Now the TRUTH of it is out in the open, it’s either the Prime Minister, or the Imam, this is no choice, neither is preferable, either will cause disharmony for the country as a whole.

Here’s the twist, The US’s main interest now, is in keeping the OIL from falling into, or coming under the control of a strong, or weak leadership, not friendly to the US. And Bush still says; “we will win, if we don’t quit,” and “we have no choice, but too stay,” my only question is: stay and what? Kill our way to being right, or correct, kill our way out is all that’s left and we must find an acceptable exit.

It’s the naked truth, we see in Iraq today, with Muqtada announcement too Maliki, he had better not meet with Bush and the truth is, it’s a lost cause and the Militia’s and clannish gangs have grown too strong and socked away untold tons of weapons and have dug in for the long haul and finish, we can not arrest, or even kill Muqtada and Maliki is to weak to act, the Iraq Army is not reliable and the both sets of Police, are full of sectarian clannish, Hatfield’s and McCoy’s.

There is no real allegiance to any Government, in Iraq and Maliki is seen by the militants, as a puppet, so the US Styled elections have failed, the parliament has failed and Iran and Syria are salivating. Bush & Cheney and the Neo-Cons have drawn America into a war, that ONLY the PRIVATEERS PROFITING FROM PILLAR TO POST, have made off like bandits and FAT RATS and are leaving Iraq, in droves, America is in an untenable position, where we can not win an outright battle.

The civilian population is scared to death and wants the Americans to get killed and leave, now that’s not a good position to be in, when the children are the only ones who don’t hate you were in an exposed position, the Iraqi men smile at you and the women ignore you, unless they want you to save a loved one, caught is a crossfire, or in the line of fire and wounded, but any thing other than medical care, or water, or immediate protection, they want Americans gone and the few who want us to stay, are too afraid to make there wishes known, publicly.

Now Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld have so badly miss handled and messed up Iraq, there is no hope of winning the populace over to Democracy, much less beating, or tamping down, the Civil War.

More troops was maybe the right move, at the beginning and maybe even as late as two or three years ago, but today, it’s a meat grinder and we can throw more troops into Iraq, only retreat and re-group, it would take ½ million men to tamp down the Civil war and another 150,000 in support troops and facilities to house all these new troops, is none existent and takes time to build and we would have to take sides, in the CIVIL WAR and that would be pouring gasoline on the whole miserable situation.Bush has to be made to answer for this and the entire Congress, especially the Republicans who enabled this boy king, with no clothes, who kept forcing the Generals to stay the course. Bush never gave them what they needed from the start to WIN. But first we have figure out how to get our treasures out of Harms way and while were figuring, we have to find a way, not to leave a stronghold for terrorist, with an unlimited source of MONEY…OIL.

The Moral Questions, We can’t win and we can’t leave

Who’s going to be the last to die, for Bush’s WAR? This is a horrific question and terrible position to be in and America has to ask and answers, the hard questions and the only way to ask and answer, is to have the truth of why are we there? Who profited from the Iraq war? Who is quietly leaving Iraq? And who was in Iraq and avoided all the past, absolutely criminal lack of oversight and scrutiny? And who is being covered for today?

These are a few of the questions that need to be ask and answered by the American electorate. A Democratic Congress, is just getting started, there will be questions ask and information, painfully brought forth, America, its time to listen to the awful truth and listening will require a response.

More questions, what is and has our government been doing in our name? What is Domestic wiretapping really collecting? Why are so many of the no-bid contracts in Iraq gone unfulfilled? Where is the 100 Billion dollars, held for the Iraqi gone?

And the big question, “How do we get OUT of IRAQ”? Now the Republicans want the answer now, and most of the Right leaning News show Hosts, like Chris Matthews and the Rights extremist, like Sean Hannity, they all want to know what are your plans and when no one will tell them, they make reasons up, like the Democrats are all waiting for the Baker Iraq Group, to do the work for them. Well not one Republican, or these self serving pundits, has came up with one plan, not one between them, not one of them has picked up a gun and stood opposed, or in the breach for America and has not a one in their families is in, or going too Iraq.

Let’s start were America should of started, but the President did not, lets come clean and make a clean breast of this matter, along with the Press, they did not tell all the truth, or connect the dots, they and America were fearful, of being labelled UN-PATRIOTIC so no questioning of the facts and about the Real Iraq, well America the history must be known first, America needs the real history of Iraq, so they can see the parallels, to today’s Iraq, we need to see how, Bush & Cheney and the Neo-Cons led us into a horrible pit, of money-grubbing-carpet-bagging-profiteers. And at the foundation was OIL and the control there of, there I said it. In Iraq today, America asks your selves, whose left? Who escaped scrutiny? Who has made, obscene amounts of money and used the US Military for protection? Who has hundreds of thousands private military working in Iraq, with a license to kill?

I could go on, but I believe America needs to read and listen to some of the truth tellers, in order to put together a PLAN for Out Of Iraq, who are truth tellers in the congress, it will be many Democrats, in the press, it will be people like Keith Obermann MSNBC, now there are some Republicans, but they are not inclined to rock a sinking boat, but here’s some truth tellers:

Rumsfeld’s ALL VOLUNTEER ARM FORCES together with the sleeker, downsized Pentagon are wholly incapable of handling the demands of the 21st Century WARS. Defense cannot be done on the cheap and with an over reliance on electronics, we are today, stuck in a limited responses, too Murdering terrorist, and a stealth, human shield, Low Tec militant enemy.

In America and among the voting population, there is NO sense of shared sacrifice, none… there is a disconnect for the majority and for certain political parties, mainly Republicans, Christian-Conservatives and Right leaning and Moderates, including many Democrats, their stealth Americans Patriots.

The vast majority of America’s Treasures serving today, are split down social-economic lines, the Officer Corp. it comes from our nations Military Academies, the upper middle classes, predominantly white and well off. The Foot Soldiers, come predominantly from the working classes, now Congress and the Pentagon, are not going too, re-institute, THE DRAFT, they are not going open the door for there children and grandchildren to be drafted, for any war, now that the Military is ALL_VOLUNTEER, they will not go back to a “SHARED SACRIFICE,” to protect the our Republic.

The HILL will make every argument for “stay the course Military”; they will up every possible, incentive to raise this MILITARY. Lets look at the facts of our MILITARY: 1.4 Million total strength, of which 500,00 are foot soldiers, a nation the size America 300,000,000 has to have, during a time of WARS, 2.5 to 3 Millions Military, the first argument from both sides of the Isle is, it’s too expensive, yes that is a fact of 21st Century war, for the remaining Super Power, you must share the sacrifice and share the COST of FREEDOM across the board.

America is a target and if were in it too win it, any one who says, we can do this on the cheap, is not being realistic.

The new strategy’s, being kicked around the News Talk Shows, out of the Pentagon is: Go Long, Go Short, Go Home… America we are limited in every single one of these, let’s not kid ourselves, we cannot stay and it will be painful for all to leave… sooner… later. Expensive, yes too secure our Homeland and fight two wars, we have to spend money were it will do the most good, at Home and for real 21st Century Protection.

The Draft is going to be what makes, everyone take a stand, Congress and the Pentagon and all the war loving, “stay the coursers,” have to be put on the RECORD. The News Shows solicit sound bites and they all make little quips, like there are no votes for the Draft and the online bloggers are all against it, except for some Veterans and realist Bloggers. America needs a rousing Debate, too pull the covers, off these war profiteers, listen elected officials will not vote to send theirs loved ones to war and they will not vote to send across the board and across the their respective constituency, into harms way. Congress, will not change the all-volunteer military, it’s too good the way it is now, each elected official say, to their selves, it’s the way it is and were not going too change it.

The Draft puts the onus on truth… speaking to POWER, no more frivolous wars of choice, veiled in lies, full of paybacks, some because they tried to kill, my daddy and some old fashion profiteering, under the cover, lets get some one, lets pay some one back.

