Democrats have offered sound plans and ideas for 6 straight years, in the Congress, and in the States, and in the Cities and in the communities, and the News media's, commentators, News Analyst and Print media, have on Republicans, Conservatives, Right wing pundits and surrogates and let them say, “democrats have no plans, no ideas, they just say no to everything.” And it’s an unchallenged lie, unless there’s a competent democrat on to repute the lie, the News journalist refuse to do their home work and in Congress over the last 6 years, democrats have offered 80 plus % of democrats bills and resolutions were killed, many in committee, not even getting an “up or down vote.”

I watch all sorts of news and read, print and Internet diaries, from the Right, left, center and foreign, I do my homework as best I can, and I know America is not being told the full truth by the Cable, TV, Satellite news arms, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC and the republicans shilling organ fox, news.

Congress must do first for Americans, that means, Border and Employment Enforcement has to be done first.

If Congress does anything for Illegal Aliens, before Locking the borders and Enforcing Employment, they will have put the “Cart before the People.”

I say this because, employers and Congress have turned a blind eye too Americans, since 1986‘s Amnesty fiasco.

The Minimum Wage is a destructive wage to many Americans, and locking the borders and enforcing employment law, would have positive effect on American businesses, first they would have to raise wages, because many illegals would be locked out of jobs, until they came out of the shadows and were documented, so they could work legally. Second, Congress would be able to raise wages easier.

Third, Americans who are Unemployed, Americans who have fallen off, of employment Rolls, and the Homeless, just to name a few pockets of Americans crushed for several reasons, would now have a boon to employment. American businesses would not be able to hire illegals so easily.

This must happen for the vast number of Americans who have been underserved, since Congress, Law Enforcement and American businesses turned there collective backs on Lower middle class labor, in part to crush Unions and fill, job slots with illegals. And the power brokers, also wanted to cut out a majority of minority Americans from low wage jobs, all because they believe, minorities have had enough help from Government and Society, the so called, reverse discrimination argument.

As I said earlier, in this article, Congress must lock the border down first, this will make American businesses aware, there unlimited source, of illegals labor is drying up. Next Congress must pass legislation, to correct Employment Enforcement and this, will bring jobs, first too Americans, cut off by the inactions of Law enforcement and Congress, over the years, which grew this problem, it’s the only moves fair, too the voting American public. It will send a shot across the bow of American business that the status quo will not continue.

Congress, has to do this for Americans first before, changing the Immigration Laws, Do not set in law, “Earning Legalization Amnesty, or Guess Workers,” before Locking down the Borders and Enforcing Employment Law.

This idea is sound and benefits Americans, of all Colors and Cultures, an American rainbow. The people most hurt by illegal aliens, stealing into America, will finally have a boon to their lives, the job market will boom for many who have been looking for work and when they get offered the low wages and refuse the job, these carpet bagging American business people will have to raise wages to get people to come take the jobs and in the end, when illegals get documented, they will benefit from this as well.

Congress must do for Americans, first before doing anything for immigration, whether legal or illegal, got it, Congress are you listening, LOCK DOWN THE BORDER, ENFORCE EMPLOYMENT LAW and then and then only do you change immigration law. All those with jobs here illegally, will have to come out of the shadows and get documented. America can not round up 11 million plus illegals, but when Congress passes a Law, that puts the onus on the illegal to come out of the shadow and be documented, or stay silent, the majority will chose to come forward and those who do not will be caught and sent back to their home countries.

Employment Enforcement has to have a huge fine for, employer and employee, coupled with; an ID when you apply for work, of any kind, and the fine should be high, so that it will be prohibitive to both employee and employer.

Minimum Wage must be raised, so Americans can make a living wage, If Congress changes the immigration laws, before locking down the borders and enforcing employment law, America will revolt, mark my words.

Oil Prices are a result of Bush’s failed foreign policy and sucking up! To his betters

Through Bush & Cheney, Rice and Rumsfelds ignorance and blind belief in Neo-Con Hegemony, America is suffering there foolhardiness.

You notice I did not mention Collin Powell, he was always the reluctant warrior, in this Administration, the voice of reason if you will and sadly, the voice least listened too. Mr. Powell was the outsider, to this PFTNAC group.

Now there are three players in the Energy game; Oil men, profits, and Congress and yes it is a game to the OIL men, and the people and there desire for energy, our the pieces on the game board of profits and there are two Energy games being played at the same time. One is National, here in the US and Internationally, let me focus on the National Energy game, it has rules, some set by Congress through Energy Policy & legislation and Energy rules set by the OIL Barons in control of Production.

Bush & Cheney are what is called OIL Men first and foremost, they bleed OIL first, why you ask?, there god is profit, now I know Bush said he is born again and I do not doubt his conviction, I do not how ever, ignore his proclivity to stand with these OIL barons first, even over the American consumer concerns.

That’s why he says, there’s nothing he can do about the price of gas at the pump, he of course is lying, he’s the president, he can do just about anything he wants, he is however saying, that he dose not have the will to do anything about gas prices, in other words, he dose not care, or he has choosen to do nothing about the plight of the every day working stiff.

When Bush retires from the presidency, he will be given, over time a small fortune not unlike his father’s fortune, and perhaps twice as much as his father’s fortune. As will Rice, Rumsfeld and Cheney, all of these individuals will be made rich, and Cheney already has a head start on all of his compatriots.

Now why Bush’s foreign policy, has resulted in OIL prices going through the roof, starts with Bush being an abject failure, when it comes to foreign policy and his Administrations, Bush has made mistakes, missteps, miss-reads and half steps, one right after another, leading to the most abysmal, foreign policy in American history. And all because he was bated into going into Iraq, now long before Iraq, Bush had a chance to correct some of his mistakes, but once he was convinced before entering the White House, that he could get Saddam, the man who tried to kill his father, he was convinced, he could secure the second largest OIL fields in the known world, and infuse a start of the process to a form a Democracy, in the Middle-East, this was heady stuff to a C-student, he was easily led and he had just enough ego and swagger to be the empty headed leader of this group of world hegemonist (made up word).

Now to the OIL Industry heads, these egomaniacal greedy bastards, they do not care about ruling countries, or changing leaders, or taking over countries, their concerns only go as far as controlling the government, to there own selfish, profiteering ends. Energy history 101, the short version, The USA, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Russia and Briton (England, for those history challenged) from the start of the search for OIL around the world, these countries, were the ones who put in the infrastructure to get the OIL out of the ground, all around the world.

And in return for the technology and up front capital, "forever" contracts were written, so as to give a percentage for "life" of every barrel taken out of the ground or sea. Unless the Country nationalizes, like Iran. And here’s the sneaky, dirty little secret, this is what gives the OIL barons the balls to make statements, to the Congress and press, when questioned about high profits today, like; “where were you when Oil prices were at $10 a barrel,” these are sons of bitches, and they are arrogant to boot. This STATEMENT is taking about National OIL prices, here in the US, not Oil prices internationally, they have been for around 100 plus years, been racking up unlimited profits and stashing them in foreign banks and the US Government … CAN NOT ASK ABOUT THESE PROFITS, get it… they complain about not making any money for years here in the US, which has never been the problem, or the case, because they set the Production… you can not complain about a system you set up.

Production and Holding facilities; are the lynch pin of the game, they control production and the capacity to hold, or store refined products, and this capacity, is the valve of control too cost. Let see, over the last 35 years, collectively, the OIL men have Not… Built One… New Refinery, or Holding Facility, in the USA… in 35 years. And there in, is why? Gas prices are going up today.

And do not let them tell you, “it’s the natural disasters, that are a big cause,” yes and no. If plants had of been built, say 1 or 2 every 4 years, for the LAST 35 years, we would have the capacity to refine and store enough Gas, Home Heating Oil and Alternative Fuels, too keep America competitive and make a healthy profit. Even though energy independence is the only way to true freedom, for any Nation and Alternative energy, is a key foundation today for America.

