command and control their countries land and cities. The Troops must re-deploy, to defensible positions, first with in Iraq and the borders, then many troops can go to Afghanistan, and hunt down, Osama Ben Hidin’.

It’s a phony argument, Democrats do not support the troops in the field, by this resolution Democrats, will not take bullets out of the guns, in the middle of a fire fight, we will however, not fund more troops going into Iraq, we will force Bush to remove our troops from harms way.

Congress is sending a message, NO CONFIDENCE IN YOUR PLAN BUSH… come back to Congress with another Plan and we will look it over, do not force Congresses hand, let’s work together, not dictate to the Congress, do not ignore our, confidence. The plan is to leave Iraq, eventually, Republicans Plan is to stay the course, until we win… win what. Republicans want Political Government to replace a religion, Muslims will never trade, their faith for our Government.

It’s illogical to say, the only way to support the troops, is too blindly continue to follow a failed Plan, during the first and second World Wars, Dieppe was a mistake, a failure, lives were lost, in a failed Military mission, fail it did. Through out the wars, we supported the troops. Now today, we have had one failure after another, Bush refuses to acknowledge, his abject failures, this debate is exactly the debate we should have had, before we went into Iraq, it is an embarrassment, to have this now, with troops in the field.

That is the fault of the Republican controlled Congress, who refused to have oversight and accountability, repeatedly rubber-stamping every failed appropriation, one after another. The Democratic Minority could not even bring an Amendment, a Bill, or Resolution to the floor prior to 07’; the Democratic Minority were shut out of the policy making, from start to finish, all rush to a vote-into-IRAQ, based on fixed Intel.

Republicans want to stay the course, or prefer Democrats, now in the majority, take over the war, anything short of a Binding Resolution, cutting funding, which leaves democrats holding the failure, which is Bushes COMPLETELY.

More importantly, George Bush really thinks he a President, Cheney has Punked Bush as well and holds unilaterally much of the Presidents Power. The “Unitary Vice President,” we have all been pointing to Bush and it’s been Cheney all along, pulling strings and twisting Intel.

Richard Armitage sounds like he had more power than the faces out front, of the Administration, or at the least, what America has been led to believe, are the Bush leadership. Bob Woodward had more knowledge then Congress ever had and that’s not saying much, even Bob Novak had more inside knowledge, before the War.

Libby’s defense is falling short, if he is depending on Tim Russert, the time line doesn’t fit and besides, the truth of the run-up to the attack on Iraq is coming clear and Impeachment is even clearer, impeachment of both Bush and Cheney and at the least, the censorship and even impeachment of Alberto Gonzales.

If you can keep count, the Republican Controlled Congress got repeatedly Punked, Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Pearl, Rove and by the FBI, the CIA and even the Defense Secretary, including the Attorney General and the National Security Advisor, are the only ones left, who still believe they not being used. I for one don’t believe a word coming out of the mouths of this administration, not one word.

Please tell me these Corporate Bought and paid for leaders have a real Plan to fully protect America, hell we still have one of our greatest cities in shambles, all under the their collective watch.

A Fair Plan for Illegal Aliens/Immigration

I write this as a Plan for the Illegal Aliens and the Border Control problem, in America we are engaged in two conflicts, one a legitimate war, in Afghanistan and illegal conflict in Iraq.

First, the Borders Ports and Air and ground transportation; locking down the access and entry points is paramount, during a time of war, but should be thought of as crucial for the integrity and security of the Nations people, porous access points undermine commerce and employment, compromising trade and a host of issues related to health and human services.

America has a Immigration system in place that works, but is slow and needs, staff to step up too the 21st century problems, Immigration Control officers need help in enforcing border and Port security, Structural enhancements can work with facility increases in bed space and enlargement of Court facilities to handle adjudications.

Second, be it known, America is not stupid, they know, both parties want the votes of these Illegal aliens, now estimated to be around 12 to 20 million people in the USA and America knows, they have come illegally and once here, compounding the laws, by the breaking and entry into the US, by having children, obtaining Housing, illegal Social Security Numbers and taxes paid and more, much more.

These problems for the US and the Illegal aliens are not insurmountable, as many in Congress and in the news, want America to believe. Many say no to Amnesty and that is the right step, but what do you do about the illegal, underground population. Some want a Guest Worker Program, to allow, each year workers to fill jobs, many say Americans “won’t do, or won’t take,” both of these statements are untrue, there are no jobs, Americans won’t do, or take, There are however Jobs, not offered at a living wage.