So the Right leaning New Show host, the Imus singing third of Ms Robinson, Alex Witt, this Saturday morning on, MSNBC Live, 11/18/2006 7:41:10 AM.

At this point the Right and the news show host have been pleading the RNC talking points for so long, that when told the plans, repeatedly, over and over, they still act as though, they did not hear it.

These same news shows have been listening to the RNC, Bush & Cheney Rumsfeld failed Plans for so long, for literally years, they think, a failed plan is better, but America voted and said… LOUDLY, it’s not better, it’s FAILURE and we want change, we want a different plan and all it has to be is not, Bush, or Cheney, or Rumsfeld’s Plan.

The news shows are repeating their, talking points, “What’s your plans?” of every Democrats, I’ve seen on the networks and all along the badgering is coming from every surrogate and Republican, they spice it with, their going to raise taxes and cut off the money for our troops. And again and again, “what’s your plan,” are you going to raise the taxes, are you going to cut off the money for the troops, in Iraq? “What’s your plan?” Have you forgotten the Katrina, ongoing Failure.

Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Charles Rangel, John Murtha, they say, first were not going to “Cut and Run,” we are going to work out way to RE-DEPLOYE, our troops in Iraq to defensible position and prepare to be Quick reaction forces, we must get the Troops, out of the Civil War.

Second, we have press, Bush and his administration to press the Iraq Government to stand up more troops, to take over more of the work of policing and governing and Impress upon the Iraq governance, they must bring forth a plan to forgive and disarm, th4e Militia’s, re-order the two sets of Police, now in these tentative plans, there is a lot of work to do and it needs the President to lead the way, no more will there be “RUBBER STAMPING,” which brought all this failure, which the PRESS today, has seamed to of forgotten, the waste and fraud, the No oversight, the ENABLING of BUSH & CHENEY and RUMSFELD, has brought all of America and the troops to this point of abject failure.

PRESS, back the ___-up and CHILL the ____-out and give it a break, there is at present a New Democratic Congress, getting it self together to rule, there is only so much Congress can do, BUSH is still the leader and can VETOE, any legislation the Democrats come up with, so the Baker Iraq group, is one step and we need all ideas, looked over, we will not be rushing through anything any more, we will be thought full, and listening to all ideas, we will investigate every possible angle.

Iraq is a Huge Mess and every move, we make is dependant on the moves made in the past, that brought us to this point and many of the moves in the future are dependant on, what exactly was done, to date, the Press and the people… DO… NOT… KNOW… WHAT… WAS… DONE, the truth is Bush, never felt he had to tell America, or Congress, what he was doing, we cannot just start doing things, with out knowing… FULLY, what was done, that has brought us to this absolute MESS?

So Republicans and Right leaning News Show Host and your props, those surrogates spin masters, take a chill-pill, help is on the way, but it will not be fast and it will not be done with out great thought, every single news Show is not asking about, Foley, or why, Republicans failed so badly, no one is a holding the last do-nothing, but rubber-stamp and refuse accountability Congress, controlled by the same failed leadership, just voted back into the leadership positions, as a minority Party, but there has been no concerted effort to account for there years of FAILURES, heaped on top of Failure, NONE, absolutely… NONE.

I await the Sunday Talk Shows, lets count up the amount of times, they press Democrats for the “PLAN,” and continue to parrot the RNC, not asking the Past Leadership Republicans to be fully accountable… IN… Detail, where’s are the questions, America wants answers, HARBBALL, Tim Russert, George Stephanopoulos, Neil Lehrer Report, Mac-Phial News HOUR, Tucker Carlson, NPR, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN, Lou Dobbs, Mike Wallace, Tony Snow, Calvuto, Local news shows, Britt Hume and every fox show, where are your QUESTIONS of the past failed LEADERSHIP.

When reporting any allegations, past or present, like Cunningham, Delay, Murtha, Ney, Jefferson, Haggard, Foley, when there has been a find of “FACTS,” like “Not Guilty,” include in your reporting of the past, or present allegations, charge and defense, not just the charge and when the finding have been adjudicated, after stating the charge, state the findings and “why?” they were found “guilty,” or “Not guilty.”

I watch the new programs and am left with the idea of there was a charge, or they were guilty, or this what the FBI was doing, but I do not know why after the “FACTS”, why they were guilty, or not guilty. On Murtha, they keep repeating the Film clip, of the “Abcam, undercover taping,” I see John Murtha, seated and talking, but then, many, not all say, he was of course “Found, Not Guilty,” WHY was he found not guilty, what was the evidence? Used to arrive at a not guilty verdict? Or guilty verdict? And make it PLAIN to your viewers, it’s like the news shows are playing the allegation and tape of the evidence for the charge, but have no interest in playing the evidence for an “ACQUITTLE,” only keep playing the tape, of the young man’s questionable response to $50,000 grand.

You know not one of you supposed news show could tell me why? O.J. was found not guilty; you know all the evidence for why? You believe he’s guilty, but the jury found him not guilty, now what was the evidence for that verdict? Or the evidence for not guilty?

Whether you believe a person guilty, or innocent, is not the point, at least until, a jury of his peers, hears the evidence, the facts and all the facts, are what I tune in to hear, not your trying to hype the front end, when you know there is just as big of back end to the story. Your networks look to be partisan and unbalancing the facts in the news story and I WANT THE WHOLE STORY, not just your tid-bit.

Republicans and some Democrats are trying to say, only conservative and moderate Democrats won,

well not one Democrat, or Incumbents who ran, was defeated and the challenging Democrats, who did beat Republicans, were cream on top of a Democratic CAKE

This rant about, the country is Conservative, is a load of horse hockey, listen-up America, Christians, Republicans, Conservatives, Independents and a huge Democratic based, VOTED Democratic, not Republicans, not Conservative, not Independent, the country voted Democratic.

Lieberman was voted in by a huge 70% Republican GOTV and some independent votes, very little democrats and the huge Democratic vote voted for Lamont, lieberman knows, if he dose not do the right thing by Democrats, he’s gone at the end of this term, because democrats will not vote for him next time and neither will Republicans, Republicans will have there own candidates next election.

If no Democrat, who ran lost and they all were voted back in, why didn’t more Republicans win, then democrats? The country wanted corruption dealt with and Republicans would not do oversight, so the country voted Democrat. The country voted democrat to get a change in Iraq, a clear an accountable change.

Now, the Conservative Talk shows, News and Radio and spinners, need to listen-up and there too numerous to mention them all, but Tim Russert, Chris Matthews, Hannity, Wolf Blitzer, Lou Dobbs, that’s enough they all have entertained, Conservative die hard surrogates and, bought and paid for, died in the wool Republican Pundit analyst, the transcripts tell the story.

These love yah Bush, throw a money wrench in the mix artist have been working overtime, trying to tell the country, America you really still like Republicans and Conservatives, they spin, Mayor Juliannie and McCain, the “straight talker” as being warm and fuzzy, they promote giving McCain a pass on the War, and the Mayor, he is so lovable for his stand, after 911, the take charge Mayor and he has milked 911, for years and now wants to be President, I don’t think so.

America this is all too important, for news show host and their spin and their unbalanced guest. The Main Stream Voters were right, corruption and Iraq are the issues before us, we have our treasures in harms way, and this is no time for false ideological theory.

On the airwaves across the USA, they are advertising, soliciting for our youth, mostly poor and lower middle class, to join the Military and the rich and well educated are not applying, this all-volunteer Military is wrong, the Military Academies are providing the officer corp., and many want to stay the course.

Be it known, America is not all conservative, or even leaning conservative, America is a some of every wing of politics, hard left and Right and many on either side of the middle it’s, not about where you label your self, it about where you hold your leadership accountable.

McCain & Lieberman, neither of these men get it, America gets it, CORRUPTION…IRAQ.