Next time Congress has the big OIL men into to testify, listen carefully to hear if they ask about there obscene profits made and held in Banks around the world. I have nothing against making a profit, but when energy became Strategic, profits have to be controlled and regulated, and as long as America can say nothing about the huge, and I mean huge profits held outside the USA… Congress should never let these greedy bastards, say a word about, “where were you when Oil was selling for $10 a barrel,” Congress and the American people should answer, these arrogant bastard’os. “Right here looking at your obscene profits around the world.”

Congress needs to; cut out the sweet heart deals, and the give away on royalties, and keep raising the tax on these arrogant bastards, until they start increasing refinery capacity for Fossil Fuels and Alternative Fuels.

Then the price of OIL will start to go down some, and Congress can help in other ways, by making it profitable to drill for Oil and Natural Gas, here on this side of the Atlantic, this will facilitate in, jump starting our dying manufacturing Industry, Natural Gas is the answer for our Industry to compete again, on the world stage. America has the largest Natural Gas deposits in the world.

But act we must, no more waiting for the energy Industry, to make a positive move. Congress needs too go on the offensive with Big Oil, they refuse to build Refineries, we raise the tax on their profits, and change Anti-Trust laws, until they start building Refineries and start drilling on the leases they already hold. OIL is and has too much of a strategic importance to let Big Oil sit on there FAT asses, and do nothing while our country and people are drained of jobs and their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Big Oil has the money to do it, but do not let them stone wall and make statements about they were not making profits way back when, so were not going to do anything now is what they don't say, America answers, you did nothing then, but we as a people, are one big voice and if you want to remain in business, you will either start building, or we will tax you, too off set your control of production, and raw profit taking at our American expense. And if they refuse, start talking about nationalizing the OIL Industry, that will get them off there asses for sure.

A gentleman by the name of Erick Haney was on Tavis Smiley Show and he spoke almost eloquently about Delta Force, but what caught my minds eye, was what he said about, our leadership today. America has come to the point where, an all volunteer Army, is the wrong direction for our countries to be headed, it has given the HAVES, in power the ability to advance war on others, they did not agree with, or advance, by barging in and making business deals, where they were not wanted, and these deals would be backed up by force, if and when there was opposition to there interest.

America should never, I repeat never come to the point where, the cost in treasure, (our children) is not shared, it must, or should always be spread across the full spectrum of our society, rich, middle and poor classes, nust sharing in the duty to country. Now I’ am not for frivolous wars, of Hegemony, and conquest of resources, like Viet-Nam and Iraq. Now wars of retaliation for the World Trade Center, will be a war, I would be hell bent to get into, but per invasions like Iraq, NO.

There are dictators, despicable men and women all around the world, and we are not the world’s policemen, or the Nine-One-One of the world.

But today we have, this ALL Volunteer Army and where has it gotten us, in a Iraq Quagmire, in the middle of a Civil War. And hardly any of the rich, or the leaderships children, or family members are fighting and dying, only the middle and poor classes are, fighting and dying, and for what. If the draft was in place, as it should have been, after we were attacked, we would have found Ben Laudin, and never stopped until he was brought low for his crimes.

But because the All Volunteer Army was in place, these Neo-Cons, saw there chance, there New Pearl Harbor, to use them, our treasure, to advance, there plans for US Hegemony, as they laid it out in the:

America read and see what they were doing under the cover of our being attacked, and look at all the profiteering, in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the usual suspects are there in every instance, Bechtel, Flour Corp, Halliburton, Kellogg, Brown & Root, Shaw Group, CH2M Hill Inc, and many, many more. And they were on the ground down in the Gulf as well, and they have gotten more of the billions spent than the people, or State Governments and people, in the whole entire Gulf Coast.

Wake up, America, no more sleeping walking, instead see the world as it is, and not as your blind faith in men, has lead you to believe.

What is Congress going to do about Immigration, let me tell you son.

Immigration in America has three legs too the stool, these legs and what makes them up, or the guts of the legs on this stool, is what Congress will deal either honestly, or try too pull the wool over the majority’s eyes.

First I want too draw my conclusion, as too what I think the Congress will do and won’t do.

My conclusions:

The House and the Senate, knows this is politically, a boiling hot aluminum chair left in Death Valley sun. Gloves are called for, and “slight of mouth” is what, Congress dose when there are so many hot button issues rolled into one subject, so Congress will try to divide and conquer the people on this one.

They have to stall and try to do the three legs one at a time, this will weaken anything they do, but it's the way that will give them political cover, for all upcoming elections as well, so they hope.

First; I do not believe they will do very much before the 06’ elections; because they know nothing they do short of the will, of “we the people,” will satisfy the American electorate. And all of congress wants the "VOTES," these illegals represent (remember I said this.) Second; making changes one at a time, they think will satisfy the diverse public, and I pre-dick this thinking, or conclusion will back fire on both side of congress. Third; the upcoming election will be the catalyst for delaying any action on immigration until after the 06’ elections.

Fourth: I said earlier the Congresses actions on immigration, will be done in a way to weaken the over all package, this is desirable for both side’s of the isle. Why you ask? because as I said earlier, both sides want the votes these illegals represent, AND nothing short of Citizenship will bring those votes into the electorate, so no matter how “we the people,” scream and say “no Amnesty,” Congress will say, “it’s not Amnesty, it’s earning your Citizenship,” “we the people say it Amnesty, and Congress say, No it’s not.” What they are failing to hear is, “it’s not what congress say it’s not… it’s what we say it is,” Congress will say in the end they “miss read the public,” and when they pass their legislation, granting Amnesty-citizenship, after the 11 years of paying fine and taxes, and going to school, and working, the American electorate will answer there blatant ignorance of “we the people’s wishes.”

What are “we the people’s wishes?” No more guest workers, we have 11 million illegal guest now, no Amnesty after 11 years, their children will be the citizens, and can vote, their parents who have come forward and been documented, will receive legal status and become the guest workers, but can not vote, no voting, “we the people say,” giving illegals citizenship, and there getting the vote is Amnesty. And continuing to tell America, there Bill is not Amnesty and trying to explain it and then pass it, and later say, there “was some disconnect,” will not play with “we the people.”

Ok, now the three legged stool that is Immigration today you ask; what are the three legs? Border Enforcement, Employment Enforcement and Immigration Law & Policy.

What’s first? Border Enforcement, we need a “big move,” you must secure the borders, in order to build a comprehensive immigration policy. It’s the first leg on the chair to hold up our country vulnerable security as it is today, and we are vulnerable and everyone in the world knows it. We can try slowly adding immigration officers to the border workforce, and slowly bring in some electronic surveillance, or build a wall and continue to increase and enhance our security with electronics and more human enforcement.

Part of this is the “big move” I call it, it is to stop, point blank the rush for the border, we are experiencing today. We must put in place, substantive deterrents to illegal border crossings, while adding human, or person power to keep it monitored and safe for both sides of the border, it will also cut drastically the drug trade, a double wall if need be, with no a mans land in-between.

We will need to beef up our laws at the point of crossing; a comprehensive approach, done all at once is the only way to secure the border.

Next Employment Enforcement; No hiring of illegal aliens will be allowed in any state of the union, documentation will be set up to verify all applicants for labor, and Congress will have to pass a law to bring ALL the illegals aliens out of the shadows, the law should be one that says, “ALL illegal Aliens,” must come forward and be documented, and you will not be deported, but will be put in a system, like the one pproposed in Congress, suggested to date, except there will be no Citizenship after the 11 years, only legal status and a guest worker status. They will be given by announcement 1 to 2 years to come forward, after the 1 to 2 year period, and all illegal aliens still not documented, when caught will be fined heavily and for the next 20 years and then will be given just a guest worker status, and they will have to leave and apply for a Visa to return after 20 years of clean record work in the US.