Evidenced by LA County, alone, there are near 200,000 homeless and an untold number of unemployed in that California County alone, they will work any job, offered, even Agricultural Jobs, the Right and their allianced business community wants America, to think, they want America to think, Americans won’t do these jobs and that is not even close to being true. Wages are the only factor in these jobs, a living wage offered will be accepted and I believe, even a low wage will be accepted, no one has offered these jobs to the Homeless and unemployed.

Now extrapolate these two segments of the US Citizenry, across the nation and you have more than enough workers for American business.

American business since the 1987 Amnesty, together with Congress and law enforcement, have collectively turned their backs on illegal Aliens, streaming into America, that is a crime, there has been tacit, suppression of wages, by American Businesses.

Solutions, a PLAN;

First, what to do about all the illegal Aliens in the US? Much has been said about not being able to “Rounding up millions of Illegal Aliens and besides that would be breaking up of families, that is wrong.” First you’re talking, or arguing to Americans, about not following the law, by trying to “GUILT AMERICA INTO A FALSE PREMISE AND ARGUMENT.” When, anyone breaks the law, in America, American know, you have to be adjudicated Husbands, Wives, Children are all effected by, say the father, or Mother, or both breaking the law, they can be found guilty and sentenced to fines, probation and jail time, or both. Now American Citizens and families, go through this every day, unfortunate as it is, it is the law Americans have come to know. And if charged and convicted, families are affected, one or more, of the adults can go to jail and families survive.

It is this conclusion of facts, that Americans believe and know are facts, for there citizenship and are why, many want the laws followed and do not want Amnesty, given to those, who have openly and blatantly broken numerous laws, of the USA.

How does America get the illegal Aliens to come forward?

First, Offer a Resolution, or Bill, that states: All illegal Aliens, in the US, must come forward and be documented, starting a date certain and from this date certain, until a date certain, they will have this time, to come out of the shadows.

During this time, all illegal aliens will be documented using the McCain & Kennedy Bill; all but two provisions in that bill will be utilized, the 11 years of Classes, Fines, back taxes arriving at one of three, or four final positions. One their will Temporary Guest Workers, Guest Workers and Legal Guest Workers, seeing as these individuals have broken the law, compounding those broken laws, fines and back taxes are not enough, however classes as good, they will show to their families, good behavior, a model worker, their children born in the USA, will become citizens, they will be the only Citizens, this will alleviate, both side desires for voters, which is unfair, to the legal US citizens and too all those standing in line for entry, LEGALLY to immigrate into the US. Now simply retiring to the borders and applying for entrance is ok, by not to gain citizenship, once having broken our laws, before having legal status, is what prevents, ever obtaining Citizenship.

Now, the three statuses, with in the McCain & Kennedy Bill will work, but creating a Yearly Guest Worker Program is not necessary, America has 12 to 20 million ILLEGAL GUEST NOW, they can be documented and set in differing, Guest Worker capacities.

WE still have B! And B2’s and more for other immigration purposes, in place and working. No form of Amnesty, outside of National Security is needed, or fair to US Citizenships. For all Illegal Aliens who refuse to come forward and be documented, upon revealing there presence, they will be treated as illegal aliens under normal immigration statues, they will be adjudicated and have a status of Held, or Bound Worker Status, especially for those with children and families, this status is temporary and can be followed with deportation at it’s extremes.

This is no perfect but, US Lawmakers and the Illegal Aliens and American Buisnesses have compounded the problems, we face.

The law passed by Congress will force the majority of Illegal Aliens too, “Round Themselves Up,” this law will make it too problematic for most to remain the shadow’s, most will come forward as I say, seeing they will be documented and it is fairer for The present US Citizens and for those who are applying to come the US legally.

This is the best Answer, I could come up with for all, neither Political Parties has what it wants, VOTERS beholding to them and the US Citizens, get a fair answer for what is a perplexing problem, one that does not compromise the Laws, Americans have had to live under, all of their lives.

Keith you may want to modify these ideas, but at no point, should any form of Amnesty be allowed, even after jumping through 11 years of hoops, however their children can and our CITIZENS, the ONLY CITIZENS.