Meet the Press 11/12/06

As much as the Press wants the election to be about Republican and Democrats not getting anything done in congress the “do-nothing-Republican Controlled 110th Congress,” Well listen-up McCain, Lieberman… 6 out of 10 voters, were upset with, “Iraq,” no matter how much McCain, skates away from the facts, that the American public was sending a massage to the Republican controlled Congress and a direct message to President Bush, it was your partisan control and partisan, blocking and killing of the Democrats, plans for true by-partisanship, real leadership was a large part of our message vote to Bush and Republicans, in this election.

Lieberman’s still dose not get it, he thinks, he can still push America to believe the Republican lies about this war being good and noble, well Afghanistan was good and noble, Iraq was a lie, America stopped believing, the only way for America to leave Iraq and too protect America, is too stay and win… Lieberman, let me tell you what Democrats know, you were elected by Republicans and Independents, 70% of Republicans voted for Lieberman, along with a large number of Independents, you’re an I/R, not as you say a I/D, 65% of Democrats, did not vote for you and will not vote for you, at the very next election, you will show your ass during this term, by siding with Bush again, against the Democratic leadership and your ass will be out.

America understood Bush and it a took little time to watch the Republicans control and show America what they capable of doing and what those not in power, the Democrats, America watched as you told Democrtas where to get off, well Bush was telling a large part of Americans, where to get off as well and showing them, he was not there President, he was not compassionate, he was not a Unit-er, he was a divider, America understood, more than the Neo-Conservative-Republican-Christian-Right empty words, but their action belied their all your words.

Corruption, corruption and all your lies about the war will not change the majority vote of the Americans populace. A Majority of Americans did not get the great results, of the Bush tax cuts, you kept telling America, the facts are, only your supporters listened and got it, Congresses resistance to protections for American workers and Unions, were evident to working America and with Congress allowing American businesses and Republicans, who were controlling Congress, too hire illegal aliens for near a decade, stagnating wages.

Health care, the cost of workers benefits went up during Republican control 72%, for the hard working American workers, hard working Americans watched in horror, as McCain consistently, sided with the Republicans against workers, on the minimum wage, Workers and Unions, America’s workers will not forget and they sure will not forget Lieberman, or McCain and Julelinnie, America knows the difference between partisan political games and blocking and killing Democrats Plans and Ideas in Congress, voters know it was not the Democrats that played games, or were corrupt in control.

Cheney is a ROBO call

Cheney, Cheney, there is no happy, happy, joy, joy for your President Bush, or your party, only recriminations. Every body on the battered Democratic side of the isle can afford to be nice, because the gavel is soon to be in their hands.

But Vice President Cheney is being nice, I did not say, playing nice, neither he nor his wife have been playing nice, nor the bad clones of ROVA-CALLS, Tom Delay and Ken Melman, Iraq and the corrupt power style of plutocracy, with arrogant enabling party officials and pundit-ting surrogates and spin-misters, running miss-information, mixed with attacks, on reasoned debate and an absolute polarizing of more than half the America electorate, pissed into the echo chamber, first of fox news and spread, like peanut butter, liberally on the American populace.

Where all Conservative, Republicans, or Christian-Right supporters in and out of elected office, guilty of corruption, the answer is a clear and loud, “No,” but just as loud and clear, were the clear as Abramoff convictions and the shear complicity, in driving the get-away-cars made-up, of the those who stood still and silent, with there head turning, blind rubber stamping, they were beyond stomaching even, by there parties faithful, duped into following.

Thus the election resulted in a Loud, “we don’t believe you guys any more.” Earmarks were of more value than, the truth and the truth, took a backseat to the main streams stomach for truth, over more lies, even the Neo-Cons, jumped ship.

Walking, lie-talking ROBO calls were they all and the voice of the election spoke loud and clear, stop calling me.

What will sink, McCain’s Presidential Hopes,

besides campaigning for Republicans, answer: Guest Workers and eventual AMNESTY for illegal Aliens?

America saw during this 06’ election, the evidence Americans don’t like McCain, stand, or Bill for illegal Aliens and Kennedy needs to take notice as well, even though he won his re-election, he will blow a lot of his popularity, by championing these unpopular elements of their joint Bill.

But McCain, is oblivious to the real feelings in the country, by watching Polls, America has 12 to 20 million illegal aliens inside the US, we can guess half or more are working illegally, those numbers are the guest workers, once they are forced to come out of the shadows, or be deported, when caught.

McCain and Kennedy need to know America dose not want “eventual Amnesty for illegal Aliens,” the children of these illegal Aliens, will be the only citizen, the majority were born here in thee Us and those who were not, will eventually become guest workers, once documented, like there parents.

You say how will we find millions of illegal aliens, we don’t. The very workable Plan, I advanced to both McCain and Kennedy, months back, when the illegal Alien debate of sorts heated up and cooled, when both side, knew it was a hot potato.

The Plan, my plan was, Congress passes a LAW, the says; All illegal Aliens in the US, must come forward and be documented, by a certain date… (The date can be one or two years, or what ever is an appropriate length of time) All illegal aliens who do not come forward by the set date, when caught will be prosecuted, up to and including deportation.

Now some details, the inevitable question, what about the families? And the, you can not break up families, well the truth is Americas, know when you break a law, you can be fined and or including sent to jail and you will have a RECORD, many Americans families are broken-up daily by the law and these families survive, one or more going to jail, some for life. Americans know any BILL from our Congressman, McCain, Kennedy, must be based on the same laws, Americans live under, you can not make up a new law to absolve violators of crimes and then at some arbitrary date down the road, after jumping through some fines and classes, arrive at citizenship, Oh by the way this Plan, is why they want more guest workers. When All Americans can see we have more than enough guess workers, right now, the guess workers and the eventual Amnesty our two straw arguments to get some parts of both, don’t be fooled America

McCain and Kennedy want to slip America a fast one. The other leg to my Plan is Employment enforcement, The Law with in the BILL; I propose will have a heavy penalty for employing illegal Aliens. Congress dose not want to hear, my plan to offer the jobs in California alone to the huge, Homeless and unemployed population.

The third leg is Minimum wages and everyone knows that is an absolute disgrace for Congress, holding wages down, ignoring the Laws, suppressing wages, with illegal aliens and no Border enforcement. Playing on the hearts of Americans by repeating into the echo chambers, the lie, “We cannot round up 12 million, illegal Aliens.”

Well McCain, Kennedy you and we do not have to round up any one, pass the law and the bill and the illegal aliens will round themselves up.

Now do I want poor people to advance and do well, I sure do and I start right at home first, illegal Aliens were used by rich businessmen, with Congress and the laws support, or head turn ignorance I should say, all while these same rich businessmen, outsourced, downsized, passed cost of benefits on to workers, draconically crushed Unions, Free Traded our Jobs away, all while, EXPLOITING THE illegal Aliens, flooding into every community in America. Americans do not hate illegal aliens, but they hate what has happen to labor and wages and it been a combination of things that have contributed to our labors collective stagnation of real earning power of take home pay.

What’s wrong with politics, TODAY, it’s the “not liking someone,”

it’s not the hate, or hating someone, it starts with the no liking someone, the hating is the next step, if you can even imply, you don’t like someone, hating is the next step, or evolution in politics.


Politics US style, is down and dirty, first both parties and their collective supporters, start by stating, they do not like the person, they don not like them personally, then they attack their human failings, no where are the issues discussed.

Ay any point and once the campaigning’s starts, any one who makes the attack of; “I don’t like you because of who you are, or because of your mistakes, or your miss-steps, or your human failing,” it’s now easier to attack and destroy the person personally.

I can delve into their personal life, I can go deep into their adolescence and find out if he stood by while a school mate pulled the wings off a butterfly, I can find out if he ever got a ticket and timely paid it, I can ask publicly about his messy divorce, or medical conditions, especially if they were for any addiction and I do mean any.