There will be a big penalty for hiring illegals aliens; and it should be high enough to make sure enforcements work, a fine of $25.000 for employee and employer, each. This amount will insure compliance.

This is a fair system, especially so those who have applied for legal citizenship status, and gone through our system, now in place and working for so many today, that those applying for legal immigration will cherish being allowed to vote, and after doing things the legal way, and this process only, American citizens knows will work, when an Americans break the law, they have to pay with there freedom, and their families, get along for years, with out them and a record often follows them through out life and in some instances, upon release, and often these Americans can not vote after doing their time. So giving citizenship and no record of illegality is unfair to legal immigratants and the Americans citizen, who have to follow the law and pay the full price of each law whether it be, just a fine, and can inclued, the violation being put on there records, in most if noy all cases.

Immigration Law & Policy; The present Immigration Policy and Laws are actually pretty good, what is not good is the will and resources too… ENFORCE IMMIGRATION LAW & POLICY.

How do you make a country unsafe, “leave good law to die, by weakening the will, by cutting the recourses,” with out the money to hire what you need to enforce the Law, or build deterrence, or enforce court decisions, you have a weak department and policy, with the opposing border security, accepting bribes for all sorts of illegal activities, including Drugs, and terrorist and all in between, weak deterrence and Policy is a recipe for desaster, as we have today.

America, before you allow Congress to change Immigration Law… make sure you KNOW clearly what is present Immigration LAW. Why, so they don’t weaken the good law, we have now, that is NOT ENFORCED.

All three of these Immigration legs need to be done at the same time, not separately, and if Congress can separate them out, and do one here, and one there, we will get a weak Amnesty, and it will not resemble anything we are asking congress to do today, or what we are writing Congress about, and telling our Representative about, at town meetings, as the whole debate has been voiced in the public squares.

Know this Congress, the majority of Americans who vote, get that word, VOTE, yes I said VOTE, and do not want EarningAmnestyCitizenship, or More Guest Workers, got it, did you hear “we the people.”



We are not against minorities, we are against law breaking, and this three legged stool, will be complicated to enforce, we know this and the illegals know this because they have stolen their way into America and compounded their law breaking by applying for and getting jobs as illegals and having children, these acts compound the Law, so the solution is not going to be easy and those who broke the law knew that there actions would make the solution complicated and counted on their compounding of the laws of America, too ease their solution by America, they count heavily on this, point. So all the demonstrations and all those born here and the relatives of the illegals, are advocating against their fellow American citizens over another American.

And the ones hurt badly by illegal immigration are blacks and Labor, how you ask? by the depressing of wages. And American business, together with the US federal government, have been turning a blind eye, too the breaking of Federal law on a huge scale, it was central to undermining and usurping of American immigration law, so the business lobbyist in Washington DC, needs to be put on point, we the people know what you did, and will no longer stand for your, interference. Be it known “we the people have spoken”, we are armed with the VOTE and will use it.

We the people are used as metaphor for the American main stream voting public.

What is the American Gospel to me?

First I want to say, I do not posse all the answers to my own life much less any other human life on this earth.

I am a child of God, El Shaddai, Jehovah, a disciple of His Son, My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Today we live in a world, I call a lost and dying world, and I say that because, from what I see of the world, we are so intolerant of each other, and for so many reasons of self, we refuse to see beyond our own concept of right and wrong, we are blinded with works and Law.

I find this has been a truth through out my life and the Life I see in others. I am an American, and a black man, but first; from the day I understood the passion of Christ for my life, I see His teachings transforming my conformities too self, and deep inside of me, I had a longing to share and help others, the reason was simple to me, I saw early in life, that when I was able too give to another, it was out of some part of me, that wanted good for others around me.

I also enjoyed people being good to me, it was a reciprocal feeling and I never wanted it to stop, this simply was my desire. Life I found as I lived more of it, it showed me that there were desires with in me, that others around me did not want, not my idea of good, and they did not understand my efforts, to be and say good things about or even for others, I just did not understand, there not receiving my good efforts.

This reality was a painful awakening to me, and I have never recovered from it, and what I did in return was not to turn inward, but to continue to keep that desire to give, and be good to others. It was Jesus, who I came into contact with, as I lived my life, that has changed me.

Today I have lived a good life and seen in passing, a lot of good and an awful lot of really bad, painful, evil and wicked life and this, even out of me, I have seen some awful and wicked life come from me over time, I knew I was not immune too this evil, this hate, this act of unloving was inside of me and I did not like this part of me, but I found I could be, just as twisted and uncaring at times, as any other man or woman.

So I have been naive about my self and others, but I have always wanted too believe there is some good in all men and women, and today I’ve learned too see the jewel in every man or woman, even if they don’t respond too my sight.

This American gospel to me is what I see in the Country of the Unites States of America today, and that is a culture in the city’s and neighborhoods, and the people and it is also a national view of States and Government.

I want to focus on the National Government, because it has taken a turn, I believe is wrong, and it will bring about a horrifying division, to my country. With the New Republicans, and the Religious Right together with the Neo-cons Conservatives, the party of the Political Right has, made a pack together with the evangelicals too force the entire USA into believing they are the Party of god and too any American who disagrees, with any thing these extreme religious and pious people push, like gays, gay marriage, school prayer, to name just a few and there, so-called wars on Christmas, and on Christians, you’re labeled against god, in decent.

The level for discussion has been turned so that, you can not even bring your views to the tables, of discussion. Your very voice is set apart, in a way you’ve been given a scarlet letter, if you speck up. Uneven ground is a terrible place to start any discussion, and the Nation is at that point, where many American have become afraid to speck up, all because of the alliances of Christian Clerics who are in bed with the controlling powers of our Nation today.

There is religious, legalistic, condemnation of any one who dares to speak up, against, the Religious legalist. They have chosen a couple of the precepts out of the Holy Bible and used them to say; these gays are the reason the Nation is in trouble, they blame troubles of any and all sorts, even the Worlds troubles are blamed on lack of school prayer and more, much more, based in their chosen, foils.

When I was in the world, I called my self, at that point in my life a heathen, I didn’t care about Faith, or Religion, and I knew about it but did not pay value to it, for my life. Today a political party has harnessed these very religious people and there Pastors, too condemn others in the world, to divide and Literally shut up the mouth of some, and to gain political power, they sold the religious Right a bill of goods, saying they were going to change the Nation back, into a "Christian Nation," the problem with this statement is, we were never a Christian Country, what we were at one time was a Nation built on some principles out of the Holy Bible, and we were always a Nation of multiple faiths, mostly Christian, but not entirely, and even the Multiple Christian Faiths who called themselves Christian could not agree on the basics of the Old And New Testament.

I’ am not saying Christ is the wrong model for America, I believe He is the right model to pattern your life after, but it is the Christ in you, not; no Christ in you, but lets use Christ example and principles, even though they are used, just for co-opting and for personal or political gain.

But the founding fathers were wise in that they new you could not separate Religion and Politics, but they also knew, you have to separate Church and State if you want to have Nation and if you do not, you will have Tyranny.

What we have today is a prevailing charge, laid on many Americans, and it says; your not as American as we are, and we believe the founding father were setting up America to be a Christian Country, and by today’s controlling Party of Government, these individuals want to install and instill there varying views, of Christian principles on the entire Nations, which is Tyranny.