News shows love this arranged argument, this false argument, they want to suppose, their out of order straw argument is valid and it’s not, the Nation wants out of Iraq, the election showed that was clearly the position of the Nation. Republicans and Pundits, paid Analyst and surrogates, want to add in their, expose some factions vote, we want to, show how scared, some of these Democrats are of cutting of the funding, i.e. De-funding the troops in the field, that is what they code in their arguing for, more resolutions in the most acceptable Resolution, so Republicans, by party line vote, blocked the vote to discuss the excepted and most by-partisan Resolution.

Republicans want too included two additional arguments they want a vote on de-funding the troops and they want McCain’s, Resolution, which agrees with the Presidents failed Plan and which, McCain signed on too after the meeting at the White House, just before the 06’ Elections, of which, all the Republicans in attendance, signed on too as well. Republicans, refuse to wait to vote, after the by-partisan Resolution has been, discussed and voted on.

This agreement, Levin & Warner, was a hedge for those who didn’t agree with the President, this is what Bush wanted, he wanted the Republicans to introduce all false arguments as valid, as the Nations resolved majority turned against Republicans and Bush, they knew they were out of power, after the election, so to force as best they can, votes on all minority views in additional Resolutions, even the borderline Resolutions, even the funding question, but Republicans and the President, continues frame any funding questions as “not supporting the troops,” “cutting off, Armour and Bullets, in the face of the enemy,” these and others continued falsehoods are fostered on the American viewing publics ears and there, absolutely false.

Bush knows, it’s Congresses job, too hear the Presidents Power of the Plans for War, agree, or not agree and fund, or not fund, Congress reserves their Constitutional Executive Power of the Purse, however they can hear the plan and not agree and not fund, this is the Power and job of the Congress, but because, of News Shows, Echo Chambers and Pundits, Surrogates and Analyst, they have been able to keep this false argument before the American public, frustrating the Majority’s voted valid argument and resolve, it’s like 7 out of 10 say, we vote “no confidence in the Presidents Plan” and the 2 of the 3 minority, want to do what the President plan lays out and the remaining 1, wants to take away the Congresses power to use the Purse, which force can be used too subtlety persuade the President to follow the Majority’s, voted mandate.

The Vote was taken in November and the 3 out of 10 lost, so they want to scream and cry about their argument is as valid as the majority’s and want EQUAL billing and a vote on their arguments, at the same time as the majority voted Resolution to discus, just too talk about the majority mandated will of the Nation.

It’s the Presidents job to come up with plans, if the Congress will is to not agree with the plan and if the President dose not agree with Congress conclusion, after turning the Presidents plan down, the President can find another plan agreeable to the Congress, or force the Plan the President wants on the Congress and the Nation mandated majority, however Congress can in turn vote non-bindingly, “we disagree,” and a non-binging Resolution is a “vote of no confidence, in your plan, Mr. President.” Finally, Congress can, control funding and can use it too, cut off funds for the war.

Here’s where, the News Shows and the Pundits, Surrogate and paid Strategist and Analyst, foster the false argument, repeatedly arguing, into the Echo Chambers, willing to create and allow and support any arguments voiced as valid. Ok, this frustrates the new majority, because those fresh out of power want the new majority to be fair with them, knowing they were not even remotely fair with the new majority just weeks ago.

The New Majority has decided too, broker a By-Partisan Resolution Levin & Warner, that closely fits the Nations Majority view, as a first step too exercising their Congressional Constitutional Powers, this first step, a vote of NO CONFIDENCE, in the form of a by-Resolution. The next step, if this does not bring the President back to Congress with another Plan, Congress can go “Binding Resolution,” and next Congress can “cut off funding for future war plans” and force the President too start re-deployments and withdrawal of troops.

Bush wants to call congress on their power and make using it embarrassing, too exercise, this is only possible, if the false arguments, that using the Power of the Purse, will take a bullet out of the troops rifle, in the middle of combat, it’s like Bush wants surrogates to argue, as valid, Democrats in the majority, will send troops out in to harms way, with empty guns to defend them selves, when that’s not true, not even remotely true, Bush can keep the troops there, KNOWING he has no FUNDING to keep the troops in bullets, that would be on Bush, not Congress.