Nothing is now secret, or sacred, your whole life is not, just fair game, but is in the game of personal destruction. If you ever hugged another persons wife, or husband and there is any corollaries, any even the most remote, it will be played up as evil and you’re an evil, sinful, something, they will avoid saying you’re a sinful man, or woman, but the attack will imply your seated next to Satan most days and nights.

I am a disciple of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and even my flaws will be played against my human natures, mistakes and miss-steps. The word will be, see he was bad then and he can not be good now.

Now, right now, the voices AGAINST a raise in MINIMUM WAGES are lining up,

to voice there collective no’s, to the promise from Democrats, to raise minimum wages in the first 100 hours.


All evidence that the rise in minimum wage is a positive indicator for local, state economies is in and has in addition, been positive for small business employers and the Labor.

The voices against any rise in minimum wages, have voiced doom and gloom, but the Armageddon has not come, any economist, or finance analyst who has voiced this is thinking only of, the few who are truly reactionaries employers, who want to keep wages low and profits high, and know, those who cut jobs, claiming they can’t afford labor are not realist, they want a certain profit and to prove there point, which is un-provable, they will cut labor and use the minimum wages, as the reason for the reactionary move.

Profits are way up today, evidenced the by the Stock Market and in some respects the interest rates. Labor has not had a raise in 9 plus years, all of Congress has had 5 plus raises since the last Minimum wage raise. Labor is way past do, too get at the least a $9 to $10 dollar a hour average around the nation, but the new Congress will advance $7.25 an hour, as a compromise, with the President, US Business and Republicans, these comprise the largest block, who oppose ANY raise in minimum.

These Plutocrats, believe, that what ever wage a business persons is willing to pay is enough, even though they all practice passing inflation, material cost and there desire for ever higher PROFITS, on to the consumer and believe a cost of living increase is a burden, only in thinking, employee’s should stop believing, they deserve anything, other than what employers give them, they hate Unions, Pensions, Collective Bargaining and the US Labor Department. They loathe EEOC, Workmen Compensation and Unemployment Compensation and they believe the American dream is a bankrupt idea.

The elite 1% of America, regularly discusses at Country Clubs, Golf Courses and at Seminars, every word I wrote above. American Businesses have been racing the world too the bottom, they have been selling out American labor, Manufacturing, in Free Trade Treaties and this ahs been by–partisan as was Immigration, every accountable US Agency was absolutely derelict, in there legal responsibility, since the Amnesty sell-out of 1996.

American Labor, deserves a big raise and a compromise raise is all we will get, that’s the sad part of this, we will get a water down Immigration Bill, with guest workers shoved down Americans throats, but if we stand up and be counted we can force Congresses hands to do more than $7.25… America do not settle for less than, $9 to $10 an hour raise in MINIMUM WAGES.

Now the Networks want to know, what are you Deomcrats going to do?

The Talk Show News, MSNBS, CNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC and that partisan outfit fox news, are falling all over there selves, asking Democrats what going to happen, what are you going to do, are you going to have an “Orgy,” of Investigations.

Now all of a sudden, the cable and, regular network news shows are discussing the Democrats Plans, they’re discussing the first 100 hours. These self same news shows, were the very ones, who kept parroting, the RNC Talking Points, “Democrats have no Plans.” These news shows, even made opinionated statements, elicited by no one, “democrats, don’t have any plans,” these statements have all been documented for the last 6 years.

And I took a look at Hannity and Colmes, the 8 pm show and Hannity is still doing his "got-Cha, interviews” and bringing up old news as some strange way of showing democrats are evil and Republicans and Hannity is not… evil.

As usual there were three gasbags on all conservative, Kool-Aid drinkers bashing Democrats and Nancy Pelosi, spinning, punditing all over their selves, with Hannity backing every lame assertion, Alan Colmes tried to ask questions and they refuse to answer and kept lying.

The grand gasbag Rush Limbaugh admitted he’s been lying and carrying water for the Republicans, for who knows how long, he will probably retract, his weak moment of truth, may perhaps, he was off his meds, in any event at the least, half the country knows he been a carrying water for Republican Conservatives for years, now the ardent listeners have heard it for there selves, now how many will react to the truth and turn the dial, or stay the course, pretending they did not hear, what he told them to their collective ears.

Democrats have been advancing there collective plans for 6 plus years, 80% of which, got very little air time, or interviews, Democrats have had press conferences, that were not covered and when they were covered, they were not reported, or discussed on Network news, or even in the print media, although print media did a much job better coverage, than the cable, or network news shows.

Today, I heard new show host after, new show host, pressing for democrats to go on the record, answer are questions, as to what they will do? And will they go after the President? Now all of a sudden, those who have been parroting RNC talking points, supposedly objective new host, want to know, what are you democrats going to do? And we want to know yesterday? Well Hannity, Scarborough, Chris Matthews, and Wolf Blitzer you will have to wait; no one owes you partisan hacks anything.

Democrats have a real plan for leadership and it will turn America back to being a leader on the world stage and the world, will rejoice with America again.

Reality based Americans, STOP and THINK

No more, Oke’ doke, no more, Bush says what he means and means what he says, no more believing that lies, Bush did not and has done what he said he believed, in the most crucial places, that mean the most to Americans. The war was a lie, the economy was a lie, and the only ones happy with the economy are those with a high paying job and a 401k, or profit sharing.

America knows the 6 million jobs are a lie, they lost 3.5- million jobs, the first three years, so 6 million are really 2.5+ million and the majority of those jobs are not equal in pay to Manufacturing job, lost all around America. Bush and pundit, surrogates, never state what kind of jobs those 2.5+ million jobs really are. There low paying service industry jobs for the most part.

No-Child-Left-behind, nearly every educator say, it would be a good program, if it was fully funded, but it was not fully funded, so it was, it force School District across the nation to spend money from other valuable working programs, all to teach to the “TEST,” Bush said it was the right thing to do, but then, he did not do it.

Katrina, Bush said, we will stand with the people of New Orleans and LATE coming, he threw money at many of the same carpet bagging, corporations, now on the ground in Iraq and over year later, 100% of the ninth ward and 100% of the people are still staring at mountains of destroyed blocks, with very little done, 80% of the people still gone, scattered around the nation.

Bush said were winning in Iraq and in Afghanistan, not even, remotely true, America’s soldiers, are killing and being killed, dead in the middle of a CIVIL WAR, and Osama is still seven feet tall and running his mouth, WITH THE Taliban back stronger than before.

Darfur was genocide before Bush took office, but since he’s made some speeches and that about all, Murder, rape, more murders and re-raping, adding some murders too the people running away, all this in abject fear. Now, open the questioning and you hear none.

Immigration is a misnomer, Illegal Aliens is the problem and it’s clear law violation, one the republican controlled Congress has not had the will to do anything about it since 1987 and Bush has been no different, he made a few speeches, he’s sent a paltry few national guard, too quiet the unruly populace clamoring for action and they put out the torches.


Ethics, Oversight, Accountability, Bush said, we don’t need it, not in Iraq, Afghanistan, or in Congress and he proceeded by Executive order too give no bid contracts to Campaign contributors, left and right, in Iraq, Afghanistan and Katrina.

Domestic NSA Wire Tapping and Data Mining, Bush said, I did it and I don’t need no, stinking warrants to do and I the King George, will keep doing it.

Bush said, “if any one in my Administration, has broken the law, they will not be in my Administration,” (paraphrased) Not only has Libby been indicted and arrested and charged, but also Rove has been proven to of out-ted, Valeria Plame, in concert with Dick Cheney, Ok-ing the outing as well, Bush has not kept his stated promise.

Bush said: we have to control spending, a lie… Bush said: we cut taxes for every one, 80 to 90% of the tax cut went to the riches 1% of Americans. Bush said: when you cut taxes, the rich will spend the money in small businesses to employ people, he was right in a small way, some employed people, but 8 out of every 10 jobs were low wage jobs, mostly in the service industry and 6 out of 10 went to illegal aliens.