I’VE SAID ALL I WANTED TO SAY. AND I WILL CLOSE WITH THIS… My Faith is suppose too inform my reasoning mind, therefore my decisions, whether political, or private, I do not have to lead, with my faiths traditions and therefore, I’ll not use a bunch of legalistic words, and use them exclusively too beat down one portion of the American rainbow, I won't condemned, just too pump my portion of the rainbow up.

My one job is to restore, to bring the Gospel of reconciliation to a lost and dying world, I’ am not suppose to have on my robe of condemnation, but robes of righteous and that righteousness is not of myself, I have no such righteousness, it is the Christ in me that wills me to do and love and live.

Censure is the only honorable thing for Congress to do, and ALL of a FEARFUL Congress knows it’s the RULE of LAW.

Be it know Democrats, Censure is the right thing to do, the President has neutered Congress to this point and no one is willing to stand up for “the Rule of Law.”

From the first words out of Bush’s mouth, that he was going to continue to break the Law, Congress should have acted and acted decisively, but because Congress is under Republican control, the party of the President, this controlling Party and Senators, like Pat Roberts.

And in many if not all Arabs countries we can not buy HARD ASSETS, American Business and American Governments are blocked, banned from buying operational or outright ownership of key vital facilities, from many if not all Arab countries, they say how bad we would be to block this Deal, but they routinely block and forbid our Businesses from even looking, much less considering bidding to take over Operational control.

The Arab countries around the world have trade packs and treaties, and agreements with the US, and they can buy US Bonds, they can buy US businesses, they can buy HARD STRATIEGIC ASSETS, But AMERICA, AMERICANS CAN NOT BUY Hard strategic assets of many, if not all Arab countries.

I’ am for no ownership by foreign Countries or Foreign Governments of Ports, or transportation facilities, so we can stop this racist talk altogether.

America remembers many of these now partners in the war on terror, were not partners, but and until… 911… and many of these now partners in the war on terror, are at Odds with America, on Israel, a clear strategic ally of nearly all Americans, and the American Government.

Americans not unreasonable in there feelings, there based in reality

It’s not about playing by the rules, or wanting Arabs to do business with America, it is about all Middle eastern people, and it’s not about port security being run by Arabs, because they will not run port security, the Coast Guard and Federal Agents, are who runs security in all American ports it’s about America not wanting to turn over the direction of some of our main port, to A GOVERNMENT… from… a… private business.

Reasons why Americans don’t want this sale to go forward, The UAE Government has been complicit in the sale and transfer of nuclear technology illegally, and they have never been brought to account by any one, not even the UN, no sanctions for there actions.

And why should they do this, when America is silent about every UN sanction since 1947 leveled against Israel, even thought they should be as loud equally as loud about these affronts to Arab/middle eastern/Islamic populations the their people, over and over again so there is no question where the American people stand, and it would be nice if it was in concert with Israel.

But I digress, America is reacting to the Middle Eastern component in this take over or buy out, pure and simple, blacks are looked at differently since 911, and any one who looks middle eastern, pure and simple, Bush can not guarantee no terrorist will use this UAE Government owned business to gain access, he will not make that guarantee.

In America, white people have been attacked, rob, assaulted by American blacks, so they are gun shy when around black Americans, white’s have been shouted down, cussed out, and called every name including the son of Satan, and black Americans have bee denied jobs, refuse the rightful position in situation after situation, and call names I won’t repeat here in these pages, all these wrongs have been done by hateful, angry and some times evil, bigoted people, but the those wronged will have there prejudices none the less, and they will color there decisions for days to come, they will color there votes, and will find there place in there voice when opportunity arises to speak.

If you’re for the sale of the ports to the UAE, you suck and America will not let you forget it.

And people, who say they should trust our Government, our Administration and that they should get the benefit of the doubt, are not Americans they are Neo-Conservative-Right-wing Republican jerks, and they suck too.

The UAE being a strong ally Bush says, in the war on terrorism is not good enough, when America knows it’s a money deal, for Bush’s close personal friends, in the Middle East, who happened to be OIL rich, it’s a Bush friendship based on Money, and OIL.

This Arab Government Company UAE wants to own an American port, well the Hong Kong Government owns a port in Los Angeles today, but Hong Kong has not been involved in an attack and the killing of Americans. And China wants to buy an American port, and some say they already have ownership of an American port, and they might be right, (through Hong Kong.) Doesn’t make it Ok… OK.

But 99.9% of all America wants no sale, no buying of the Ports by Governments Who may or may not be able to stop individuals who mean America harm, and want to get in and do the USA harm and hurt, and America is not willing to give them any opportunity.

So veto away Bush, we will override and make you eat your veto, and if you veto, it will be your last veto, because America will marginalize you, lame duck you till the bitter end. So come Bush make our day.

I was feeling sort of an unease, ever sense the Republican Iraq sham and shame vote went down yesterday in the House 11/18/2005, seeing all the fake fawning and over the top butt kissing, was strange some how to me, and anti-climatic.

I was waiting on the position of a party out of power, to stand up and make their position plain, so as the main stream, who today are dissatisfied with the present leadership of our country, someone with a clear and cogent plan for true leadership would get the votes of nearly 65% of the American electorate, hands down.

But all that happened was Congressional make-up-sex. But we all know the back stabbers were stealthily lurking with in this mutual love hate fest, it all made we want to take a bath.

And being I lean Democratic, I’ am ready for a true Democratic leader to stand up and say, I’ve done my due diligence, and I have clear plan to lead, and it includes, not just the war, but this Nations direction as well, but it never happened, even the man of the hour, Jack Murtha, or the object of the love, hate fest, that evening even he tried to soften a few of his words. And I quote, and not exactly, “I like Cheney, he was a good secretary of defense,” I held my mouth, I was gonna spew.

And as some of the Democrats have been so found of saying since the Kerry campaign, “we can do better,” well what dose that mean, what is the substance behind this cavalier statement, I ask this question at this time, because at this time, the main stream is looking for some thing better, but neither party seems to get it.

Bush is right, Clinton laid the groundwork for regime change, but the way Bush went about, talking/lying/twisting/sexing up/fixing the details, too America and Congress forgoing to war, it was flawed from the start, and deeply deceptive, and misleading. And Bush went in not just for WMD’s, we all know Bush's focus changed quickly, when it appeared they were not going to be found, and the regime change became the new mantra, along with instituting a democratic style government, he also all along, had plans to make a lot of people richer, all while doing this insertion of Democracy, as a stabilizing government in the Middle East.

Now we know Bush & Cheney have bungled and dragged out reconstruction, and training of the guts of this government, he says, we’ll stand down when they stand up, or some such nonsencial mess, well it’s time to STAND them on their feet, and step back, it’s time for Iraqi’s to take the lead, in fighting terror in Iraq, America has it’s own war on terror, and were not going to keep dying for Iraq’s war on terror.

And America has no strategy; we cannot just cut on Run, or Quit and leave, we need a plan an exit strategy, some thing Bush & Cheney never thought of because they believed this was going to be war for all time until every terrorist was killed or dead, and America should know that’s a plan for a thousand year war.

There is no way to kill every terrorist, that’s like saying your going to kill all of the communist in the world, it’s not going to happen, and that’s why when Bush and Cheney say we’ve got to stay the course in Iraq… no we don’t, we have to have a planned exit from this Iraqi’s war on terror,

War on terror in Iraq, is Iraq's WAR on TERROR, yes America's bungling brought the terrorist into Iraq, and yes they have a foot hold, and yes Bush & Cheney miss-calculated badly, in the planning for the war. But Bush, Cheney, and Congress had no plan,until Murthakick started the talk of the end of this mess. I hear today that General Casey has offered a plan to get the troops out.