Bush must make it appear, the Nations Vote was wrong and Congress is wrong, so he has forged an agreement with his outgoing party to frustrate the Nation and their elected Majority. Think about it, Bush would never say to the Nation, your all wrong and I’ am right, Bush will never say; I Bush will not listen to the Majority’s of the Nation, I Bush will refuse to listen to your elected Majority Representatives, they and the Nation will do as I say, I Bush will do what I want, YOU DON”T TELL BUSH, BUSH TELLS YOU… WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

Bush is saying this and more, in his actions and his ignorance of the will of the Majority’s elected Mandate… I AM Bush, do as I say, stop telling me you’re the majority, I do not care what you want and I AM the majority and I Bush AM not going to do what the simple minded minority-majority wants me to do.

Now my (R) party is engaged in frustrating the New Democratic Majority, so I Bush do not have to face the Nations Mandate.

Republicans want to neuter their own power, or make Congress afraid to use their Power, it’s reverse Psychology, this Power of the Purse is not really power, it’s Un-American Power, if you use it and it only kills our troops, in the field, if we use it, just do what the president tells us to do, (he, he, we want Americans to hate you like they hate us). Give us our Vote, for our Resolutions and castrate yourselves, so the ONLY POWER REMAINS with BUSH.

Republicans want to take off the table, any cutting off of Funds

and give McCain’s Resolution a pass, to foul the waters and say, if you want a vote on the Levin & Warner Resolution, give us our resolutions, they also say; why won’t you Democrats, come up with an alternative to Bushes Plan, we turned down Bushes plan, it’s Bushes job to come up with an alternative, if he doesn’t want a vote of “No Confidence” and Congress will vote no confidence… get it… it's Bushes job, it's not the senate’s job and if it wasn’t Bushes Job, the Senate would be running the war.

I’ am always amazed at Republicans, they want a fair floor in the Congress, don’t treat us as we treated you, we want our voices and resolutions heard and voted on, even though we did allow you to vote on anything, but what we Republicans brought to floor for well over the last 6 years. Now the Majority is on the other foot and some Resolutions and Bills will not go together, after we have this discussion and vote, we will consider your Resolution.

Republicans want to take all talk of cutting off funds off the table, they want to gut the Democrats of that power, then they will not have to vote for the best non binding resolution, they also do not want Democrats to come up with an alternative Plan, and they play this falsehood to every echo chamber they find, next they say; you can criticize, but not if you don’t have a plan, as if that argument is valid, it’s not.

It’s Bushes job as President to come up with the plans, together with the Military leaders and if Congress does not like the plan, they have the Right and Power to turn it down for funding. This is not, as Republican want all to know and believe, IT’S NOT, NOR NEVER CAN BE, NOT… SUPPORTING THE TROOPS, its just not so, not even remotely true. But Republicans keep saying it’s so. The News Shows Host must call them on this, if no Democrats are there to rebut this blatant and false, argument, parading as fact, their straw argument.

First rule of twisting the truth: get them to argue with your false premise, preferably, several false arguments.

Republicans are continuing to say, you can’t say leave Iraq, if you don’t have an answer for what will happen, when we leave, this is another false statement, yes we can leave and Iraq will find it’s level and either the Iraq government will stand up, or it will fold.

I believe this, about Iraq, the present Iraq government is a model of the US leadership and Private Contractors in Iraq some want to help and most are receiving tons of money, they are getting kickbacks and so are the Iraqi’s, they no more, know how to Govern, then the Republicans governed for the last 6 years, just like three blind mice, anything Bush said they blindly followed, never asking any questions, no ethics Committee, no Oversight, Republicans never wanted any one to take a close look at what was purposely going slow, milking every dime, fix this and wait for them to blow it up, each contract was bloated and kept getting bigger, because of the continued attacks, a self perpetuating economy.

The sad part is, when Bush found no WMD’s and it took very little time to break down the few Alqeada, the insurgence were next, they became unwilling partners in this fares, I wouldn’t be surprised if, they is some twisted way are not getting kickbacks and cuts, black-marketing goods, they have become use to the underground economy and the local power they hold.

Why else would Republicans, block a vote, knowing that block would spell their doom as a party Knowing the Nation will explode, when they carry out their plan to keep a vote from the Democrats, why would they as a minority hold, literally the same position against the surge, but block the vote, just to discus the Resolution that dose exactly, what they all agree they want? And the bringing up of the two competing resolutions is crap, they can vote on them next, after the Resolution they know is best, just not now and Republicans know it.

There is a lot of truth in these words and a lot of questions that need to be ask and answered.