Bush said: deficits are no big deal, Bush said: the defense Departments Budget for the wars has to be off the regular budget.

America “Bush has said a lot of things,” that was not even remotely true, it’s time for change, real change, and vote the Republican Controlled Congress out. Democrats will do what they say they will do.

What will the Democrats do, they will in the first 100 hours of control, that’s with both Houses of Congress, it will be much harder, with one house of Congress, but not impossible, but definitely, still doable.

Democrats can change the Minimum wage, (1) Implement the 911 Commission recommendations, (2) adopting rules requiring that spending increases or tax cuts be paid for on an as-you-go basis, (3 and 4) cracking down on lobbyist abuses; and making prescription drugs cheaper and easier for seniors to obtain and these are just for starters.

Democrats have a plan and it’s not even all the plans they have been presenting for 6 plus years of Republican Control.

Bush & Cheney, are too stupid to understand

This is a non starter, Bush & Cheney and Tony Snow, never stood opposed, in any US Military unit, never volunteered, to re-enlist for a second tour of duty in harms way, but they have the brass bottom, go-naids to fain, anger over, their twist of a factual statement, pointed squarely at their leadership into “Iraqmirer,” trying to juice up their base.

Rove, Rice, Hadley, Bolton, never put on the uniform, took the oath and step into the breach. These are Kerry’s words, these “Stuff Shirts,” have the gull to continue to tell America, this mess is a good thing, and “we have no choice, but to stay and win.”

“No choice,” it’s remarkable too hear this administration, tell America, if you change course, you’re the enemy. Bush says, we must, stay and keep killing some enemy and many civilians, many more civilians have died than enemy, in Iraq and these wrong headed, wrong direction, ”F troop Administration,” cannot find a seven foot, murder the mountains, between two countries, five years and this pig-sucking scum, has taunted America, with tape after tape, statement after statement, when ALL America wants, Osama, brought to "justice," or as Bush said, “justice brought to him.”

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Kerry was speaking directly to YOU and if YOU don’t know, you’d better ask someone.

Bush and Republican, say; “We have no choice, but to win,” key word and phrase, “No choice.”

Bush and Cheney and the Republicans leadership keep saying, “We have no choice, but to win,” John Boehner Majority Leader, one of the leads in this Policy statement, these controlling Republicans, have backed, voted for every step, every policy stand and agreed with the Bush doctrine, from day one. Be afraid, be very afraid, yes we Republicans lied, goaded, twisted, fixed the Intel, Oh and made mistakes, yes we were wrong on WMD's, but we've used America's treasures to draw, murdering terrorist to Iraq and we have kept them there killing the Iraqi's people and few of our soldiers, we have to stay and win, we have no choice, this line of reasoning, is what Bush and the Republican, controlled Congress wants America to buy.

On one hand they want the American electorate to “stay the course, we have no choice,” on the next, they are toughing, changing the course, we have James Baker, WORKING ON NEW ADJUSTMENTS, AND FLEXIBLE CHANGES OF IMPLEMENTATION, OF…STAYING THE COURSE.

Many Republicans are staying as far away from Bush and there leadership as possible, there main focus is to tell the American public, we have not been RUBBER STAMPS… for Bush and our Republican controlled congress, but the record stand, in stark contrast and betrays their lies.

The Deficit and off the budget Defense spending, all sold and contributed too by every Republican rubber stamp vote, the Medicare Drug Bill, passed, The Bankruptcy Bill, passed, The Energy Bill, Passed, No Minimum Wage voted down, No Immigration Bill, not Passed, No Ethics Laws, No accountability in either House of congress not passed, Federal cuts to the States, crippling States, Tax cut for the riches 1% of Americans, and vote after vote for the Pharmaceutical Industry, and consistent destruction of the Environmental Laws and protections and RUBBER STAMP EARMARKS AND PORK as far as the Republican controlled “do littlest in history congress can vote.”Not lost in this, “we have the, no choice,” is the Republicans killing, or cutting out of 80% of every Plan, Bill, or Resolution brought up by the MINORITY Democrats, in either House of Congress for the last 6 plus years.

Democrats, in the FACE of, “We Have No Choice, But To Win,” America, has been lied into a war, where we have keep killing, just to win, a win full of death, ours and there’s. Christians are dying by the hundreds, women are being raped and raped again and again, butchering of whole villages and escaping groups, wells are being filled with the dead and dying, hundreds are starving, many after, extremely long treks, are afraid to go into the camps, there is no SAFE Heaven, for these human beings.

I say human beings, like you and I, these are flesh and blood breathing human beings, babies, children, women, boys and men, brutalized in the most dehumanizing ways imaginable, rapes on a level so debased as too, greave the spirit, mind and stop your breath.

Stop for one moment and THINK, a human being awakened in the middle of the night, to your father, beheaded in his bed and your Mother and sisters, down too infants, raped… repeatedly, and if your still alive, to hear death wafting through your village, or home and then too see them killed and thrown in the wells and the rest escaping after all forms of debauchery, getting caught on the run and death is prayed for, but many are hacked to death, or just having there hands cut off, many infected with HIV.

Your piece on Gas prices was wrong from the start, the story was all in the last fact you ended the segment with. Bush can call too tell Big Oil, or ask them to lower the price of gasoline, but more truth, than theories, Big oils owners are all Republicans, so it's not even a far stretch too think they would know the correlation in Bush unpopularity, the leader of there party, his low popularity with their ownership and profit taking on gas prices, are all intertwined.

They knew, too lower prices to raise his popularity, as much as they could do, too help there fellow party member, the leader of the free world, the Party, Republicans, Conservatives, Bush, Cheney, Rove and surrogates, all have benefited from lower gas prices; This gas Station in MPLS, MN; PDQ 7th Ave & East River Rd, at September 25, 2006, at 07:42:49 AM, the prices was $2.07.9 (rounded too $2.08) cent a gallon and going lower. Your theoeies early in the segment were a waste too start this important issue, talking about consipacies theories should of been in the middle, facts should of opened and closed the issue segment, did Bush manipulate the price of gas, that was a waste of time and no one believes, Bush called and and directly said, on my authority"lower the price of gas," he might tell his fellow OIL MEN, of which he is one, it would be a good idea, coming up to the election too lower the price of gasoline, not just for me, Bush would say, but for our party, and our fellow party members, they could use the advantage of lower prices, it would take away from the democrats the issue, of "High Gas prices," and draw our party closer in the fight too keep control of congress, now that is more, likely too of happened.

So the lead should of been, "did the Big Oil owners, who are Republicans, almost entirely, decide too lower prices, before the election, too help there fellow Republicans," that is and was the story, but your partisan producers and you Miles O'Brien, would not follow that story, you put that at the end of the prices, instead of the being the lead and the rest being the weak ideas, and then close with more facts.

America knows Big Oil is lowering the prices to help the Republicans and that is the story, not world events, being the cause of lower gas prices, Facts: the Oil Riggs in the Gulf are still off Line, the pipeline in Alaska is still off line and most importantly, Big Oil has not built one new Holding, or Refinery, so if you don't believe, Big Oil dose not have the compacity to lower prices... at will (manipulate,) you just want to believe and want to convey too the American public, through your Bully New show a confusing potpourri of ideas, all based on conspiracies, completely unfounded, when your last ideas and conclusion, is more closer to the truth. Your segment should of opened and close with the last fact of your piece on, gas prices, not inter mixed with this staw argument of the Blog-gus-sphere, beliefe in conspiriacy theories.

Rep. Tom Kean, skillfully, side stepped every question about backing "Path to 911,"

ABC's Docudrama, has stated it movie airing tonight is and I quote, as advertisement around the world has been playing; "based on the 911 Commission Report." And that is what "the world," will take into the viewing of this fact based depiction of the lead up to ABC's Path to 911, manu already based on political understandings, believe, not the facts fleshed out over 29 months in the "official 911 Commission Report." Michael Moore's 911 documentaries was factual, although, out of context in some areas, but what it was not, "WAS MADE UP," dose anyone, who take's the time to read this, will understand... Michael Moore did not do was make events, even out and even if put into context, would of made Moore's movie ten hours long.