And I heard a House Representative say, or ask, whom do you negotiate with? And in war there’s only so many results in war, you can win, or lose, you can retreat or surrender and you can negotiate your why out, but you ask who do you negotiate with, I want to pose an answer he forgot in this conflict… how about negotiating with the Iraqi people, now there’s a thought, how’s about we let them fight for the Democratic government, how’s about Iraq get out front for the Country, and give America a break, there free to choose there course, which way are you going to go, Iraq has got to STAND UP or LAY DOWN, there is no other choices.

And my final word for America, the main stream is in a mood to chose a leader. a plan a course, Congressional leaders must not choose the failed courses of the past, we can not stay the course, we cannot just stop and leave, we are in the choosing mood, so step up and show leadership, or sit down and SHUT UP.

The Pipeline Carpet Baggers, have made the ENRON Fuel shifting practice a main line process, and too think this now revealed practice is not illegal, only slightly UNETHICAL, what is it with People in power, the Republicans get in office and in power and before America’s eye’s ethics are front and center in Congress, and in All big business, from Insurance (HMO’s, workers benefit Insurance,) to government services (FEMA, FTC, FCC, FEC, EPA, NPR, NBR, FBI, CIA, DOD,) and these are just a few of the Bush & Cheney Administration appointed Crony led administration Heads of America’s most important Departments.

Cheney led a behind closed doors cabal to fix energy in America and Cheney has done just what ever he wanted… completely ***INDEPENDENT*** of any Bush… and Bush backed his every move even though Bush has not a clue as to what all Cheney has been up too, but Bush will never throw Cheney overboard because Cheney knows where everything is and Bush doesn’t have a clue and can never admit it.

FEMA pays $11,000.000 Million a WEEK, and $11,000.000 a MONTH

All this money for Americans displaced by Katrina, and Rita and for the FEMA workers.

The total is staggering, and it appears, FEMA and the Bush Administration wanted to just get the people out of shelters, because it made Bush look bad, but the imported workers, are doing work, that the displaced workers could of done, and kept the economy coming back strong with there very displaced labor.

Now Mayor Nagin wanting the people to come back looks like the right move was ignored, and shipping the very talent, and labor force, with a greatest stake in rebuilding, and recovering, and rescuing there neighbors, was called crazy.

Lets look at the people and there talents, the gulf coast has teachers and all the labor to run a school…GONE, Civil administrative workers…GONE, private business workers… GONE, construction worker, of all types…GONE, every kind of talent needed to restore the Hurricane ravaged areas in the entire Gulf Coast. And not just GONE, shipped to the four corners of the country, and remember for reason yet completely unknown to some, these very people were left behind for so long, when it came time to get out, they were so grateful to leave many vowed to never come back to the scene of there nightmare.

And now today 10/17/05 10:48:43 PM, Americas hear on the cable news channels ALL the money being spent in ways that are so egregious as to make no bid contracts, and the out and nout Carpet bagging seem to be planned. America goes deeper into debt, and every firm hired by FEMA, gets filthy rich, and the people get screwed, mortgages, and homeowners, lose everything, renters are out in the cold, and have no voice, not even in elections. And many are paying for homes that have been destroyed.

This is a disaster happening right in front of Americas face, and it’s business as usual for bectel, Haliburton. Not one congressman is saying a word, especially on Bushes side of the congress, all GONE quiet.

$11,000.000 Million a week, and $11,000.000 million a month… AMERICA wake up, say loudly, and continuously… I’ am not going to take this. It’s time to change course… GONE.

You say there was no way to house the people displaced, right, but you could of told them that you people are the ones who are going to be put to work, recovering your homes, and all the money FEMA, and the STATE, and the CITY is going to spend is to help you recover, and we need your help, in other words, the Authorities should of sent them with a positive proviso, that there leaving was temporary, and there travel was being kept to a minimum, so they labor, talents, and voice will be mandatory, but the only thing they were told was there was am mandatory evacuation… but to where, to what.

Ask the Gulf Coasters, were you told you were needed back in your states, or back in there citys, especially now that the FEMA money is here, we want to pay you, who have are displaced residents, are exactly what is needed to rebuild.

Lets look at the coming attractions, won’t we, first up, Rove was ask to come before the Grand jury investigating, the Valeria Plame, National Security Treasonous outing affair, for the fourth time, and Tom Delays lawyers, filed in court to quash, the indictment for money laundering and conspiracy, against him in Texas, and Ari Fliecher, and Scott McClellan, both spoke briefly with there Attorneys, in anticipation of indictments for more conspiracy, and Lewis (scooter) Libby, huddled with Cheney, and tried to assure the Vice President, nothing will track back to him, if you remember, Cheney was the catalyst for sending a fact finder (CIA choose Joe Wilson) to Niger, as the word conspiracy is kicked around in these private conversations, and as both Attorneys for Bush Cheney, Libby and Mires, all co-conspirators , worked to get there lies straight.

We include the outright crookery of Bill (I can’t believe, I’ll never be able to run for President) Frist. And we now have a strong group of also rans as well, in Roy (I’ am up to my ears, on K street now,) Blunt, and this man is, mentioned along with several other indicted co-conspirators as well, like Jack (I never met a Congressman, I couldn’t buy) Armhoff, and the wide and rampant cronyism, in all branches, and levels of the federal government, has been off and running for the last five plus years.

These false prophets are caught in their mess, and now want god to bail them out, and that is what these scam artist want prayerfully, but to the world, these ruler of the sacred words of god, want the appearance that, it’s all been god’s doing, purloiners of morals, have made a bed with the Republican Party, they would have America, and there congregations believe, that sleeping with these immoralist, it is of god, and that god wanted them to mix the Gospel, with politics, and there by bringing gods plans to man Horse hockey.

What is left of their best-laid plans of Priest, Prophet men, and Politician? Is what happens when men, label their works, of god… Crooks everywhere, cronyism, conspirators, thieves, liars, all under the umbrella of the Christian Conservative Republican Party, and the Neo-Conservatives are cringing, as their plan for American Hegemony, using Military force, aka; Project for the New American Century (PFTNAC,) all under the moral authority of these modern day Sanhedrins.

The people under the influence of these false prophets, are sheep, and that’s what makes this so horribly bad, if you remember, sheep will sit down when frightened, and won’t get up, not even to save themselves, they become so fear filled, they won’t act, they will sit there until they die. And Congregations all over the USA, are afraid of these TV preachers, and they will sit there Sunday after Sunday, refusing to read there Bible, and refusing to ask GOD, Jehovah, The Author and Finisher of there Faith, The King of Kings, The Way The Truth & The Life, the Lord of Lords, Head of the Church, in prayer, and then meditate, on that self same prayer (that means listen) for your heavenly Fathers leaning.

Here’s one aspect, that needs to be made clear to all Christians, the word God is a generic word, yes that’s right generic, there can be god (s), but there can be no Jesuss adding a (s), to Jesus Holy name, there is no Jehovahs, no lords of lords, no kings of kings.

When certain people, with a plan, tell you… they want to take, “In god we trust” off of the money, and they want to take god out of the class room… ask your self’s, What god are they talking about, because the God Christians know, and they know His name, and just god is not it. So when some one, throws this argument at you, ask them, what god were you talking about, and they say, you know, say to them, no I don’t, tell me clearly what god are you talking about, and what’s His name.

And then you can have a constructive discussion, about the name on money, and the using of the generic word god. You see my brothers and sisters arguing and, downing your fellow man because, they don’t believe in your generic god, is not what I getting at there, what I’ am trying to get us to is:

America we can’t have every true name of God, on our money, or pasted in schools, and court houses, and telling everyone, so now that we are using a generic name “god,” they are not taking god out of the market place, it is just not true, God is in your heart, and if you’re a Christian, no man can take God, or God’s marriage away from your Father, and lets face it, that’s what these scam artist are saying is happening, they say they are taking marriage away from man, and that’s not true, marriage is made by your heavenly Father, man is destroying what man “calls marriage,” not Gays wanting to marries, is destroying god’s marriage, it just doesn’t compute, if liars tell lies, does that mean that man is taking gods law away from God, or is mans lying destroying man law of lying, and man’s cheating. No man can take anything from your heavenly Father, but man can take a manmade thing away from man.