Cheney's insistence, that there actions over the last 5 years has made america safer and that they have to of done something right, well that means, what they did was the right moves, they were not, Cheney & Bush... LIED too america and several collialtion partners into IRAQ, and they collective actions have made the world we all live in, less safe. Now if you can see the clear evidence of where we should stayed the course, like Ben lain and Aftganistan, and Iran and North Korea, just to name a few, of the most serious treaths, 5 year ago, and today. Cheney & Bush have on purpose not done all they should of done to proptect america, because it served there purpose of keeping america fearful, and Bush & Cheney, have continued to say, if you don't stay with us, we are the only ones who can protect you and just look at the last s years, no more attacks in america, well, that part of there fear filled plan, their foreign policy has nade more enemy's for american, literaly ground murdering killers, who will kill their own people, if they refuse to follow and back their murderous plots. That is just part of the legacy being produced by the Bush failed foreigin policy.

And ABC is producing this flawed docudrama, supposadly based on the official 911 commission Report, to give the many in the Conservative, Republican, Christain Right a lie to state to others, of like minded thinking, but it will fail and the insudious part is, they the movie mogules, refuse to show michael Moore's 911 on national TV, they did everything they could to suppress, his trukly fact based depiction from the american public. This movie will fail and backfire on, on Republicans, they will only re-inforce the main stream voting publicans desire for change, even though they believe this movie to depict the horror of any democratic control and or leadership.

300 billion dollars spent in Iraq and Cheney and Rice saying; we must of done something right, no attacks in 5 years. Well Cheney & Bush and Rice have failed to make America and the world safer and we will spend decades reversing the damage done by their collective, failed foreign policy. America will have rebuild relation with are traditional allies.

The mid-term election can not come to soon, america has to vote these crooks and liars out of office, we will not get them all this election cycle, but we will send a message that, change is in the wind and that will be good for everyone and the next democratic administration. There will finally be oversight and accountability, in congress and I predict censorship.

This tired reframe, dose a disservice to Bush & Cheney's supposed "collation of the willing," let look at a couple of the main allies in the collation, Spain and Briton, both have been attacked over the last five years, so Bush saying, america hasn't been attacked sounds really good to these two countries and their respective people. Madrid was rocked by a bombing attack, as was briton, they have suffered for there partnership, with Bush's failed military policy. I believed military action was warranted, but the way Bush carried out his policy was flawed from the start, if you remember, the whole world was american after 911, and was with America, Bush leadership wasted all our good will with the entire world and we were left with a collation of the willing, they all had economic gains to be made in this collation, America's main exploiters, too name a few, Bectel, Fleur, Kellogg,Brown and Root and let us nor forget Halliburton, there are Spanish and british versions of these Huge Multinationals.

The world has paid a huge price, for the free worlds leadership, North Korea has more Nuclear weapons, then five years ago, Iran will have a nuclear weapon, sooner than the west thinks, Hezbollah is stronger than every intelligence service could imagine, all in the last 6 years, there are potentially more murdering terrorist per capita around the world with training, laying in wait to do murder, even of there own people, all over the last five years and all Bush can do here in America is, state fearfully, stay with me and my administration, because if you change too the democrats, you will be killed. The election is two months a way, and they are producing gasoline and not diesel, the price here in Minneapolis is as low as $2.26 per gallon, as of ; 9/10/2006 and it's going lower. Now any one with half a brain cell can tell you why, this is happening and who, what party is responsible, but that's not all America should be understanding about gasoline, think about the profits that have been made and all the OIL and ENERGY giants, testimonies about, there was nothing they could do about high gas prices and Bush chiming in saying there was nothing he could do.

Bush is a OIL man and if America thinks those who could least afford high gas and energy prices for the last 5 years, believe Bush and the Conservative republicans, your not paying attention to your savings, which since Bush has been in office, at least for those who are low income, stagnant income, inflation eating up your income along with 10% raises in benefits, courtesy of big business and your local employers, your not reading and listening to the facts, your being told what to think, through FEAR.

ABC is going and has to, just select right-wingers, released a docudrama based on the 911 commission report and not based on any other, widely held report of 911 and proceeds too, twist the facts and makes up some conversations and then refuses to even allow the President, Clinton to prescreen the movie, but sends a copy to Rush Limbaugh and hundreds of right-wing bloggers. and it comes to us, less than two months before the mid-term elections. Many will say Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 911, was not factual, but after viewing it, it was found to-be-completely factual, if not out of some context, but factual it was and has held up the test of TIME. This ABC farce will will be seen by many as a naked attempt to twist the facts. Republicans and right-wingers are desperate for any thing to turn the tide against the democrats, they are angry at the main stream majority, is showing. The inevitable will happen, the right is going too lose, big time, in this 06' mid-terms.

Bush & Cheney and the Conservative Republican Christain Right, want "terrorists to succeed. They want a terrorist incident's to happen, so that they can use it as a political issue". Let's analyze that statement. This statement has been born out, in the most of recent events from England, the foiling of the lastest terror plot, to use liquid explosives to bring down airliners headed for the USA, a mid Alantic. And before this they use as talking points, the Bush administartion has collectivetly and concertedly, made statements about the Ned Lamont victory, saying Democrats want Al Queada to win and Hezabolla to succeed. All these and more statements by surrogates and Right-Wing pundits and spin artist, have calculated that National Security and saying we have not been attacked, hoping to be attacked. National security and Terrorisum, is what they will use to make a sharp contrast between the Democrats-Liberals and the Republican leadership of America for the last 6 plus years.

"Republicans want the government to spy on every US citizen". The facts of this truth have been born out, over the last 6 plus years as well, by the Republican controlled Congress, refusing any Over-sight and a continued rubber stamping, every illegal act by Bush & Cheney, they have turned their collective backs on the rights of the people, by wire tapping Americans, condoning and defending torture.

The FISA statues and courts are in place for very good reasons and it's a protection for the people, not an impediment to presidential power, in a time of war. The patriot Act has done what terrorism set out to do, retard and restrict and finally permanantly take away America freedoms. When I say Republicans and all who back there every attack on a free america rights, is "Terrorists wining when our freedoms are lost." Republicans want the "Terrorists attacking and succeeding to certain degrees, because the Bush administration wants to be able to hold anyone, indefinitely, for ANY reason". Republicans have not caught the main man and men responcible for darking our skys and killing our people and Bush & Cheney and republicans do not care about catching him, they want perpetual war, all over, all the time, it good for business and good for there party, a continual atmoshere of war is good for capitalizism.

Congress must do first for Americans, that means, Border and Employment Enforcement has to be done first.

If Congress does anything for Illegal Aliens, before Locking the borders and Enforcing Employment, they will have put the “Cart before the People.”

I say this because, employers and Congress have turned a blind eye too Americans, since 1986‘s Amnesty fiasco.

The Minimum Wage is a destructive wage to many Americans, and locking the borders and enforcing employment law, would have positive effect on American businesses, first they would have to raise wages, because many illegals would be locked out of jobs, until they came out of the shadows and were documented, so they could work legally. Second, Congress would be able to raise wages easier.

Third, Americans who are Unemployed, Americans who have fallen off, of employment Rolls, and the Homeless, just to name a few pockets of Americans crushed for several reasons, would now have a boon to employment. American businesses would not be able to hire illegals so easily.

This must happen for the vast number of Americans who have been underserved, since Congress, Law Enforcement and American businesses turned there collective backs on Lower middle class labor, in part to crush Unions and fill, job slots with illegals. And the power brokers, also wanted to cut out a majority of minority Americans from low wage jobs, all because they believe, minorities have had enough help from Government and Society, the so called, reverse discrimination argument.

As I said earlier, in this article, Congress must lock the border down first, this will make American businesses aware, there unlimited source, of illegals labor is drying up. Next Congress must pass legislation, to correct Employment Enforcement and this, will bring jobs, first too Americans, cut off by the inactions of Law enforcement and Congress, over the years, which grew this problem, it’s the only moves fair, too the voting American public. It will send a shot across the bow of American business that the status quo will not continue.

Congress, has to do this for Americans first before, changing the Immigration Laws, Do not set in law, “Earning Legalization Amnesty, or Guess Workers,” before Locking down the Borders and Enforcing Employment Law.

This idea is sound and benefits Americans, of all Colors and Cultures, an American rainbow. The people most hurt by illegal aliens, stealing into America, will finally have a boon to their lives, the job market will boom for many who have been looking for work and when they get offered the low wages and refuse the job, these carpet bagging American business people will have to raise wages to get people to come take the jobs and in the end, when illegals get documented, they will benefit from this as well.

Congress must do for Americans, first before doing anything for immigration, whether legal or illegal, got it, Congress are you listening, LOCK DOWN THE BORDER, ENFORCE EMPLOYMENT LAW and then and then only do you change immigration law. All those with jobs here illegally, will have to come out of the shadows and get documented. America can not round up 11 million plus illegals, but when Congress passes a Law, that puts the onus on the illegal to come out of the shadow and be documented, or stay silent, the majority will chose to come forward and those who do not will be caught and sent back to their home countries.

Employment Enforcement has to have a huge fine for, employer and employee, coupled with; an ID when you apply for work, of any kind, and the fine should be high, so that it will be prohibitive to both employee and employer.

Minimum Wage must be raised, so Americans can make a living wage, If Congress changes the immigration laws, before locking down the borders and enforcing employment law, America will revolt, mark my words.

Oil Prices are a result of Bush’s failed foreign policy and sucking up! To his betters

Through Bush & Cheney, Rice and Rumsfelds ignorance and blind belief in Neo-Con Hegemony, America is suffering there foolhardiness.

You notice I did not mention Collin Powell, he was always the reluctant warrior, in this Administration, the voice of reason if you will and sadly, the voice least listened too. Mr. Powell was the outsider, to this PFTNAC group.

Now there are three players in the Energy game; Oil men, profits, and Congress and yes it is a game to the OIL men, and the people and there desire for energy, our the pieces on the game board of profits and there are two Energy games being played at the same time. One is National, here in the US and Internationally, let me focus on the National Energy game, it has rules, some set by Congress through Energy Policy & legislation and Energy rules set by the OIL Barons in control of Production.

Bush & Cheney are what is called OIL Men first and foremost, they bleed OIL first, why you ask?, there god is profit, now I know Bush said he is born again and I do not doubt his conviction, I do not how ever, ignore his proclivity to stand with these OIL barons first, even over the American consumer concerns.

That’s why he says, there’s nothing he can do about the price of gas at the pump, he of course is lying, he’s the president, he can do just about anything he wants, he is however saying, that he dose not have the will to do anything about gas prices, in other words, he dose not care, or he has choosen to do nothing about the plight of the every day working stiff.

When Bush retires from the presidency, he will be given, over time a small fortune not unlike his father’s fortune, and perhaps twice as much as his father’s fortune. As will Rice, Rumsfeld and Cheney, all of these individuals will be made rich, and Cheney already has a head start on all of his compatriots.

Now why Bush’s foreign policy, has resulted in OIL prices going through the roof, starts with Bush being an abject failure, when it comes to foreign policy and his Administrations, Bush has made mistakes, missteps, miss-reads and half steps, one right after another, leading to the most abysmal, foreign policy in American history. And all because he was bated into going into Iraq, now long before Iraq, Bush had a chance to correct some of his mistakes, but once he was convinced before entering the White House, that he could get Saddam, the man who tried to kill his father, he was convinced, he could secure the second largest OIL fields in the known world, and infuse a start of the process to a form a Democracy, in the Middle-East, this was heady stuff to a C-student, he was easily led and he had just enough ego and swagger to be the empty headed leader of this group of world hegemonist (made up word).

Now to the OIL Industry heads, these egomaniacal greedy bastards, they do not care about ruling countries, or changing leaders, or taking over countries, their concerns only go as far as controlling the government, to there own selfish, profiteering ends. Energy history 101, the short version, The USA, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Russia and Briton (England, for those history challenged) from the start of the search for OIL around the world, these countries, were the ones who put in the infrastructure to get the OIL out of the ground, all around the world.

And in return for the technology and up front capital, "forever" contracts were written, so as to give a percentage for "life" of every barrel taken out of the ground or sea. Unless the Country nationalizes, like Iran. And here’s the sneaky, dirty little secret, this is what gives the OIL barons the balls to make statements, to the Congress and press, when questioned about high profits today, like; “where were you when Oil prices were at $10 a barrel,” these are sons of bitches, and they are arrogant to boot. This STATEMENT is taking about National OIL prices, here in the US, not Oil prices internationally, they have been for around 100 plus years, been racking up unlimited profits and stashing them in foreign banks and the US Government … CAN NOT ASK ABOUT THESE PROFITS, get it… they complain about not making any money for years here in the US, which has never been the problem, or the case, because they set the Production… you can not complain about a system you set up.

Production and Holding facilities; are the lynch pin of the game, they control production and the capacity to hold, or store refined products, and this capacity, is the valve of control too cost. Let see, over the last 35 years, collectively, the OIL men have Not… Built One… New Refinery, or Holding Facility, in the USA… in 35 years. And there in, is why? Gas prices are going up today.

And do not let them tell you, “it’s the natural disasters, that are a big cause,” yes and no. If plants had of been built, say 1 or 2 every 4 years, for the LAST 35 years, we would have the capacity to refine and store enough Gas, Home Heating Oil and Alternative Fuels, too keep America competitive and make a healthy profit. Even though energy independence is the only way to true freedom, for any Nation and Alternative energy, is a key foundation today for America.

Next time Congress has the big OIL men into to testify, listen carefully to hear if they ask about there obscene profits made and held in Banks around the world. I have nothing against making a profit, but when energy became Strategic, profits have to be controlled and regulated, and as long as America can say nothing about the huge, and I mean huge profits held outside the USA… Congress should never let these greedy bastards, say a word about, “where were you when Oil was selling for $10 a barrel,” Congress and the American people should answer, these arrogant bastard’os. “Right here looking at your obscene profits around the world.”

Congress needs to; cut out the sweet heart deals, and the give away on royalties, and keep raising the tax on these arrogant bastards, until they start increasing refinery capacity for Fossil Fuels and Alternative Fuels.

Then the price of OIL will start to go down some, and Congress can help in other ways, by making it profitable to drill for Oil and Natural Gas, here on this side of the Atlantic, this will facilitate in, jump starting our dying manufacturing Industry, Natural Gas is the answer for our Industry to compete again, on the world stage. America has the largest Natural Gas deposits in the world.

But act we must, no more waiting for the energy Industry, to make a positive move. Congress needs too go on the offensive with Big Oil, they refuse to build Refineries, we raise the tax on their profits, and change Anti-Trust laws, until they start building Refineries and start drilling on the leases they already hold. OIL is and has too much of a strategic importance to let Big Oil sit on there FAT asses, and do nothing while our country and people are drained of jobs and their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Big Oil has the money to do it, but do not let them stone wall and make statements about they were not making profits way back when, so were not going to do anything now is what they don't say, America answers, you did nothing then, but we as a people, are one big voice and if you want to remain in business, you will either start building, or we will tax you, too off set your control of production, and raw profit taking at our American expense. And if they refuse, start talking about nationalizing the OIL Industry, that will get them off there asses for sure.