RECOGNIZING FALSE PROPHETS

1 Thessalonians 5:21: "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.''
To recognize false prophets we must heed the above verse and "prove all things." One does not arrive at being an overcomer until he first learns the all-important lesson of testing or "proving" the issues of this life. In the hour that we live there are so many things that are false and evil. We must be constantly on guard and "prove" or test things, lest we become ensnared by something that is wicked. Cults are spreading. Eastern idolatrous religions are creeping into our country in very subtle forms, and many Christians are being deceived and have accepted their practices without even being aware of their evil. Some religious groups have existed for years under the guise of Christianity, and yet are far from the teachings of Jesus Christ. The Lord warns us of these false teachers and tells us to beware of them.
Looking at Matthew 7:15-23, we find Jesus gives us the guideline for determining false prophets:
"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth-good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth-evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father, which is in heaven. Americans please read your Bible, and I ask you too, in prayer, ask the Everlasting Father and He will answer you, and bring you out from under false prophets, and I’ am not talking about leaving your church, but I’ am saying, you need to ask your Pastor, Minister, Priest, about what you’ve read in the scripture, and it says, that I’ am to hate the sin, but love the sinner, and nowhere does it say, I’ am to allies my self, with crooks, cronies, thieves, liars, and when I know they are prevaricators of evil, I am to rebuke them, and then, work to restore them, (walking out my faith, in my life) now lets look at the restoration process, that the Lord our Father, set in place in His love letter to us all.


My beloved in Galatians 6 starting at the first verse, Paul write of restoring one, who has been “overtaken in a fault,” and I ask you what fault? Or faults can a man or women be overtaken in? What sin is common to man? The answer is, All sin is common to man, remember what ever is not faith is sin… Fear, and not reading your Bible, and not asking your heavenly Father for guidance, and clarification of His word, is sinful, especially for saints, and churchgoing, Bible believing men and women, it’s a sin to your Father, when you only listen to men, and never listen to your Father, and I ask you, I put it too you my beloved… Why? Would you worship and praise, and pray to a Father, you won’t listen too, and you won’t believe His word sitting in your lap Sunday after Sunday, and Bible study after Bible study.

Our heavenly Father said I send you out to preach the Gospel, not find some scripture to beat a certain group, or particular pet sinner over the head with your indignation and private condemnation, pillaring them in the news, and on the radio, and at rally after, rally, all for you political gains. How is that advancing the Gospel as I told you to do, it’s not your job to eradicate EVIL, that has never been your job, that’s your Fathers job, I did not tell you fight the War of EVIL, I said hold the ground my son (Jesus the Christ,) won, using the Armour of God, and the Victory is yours, the victory beloved, not the war is yours, we as children of god can’t win the war against EVIL.

The holy Spirit beloved, that we walk in, is founded in our Fathers word, and these traits are the “fruits of the Spirit,” Galatians 5; 22 – 26, and in the last verse, it says “envying one another,” and here’s where prevaricators, get there juice, but won’t admit it, they envy those who seem to them to get away with sin, they won’t admit it, they will say, I’ am just drawing a correlation with the ills of our society, and our country, it’s because “these sinners,” that god is not in the class room, and I (a man) will condemn them, for god, using god’s word, and scriptures.

I beg these lost leaders, and these following congregations to repent, and return to your Heavenly Father, prayerfully, your Father awaits your presence before His Throne, lifting up your supplications, to Him and He will forgive us our sins, and restores us to His side, and shape us for His work of reconciliation.

The Gulf Coast, a Rich Pie, for the Rich

The rich will get richer in the Golf coast area, and the culture of this Administration is at work, since Bush and the Republicans have been in power, and the carpet baggers, are out in force, every no bid corporation is on the ground with both feet, these Multi National World giants are sucking the US Treasury dry, and there Lobbyist in Washington, DC are paving the way for there money sucking plans.

The plan was to get as many of the people out of the area, by first telling all who could to leave to leave, and leaving the rest until they would be so glad to leave they would go anywhere, far, far away from the scene of there horror, and then deny as long as possible there return, especially the poor, so they can condemn there housing, and there land, and include it in there planned redevelopment, with out the region voters, and their voices at the table, the Mayors constituents.

And the plans are working, first try to switch the focus from the President, and FEMA, and them keep blaming the local authorities, to keep them busy defending them selves, going from one to the other, and try to get the Media’s attention, all over the place, from looking inside to see if they the Media, did something wrong, and it’s the Neo-Conservative, Right wing, Republicans, and it’s who makes up the party, not just the politicians, the very large corporations who were big money supporters, of the Bush grab of power.

Look at who’s stealing the money, and match those Corporations, and the people, in the Republican Party, check there portfolio’s, and there investments, and you’ll see the paper trail of greed, and you’ll also see the people who have been running interference, and miss-direction schemes, at the press, the Democrats, are making money too, but there not included, in the planning.

And the press is falling for it, they’ve looked at themselves, there now looking at the police, and last week, it was the Mayor and Governor, and the looking at them, has been on going, from the start. Stop drinking the Kool Aid, these scam artist are pouring into your camera’s, and microphones, and question, for facts, every word, coming out of there mouths.

Keep your focus on the people, and there return to there homes, no matter what condition there in, it’s there land, and homes, even the renters, had homes, and deserve to be heard. Please don’t let Bush and his cohorts get away with, stealing every penny, and every piece of land they can, and you know they can’t steal the land a hotel was on, but if you can keep the people away long enough, you can condemn there land, and then, redistrict it right out of there, pockets.

There are plans afoot to change, where people live, and the people who should have a VOICE our GONE, and the only one saying anything is the MAYOR.

They already fixed the pay to rebuild, (Davis-Bacon’um,) for reconstruction, and that was among the steps needed to help the carpetbaggers get a foothold.

Stop letting them use the media, they have their own network to do that, the RNC Fox sue do news channel. There going full tilt smearing, and mudding the waters, switching the focus, playing the blame game, on anything Democrat, or Liberal, or any one asking questions, or speaking for the voiceless masses, this Fox channel is playing the “Game.”

That’s right, when these carpets bagging scum-sucking thieves, say or do something, it’s “a game” to them, it’s a game when they accuse someone of being, morally corrupt, or a liberal, they laugh and smirk at the camera, and make as many false statements to try as they might to create an echo chamber in the News, and the Media does all the leg work, carrying the message, and stops seeing the people.

And when it’s a “game” to them, or anyone, we all know how we think of a game, we say after it’s all over, ”well it was all just a game,” this is sport to the Right, it’s a game played hard by every voice on the right. And when the media, see this and stops playing, and stays serious, and on point, questioning every word coming out of mouths… whether Republican, Democrat, Conservative, Christian, Congressperson, Bureaucrat, Civil Servant, General, Solider, Celebrity, Spokesman, and everyone offering and opinion, especially, the paid experts, and consultants, and talking heads, and Pundants.

Focus on the people please, there the stars of these disasters, and there the ones being cut out, don’t let a card with a little money fool you, their problems are greater, and longer termed than, the superficial, surface view, the camera is showing, the problems go very deep, and it’s not pretty, but we must look, and the media must show it, yes it’s ugly, and you want to turn away, but in the valley is where the darkness of life is, and those lost, and those giving up, and without hope, are not on the beach sunning themselves, there in darkness, praying for a light, and remember, the table will be set in the presence of there enemies, and the cups at that table will run over, and on many, and those in darkness will see, and come to the table, but “we,” have to go into the VALLEY.

Step back and take a long look at what going on, just listen to what being said, and what’s not being said, in the market place of words. Be a cup, and let it run over.

The BOX Thinking

I can only watch and think about what’s happening, and as I watch the approaching Hurricanes, I’ve come to a couple of conclusions. First; we are not even close to preparing, or planning, for the eventual, before during, and aftermath, of these natural disasters. Second; the season for hurricanes will end in November, and we need to get at the very least prepared, for the before, during and the after.

Now I know great minds have been thinking, and planning for all three eventualities, all over the world. But as all these think tankers, think and paln, we all can tell were failing badly, and expending obscene amounts of money, trailing late at every attempt to make a difference for our people, of all colors and age, they are all Americans, and our guest, as there caught in these disasters wake.

So lets start to look at what's happening to America, in and another way. The best minds seem to be looking, and planning for the before, as though, they don’t want to get people moving on what may be a false eventual outcome.

The before thinking, they think, should be because we thought it would never get this bad, but all along, they knew, we had cat 1,2,3,4,5,and 6 and up storms, we can’t build for these, so we threw caution to the wind, and built anyway, right on the beach, and continued form the beach building right on in, and up, with whole communities, all geared around making money, planning for cat 3 protection. Now the only structures built, close to the water should be made of bio-degradable material, nothing should be built that we cannot afford to lose, this is a big change in Americas Capitalistic ways, our profit first thinking and planning has too change… think America, the only thing that doesn’t seem to be lost, but suffers damages, but are reparable, are the OIL and Energy infrastructures.

Thinking this way means, a change in the money pit thinking that’s costing America, and Insurance companies, so much more money, that we are now today borrowing like a Nation full of drunken sailors, and Captains.

The during thinking, America is haunted by our foresight, that is inadequate, to the extremes, we can move fast after, but during a storm, we are ham strung by our before planning, and it constrains us to act, in unison, to help were help is needed, so once it sure we going to be hit, the FEMA organizations should be working hand in hand with the State and Local authorities, before with FEMA subordinate and assisting, but working alone with, at each step of the State, and Local authorities way. Never should the Local, the State, and FEMA be separated from each other, because what's is the focus is America, people firsr, structures second, and the thinking about my turf, and each acting like fiefdoms, in and emergency is absolutely stupid, and a huge wast of resource, and manpower.

It’s because of the thinking we suffer, by not integrating these organizations, not in staying in separate offices before, during, and after a emergency, only coming together when one has to take over from the other, when it’s ability to respond is over whelmed. It called a layered response, each making declarations, as each saw fit, hamstringing the next layer with worthless, decisions that only get in the way of the next layer when it has to take over from the one swept over by the intensity of the emergency.

The After thinking, Now all this thinking,involves gambeling, will it hit, and when to move the people, and planning to spend the least amount of money, each limited in what’s available to get each levels jobs done, based on this box thinking model, the Local, State, and FEMA Authority are all, saving there outside the box thinking for what they didn’t expect to happen, each thinking there planning is the best, only asking for help with the peripherals, until it’s too late, and each waiting on the other to fail, before acting.

When we had bad storms in the past we had smaller populations, and less tecnology and still some of the storms still over ran our abilities to respond. But the lessons, still weren’t learned, it was as if we planned to fail, and then respond, by rushing in to save what's left, and throwing huge sums of money at the problem, and dragging the out come from pork to pork, and arguing all the way through.

The proof of this thinking was the 100,000 people left behind, and forced out of, and sent all over America, literally, snatching the voice of the region, and stealing the voter, scattering the very workforce needed to rebuild, bussing them to the four corners of the Nation, very effective, but a Huge waste of resources, and the very talent necessary to rescue, and recover is now gone, from were it was most needed. It was as if there was a plan to leave them until they would go anywhere, and hating were they were, and saying, just get me out of here.

And when many in America saw this as planned benign neglect, in the highest order, and when the Mayor screamed after having his communications cut, and then being refused to use the cutters communication, and then, the Mayor being, forced to stay close to the Media, as his only communications, was humiliating in the highest degrees, and many in America saw this as planned as well, and the Governor, saw it as well, but was more easily bought off, and remember, the Govenor was very complimentary of FEMA, in the beginning, when she saw the truth in the begining, and screamed as well, remember.

And all this was covered by claims of it’s the mayors fault, and the Governor fault, by Republicans, but the Nation as a whole saw only Michael Brown, and Bush, and then and only then did they jump in with the General first, being gruff, and short with the Media, the General saw the same things that the Governor and the Mayor saw, but was constrained by position, but we in America know the Media’s a Corporate owned lacey of the Republican Party, yes many are Democrats in the Media, but they now know where there bread is buttered, and became as dossal as in the past, since this Administrations take over of all three branches of the Government, five years ago.

The Poor, the Sick, the Elderly, the Young, the Blacks of all ages, were left to die, and suffer, till the great Bush decided to move on there behalf, Bush looked at the Box, and said, we can move now, and I’ll lead the way, but he waited too long, and had to say, “I take responsibility for what happen.”

And it has been business as usual, FEMA, the State, the Local authorities… still looking at the BOX, and in a pinch, they employ thinking outside of the BOX, and some even think they are doing a good job, because there's not too many deaths… America looks at the BOX, and prays, America can never stop praying.

Conservatism’s favorite fallacy

In the context of weighing racial and class-based factors in the federal government’s woeful response to Katrina, the Washington Post related this succinct portrayal of the president’s political philosophy with respect to combating poverty:
“In the place of traditional poverty programs, Bush has touted faith-based social service programs, calling them more efficient and effective than those run by the government. Many programs of an earlier generation, he says, have served only to perpetuate the plight of the poor.”

Forty years of relentless right-wing campaigning on the fallacy that government programs “have served only to perpetuate the plight of the poor” has convinced a majority of Americans of the fallacy’s truth. But it has taken root among the electorate only because most Americans don’t examine the assertion’s basis any more than our intellectually lazy president has. It is received knowledge, not informed opinion.
At its core, conservatism is a profoundly antigovernment philosophy, not a pro-opportunity philosophy. The idea that proactive government perpetuates poverty, rather than poverty resulting from society’s structural flaws, is merely a cover story for reducing the cost of government to the haves, leaving the have-nots to the wolves. This may seem like an obvious point, too obvious to note even, and to an informed electorate it would be. But millions of Americans, having bought into conservatism’s simplistic solutions, have also bought into the idea that conservatism stands for a positive philosophy of alternative approaches to social betterment rather than a negative philosophy of limiting government at all social costs.
Without going into a dry, detailed history of what government programs have, in fact, done for the poor, consider again what the Post wrote about Mr. Bush’s views - that he “has touted faith-based social service programs, calling them more efficient and effective than those run by the government.”

Really? Are his faith-based programs somehow something new against which we can now evaluate the ineffectiveness of government?
Hardly. For private social-service programs dominated before the New Deal (and later the Great Society) intervened. It was the inadequacy of such nongovernmental assistance that brought about government’s efforts to do what private charities, principally churches, had been unable to do.

The deployment of Bush’s generous private-over-public aid as a national ideology to fight poverty and provide opportunity had plenty of opportunities itself to work. Prior to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, housing assistance - need I go on? - those at a socioeconomic disadvantage had little to count on but what private charities had to offer. And it was precious little. The depth of charity’s inability to meet national needs became overwhelmingly apparent during the 1930s, and it was this that launched a fundamental change in approach.