A gentleman by the name of Erick Haney was on Tavis Smiley Show and he spoke almost eloquently about Delta Force, but what caught my minds eye, was what he said about, our leadership today. America has come to the point where, an all volunteer Army, is the wrong direction for our countries to be headed, it has given the HAVES, in power the ability to advance war on others, they did not agree with, or advance, by barging in and making business deals, where they were not wanted, and these deals would be backed up by force, if and when there was opposition to there interest.

America should never, I repeat never come to the point where, the cost in treasure, (our children) is not shared, it must, or should always be spread across the full spectrum of our society, rich, middle and poor classes, nust sharing in the duty to country. Now I’ am not for frivolous wars, of Hegemony, and conquest of resources, like Viet-Nam and Iraq. Now wars of retaliation for the World Trade Center, will be a war, I would be hell bent to get into, but per invasions like Iraq, NO.

There are dictators, despicable men and women all around the world, and we are not the world’s policemen, or the Nine-One-One of the world.

But today we have, this ALL Volunteer Army and where has it gotten us, in a Iraq Quagmire, in the middle of a Civil War. And hardly any of the rich, or the leaderships children, or family members are fighting and dying, only the middle and poor classes are, fighting and dying, and for what. If the draft was in place, as it should have been, after we were attacked, we would have found Ben Laudin, and never stopped until he was brought low for his crimes.

But because the All Volunteer Army was in place, these Neo-Cons, saw there chance, there New Pearl Harbor, to use them, our treasure, to advance, there plans for US Hegemony, as they laid it out in the:

And they were on the ground down in the Gulf as well, and they have gotten more of the billions spent than the people, or State Governments and people, in the whole entire Gulf Coast.

What is Congress going to do about Immigration, let me tell you son.

Immigration in America has three legs too the stool, these legs and what makes them up, or the guts of the legs on this stool, is what Congress will deal either honestly, or try too pull the wool over the majority’s eyes.

First I want too draw my conclusion, as too what I think the Congress will do and won’t do.

My conclusions:

The House and the Senate, knows this is politically, a boiling hot aluminum chair left in Death Valley sun. Gloves are called for, and “slight of mouth” is what, Congress dose when there are so many hot button issues rolled into one subject, so Congress will try to divide and conquer the people on this one.

They have to stall and try to do the three legs one at a time, this will weaken anything they do, but it's the way that will give them political cover, for all upcoming elections as well, so they hope.

First; I do not believe they will do very much before the 06’ elections; because they know nothing they do short of the will, of “we the people,” will satisfy the American electorate. And all of congress wants the "VOTES," these illegals represent (remember I said this.) Second; making changes one at a time, they think will satisfy the diverse public, and I pre-dick this thinking, or conclusion will back fire on both side of congress. Third; the upcoming election will be the catalyst for delaying any action on immigration until after the 06’ elections.

Fourth: I said earlier the Congresses actions on immigration, will be done in a way to weaken the over all package, this is desirable for both side’s of the isle. Why you ask? because as I said earlier, both sides want the votes these illegals represent, AND nothing short of Citizenship will bring those votes into the electorate, so no matter how “we the people,” scream and say “no Amnesty,” Congress will say, “it’s not Amnesty, it’s earning your Citizenship,” “we the people say it Amnesty, and Congress say, No it’s not.” What they are failing to hear is, “it’s not what congress say it’s not… it’s what we say it is,” Congress will say in the end they “miss read the public,” and when they pass their legislation, granting Amnesty-citizenship, after the 11 years of paying fine and taxes, and going to school, and working, the American electorate will answer there blatant ignorance of “we the people’s wishes.”

What are “we the people’s wishes?” No more guest workers, we have 11 million illegal guest now, no Amnesty after 11 years, their children will be the citizens, and can vote, their parents who have come forward and been documented, will receive legal status and become the guest workers, but can not vote, no voting, “we the people say,” giving illegals citizenship, and there getting the vote is Amnesty. And continuing to tell America, there Bill is not Amnesty and trying to explain it and then pass it, and later say, there “was some disconnect,” will not play with “we the people.”

Ok, now the three legged stool that is Immigration today you ask; what are the three legs? Border Enforcement, Employment Enforcement and Immigration Law & Policy.

What’s first? Border Enforcement, we need a “big move,” you must secure the borders, in order to build a comprehensive immigration policy. It’s the first leg on the chair to hold up our country vulnerable security as it is today, and we are vulnerable and everyone in the world knows it. We can try slowly adding immigration officers to the border workforce, and slowly bring in some electronic surveillance, or build a wall and continue to increase and enhance our security with electronics and more human enforcement.

Part of this is the “big move” I call it, it is to stop, point blank the rush for the border, we are experiencing today. We must put in place, substantive deterrents to illegal border crossings, while adding human, or person power to keep it monitored and safe for both sides of the border, it will also cut drastically the drug trade, a double wall if need be, with no a mans land in-between.

We will need to beef up our laws at the point of crossing; a comprehensive approach, done all at once is the only way to secure the border.

Next Employment Enforcement; No hiring of illegal aliens will be allowed in any state of the union, documentation will be set up to verify all applicants for labor, and Congress will have to pass a law to bring ALL the illegals aliens out of the shadows, the law should be one that says, “ALL illegal Aliens,” must come forward and be documented, and you will not be deported, but will be put in a system, like the one pproposed in Congress, suggested to date, except there will be no Citizenship after the 11 years, only legal status and a guest worker status. They will be given by announcement 1 to 2 years to come forward, after the 1 to 2 year period, and all illegal aliens still not documented, when caught will be fined heavily and for the next 20 years and then will be given just a guest worker status, and they will have to leave and apply for a Visa to return after 20 years of clean record work in the US.

There will be a big penalty for hiring illegals aliens; and it should be high enough to make sure enforcements work, a fine of $25.000 for employee and employer, each. This amount will insure compliance.

This is a fair system, especially so those who have applied for legal citizenship status, and gone through our system, now in place and working for so many today, that those applying for legal immigration will cherish being allowed to vote, and after doing things the legal way, and this process only, American citizens knows will work, when an Americans break the law, they have to pay with there freedom, and their families, get along for years, with out them and a record often follows them through out life and in some instances, upon release, and often these Americans can not vote after doing their time. So giving citizenship and no record of illegality is unfair to legal immigratants and the Americans citizen, who have to follow the law and pay the full price of each law whether it be, just a fine, and can inclued, the violation being put on there records, in most if noy all cases.

Immigration Law & Policy; The present Immigration Policy and Laws are actually pretty good, what is not good is the will and resources too… ENFORCE IMMIGRATION LAW & POLICY.

How do you make a country unsafe, “leave good law to die, by weakening the will, by cutting the recourses,” with out the money to hire what you need to enforce the Law, or build deterrence, or enforce court decisions, you have a weak department and policy, with the opposing border security, accepting bribes for all sorts of illegal activities, including Drugs, and terrorist and all in between, weak deterrence and Policy is a recipe for desaster, as we have today.

America, before you allow Congress to change Immigration Law… make sure you KNOW clearly what is present Immigration LAW. Why, so they don’t weaken the good law, we have now, that is NOT ENFORCED.

All three of these Immigration legs need to be done at the same time, not separately, and if Congress can separate them out, and do one here, and one there, we will get a weak Amnesty, and it will not resemble anything we are asking congress to do today, or what we are writing Congress about, and telling our Representative about, at town meetings, as the whole debate has been voiced in the public squares.

Know this Congress, the majority of Americans who vote, get that word, VOTE, yes I said VOTE, and do not want EarningAmnestyCitizenship, or More Guest Workers, got it, did you hear “we the people.”



We are not against minorities, we are against law breaking, and this three legged stool, will be complicated to enforce, we know this and the illegals know this because they have stolen their way into America and compounded their law breaking by applying for and getting jobs as illegals and having children, these acts compound the Law, so the solution is not going to be easy and those who broke the law knew that there actions would make the solution complicated and counted on their compounding of the laws of America, too ease their solution by America, they count heavily on this, point.