Contrary to the right’s rhetoric and revisionist history, the New Deal wasn’t a manifestation of a bunch of wild-eyed socialists intent on destroying volunteerism and private charity for the sake of erecting big government. The New Deal came about only because private means of assistance had repeatedly failed as society’s principal fallback.
Conservatives love to hark back to a nostalgic America that never existed - to a bygone age when everyone pulled themselves up by their bootstraps, and only when it couldn’t be helped did the struggling ask the local church or community chest for a hand, which was always there for them. It wasn’t, of course, and it was capitalism’s unsparing nature that finally showed the inadequacy of private aid.

Modern conservatism is founded on a deliberately constructed, rose-colored historical myth. What perpetuates poverty is government’s inattentiveness, not its pro-activism. Again, this may seem bloody obvious to you, but far too many Americans have never stopped to consider the basics.

Congressional Oversight

Rep, Tom Cole R/Oklahoma says, the Democrats, are afraid of the voters of the elected representative, to let them handle there duly elected responsibilities, and Rep. Cuptito/R say it’s by partisan, “according to the balance” in numbers in the Congress, of both houses.

Many, if not the largest American people, want a responsible Independent Commission for the Katrina disaster, and the Republican controlled Congress, who are Republicans, want a few Democrats, and the rest Republicans, and overwhelmingly, and flat out well over 76 % of the AMERICAN people, don’t want the Congress to investigate there selves, the AMERICAN PEOPLE, want and INDEPENDENT Katrina Commission.

Rep. Al C, Hasting/Florida, the American people want no Congress looking into a Republican mirror, and white washing the results.

For the Republicans, it’s simply damage control, and the Republicans, don’t want a fact finding team of the Congress, to go down to the region in question, and gather facts, even the Congressman from the regions, America raise up and tell your Representatives, the Republican controlled Congress, to stop BLOCKING the TRUTH from coming out.

Don’t let the cover-up happen, not this time, not in the 21st century, don’t wait, don’t allow those responsible to gloss over there mistakes, and try to build up some good work, to pad there absolute, malfeasants of Politically Appointed Office.

Oh yes, there Political appointments is what is scurrying around Now that the Light of Katrina, has pulled the covers off there, dumping grounds of FEMA.

Let cut the crap, the Republican controlled Congress has fallen on their collective faces, and have now today rammed through the House a committee to Investigate itself, essentially. America today is seeing full face, what the party controlling all branches of Government, can not do and that is be fair to all Americans, and to assist there larcenous malfeasants, and one of the last bastions of Americans voters bully pall pit have been bought off, and out, the 4th Estate, by Corporate take over, Americans have few voices left, to stand up for the majority of the poor, and the elderly.

Black Americans, Have been bottomed out in Civil Laws, and in Employment, assaulted in lower, and higher Education, advances that took well over a century, are under attach, by the moneyed few, who are not Democrats.

Republican back big Business, has traded unfairly, American jobs for profits, on the international stage, big businesses have trashed the American workers, and there pattern of cutting benefits, year after year, and then asking for wage give backs, and in the end filing for re-organization, and in bankruptcy court finishing of the Union, in what they couldn’t do in the market place, and using the excuse, “we have to compete on the International stage,” when there the very Businesses pushing Congress to sign unfair trade agreements, that gut the American worker.

The Republican majority in both Houses, cares not for the poor, and the elderly, and the sick, and for children, and for black America, and Katrina blow the cover right off there cover-up, that is going on all over America. Congress wants to cut Taxes, Medicaid, Medicare and Education. America is in a costly war, on two fronts, and expending money at enormous clip, and the poorest of America, are just to slow to die, for this Administrations ideology.

The Republican controlled Congress is going to white wash this whole affair, and push there agenda over the Radio, and the News print, and the TV, and before two more weeks past, it will be a Hodge dodge of who don it, and well be so confuse as to who did, or didn’t do what, that when the noise machine is through, every person from the local police, and fireman, and the Mayor, will be at fault, and the president will be strutting around, saying what a good job FEMA doing, but every one from FEMA down will be left holding the bag, for faults. The FOX investigating it’s self, will not show how big a Screw up the Feds really were, Mark my words.

Lets throw in Davis Bacon, “I’ am” the President, and this will be good for my base, big business, and “I’ll” make sure, it’s looks like “I’ am” spending Americas money judicially, and it will, also look like “I” care, about the large sums of money, we are forces to spend, because of Katrina. There is a lot of “ the letter, I”, and not any “those devastated,” and this will be, “what's good for the American people’s, Federal money,” only words, and actions, like “what’s good for the Contractors,” there is no, “what’s good for the children of the lost, and hurting people,” and Bush has not said, the people who have lost all there material goods, there homes, there Jobs, there savings, this will be good for them… when Bush signed, and Executive Order, to suspend, (with no sunset,) the hard earned wage rights, won (by Unions, and Blacks, and the poor in general, ) Bush raped the already underpaid workers, (Avg pay in Region, $7 – 10 per hr.)

Katrina combinationed the State, and knocked many out, from the people to the Governments, (City, State,) and left them bloodies, bruised, and many dead. What Bush did at the behest of 32 Congressman/persons, was too stand up the parents left, and punched them in the stomach, hard.

Bush IS effectively saying to their faces, you can rebuild, but you won’t make, even close to FAIR wage, you’ll barely, make enough to afford food. The people will say to them selves, health care in not affordable, and savings, never again in my lifetime, a car is laughable. And we hoped for hope from our president, and Bush said, I’ am thinking of the people’s money, Oh yeah and the Business people who will hire “you people,” to re-build, and the Federal peoples money.

He didn’t limit what the Halliburton’s of America, and the Bectol’s, the Kellogg, Brown, Root, and every other private business who will pay less for work, and profit more, and only re-build at minimum standards. Bush didn’t require high standards, for the companies who will be, bidding, or no-bidding for work. Bush didn’t make sure the people’s federal money was doled out to minority Contractors, he’ going to rely on existing rules, watered down by his cronies, placed in charge, and of oversight, kind of like, what Bush has done in placing people, or dumping people in FEMA, he trust these people. But what Bush doesn’t trust is for an American worker to be paid a fair wage, in catastrophe. Making sure the worker has at least in the region, he or she lives, a prevailing rate of pay to deal with the economy, that will employ ever-increasing cost of living raises.

Listen, and hear me good America, what did you expect from a Hostile Administration to Unions, and Workers, and helpful, and ALL loving towards, the Energy, Health, Insurance, Banking, Military Industry, check it out for your self, Bushes Domestic agenda is smoke and mirrors, give money to Education, but not enough for the legislation forced through Congress, but more then the past Administrations, then in the out years cut it to the bones, Bush on his watch has seen the Manufacturing Industry, devastated, and the owners, have left in mass, to set up Operations outside the USA, to survive, taking the jobs with them, and there Corporate Home bases as well, and the taxes they use to pay in the USA, well that’s a double whammy, to the country, and the worker.

Bush has done absolutely, nothing for the American workers, Nationally, or Internationally… but buy the MILLIONS, the American worker has VOTED for the very man who is single handedly turning America into a First world, Third world country, by his every act, Bush destroys every hard fought protection he can, at every turn of events.

You see, when they scattered all the 250,000 people devastated by Katrina, all over the nation, those people were the very ones who would of protested in strength, what Bush did, by signing the Executive Order, the very talent, to re-build New Orleans, and the Gulf Cost, was living in the Gulf Cost, and they only needed to be moved out of the Devastated Parishes, and at most a slight distance of about 50 miles away to camps, so they could assist in there own re-building efforts, but now there’s no Voices, and the Republican Conservative Right, in concert with there leader have continued there coup, battering the City’s Leaders, and the State’s leadership, keeping them busy, while the Carpetbaggers move in, to bid on the reshaping of the region, the way the moneyed few want it to be re-build, Bush is slamming the door shut, on the workers in the region, all the way to his brother state… THE LAST THING THE DEVESTATED PEOPLE NEED IS A FAIR WAGE… Bush is saying!!
